The area was nice and quiet. The home was immaculate and spacious. The white rug displayed in the pictures wasn’t there for our stay. The televisions were HUGE; we enjoyed them. The back porch could have used some sweeping. Unfortunately the golf cart was being repaired for most of our stay. We only got to drive it once and then the lights weren’t working. Communication with the owner was WONDERFUL! I loved having the welcome booklet in the home that gave all types of information about the resort.

This was the perfect place for our family! We have 3 boys and everyone had their own room. The home is convenient to the pool, beach, and other activities. Having the golf cart made it even better! Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

We had a wonderful time at Seas the Day. The unit has been remodeled, and we really love the standing showers in all 3 bathrooms. We were provided with extra trash bags, toilet papers, hands soap, and washing detergents. We have stayed in several units throughout the years, and this is the first time ever that the owner provides enough toiletries and everything for our entire stay.

The property was as described, with all the little necessities to help with your stay. The management company was very responsive and the check in process was wonderful and very easy!!!

Overall, good stay. Kitchen was missing some essentials. Ice maker didn’t work. Quiet location, but pretty far from the beach. Nicely decorated, slightly different than pics online.

Great, quiet neighborhood.

Great place to stay! Quiet neighborhood! Exceptionally clean! Plenty of supplies! Golf cart is a must and was fabulous to have. We went to Baytowne Wharf several times for meals and activities. Beach chairs and umbrellas were great to have! Beach is extremely crowded so we did try other beaches in the area throughout the week which we could not golf cart to, but a quieter, less crowded beach is just a personal preference. We had a great trip! Owner is great to work with!

This golf course located condo met our needs perfectly. The resort was family friendly, clean, quiet and the amenities were great. Having a golf cart was a huge benefit & made moving around easily (the kids loved evening rides and it was good bribery for getting them to eat well). The host was super responsive to any questions I had. I would absolutely rent this condo again.

Ideal for families!

The golf cart was a huge hit with the kids! The place was exactly as described and stocked with plenty of children's dishes and even small tables and chairs.

Perfect!

Loved our stay. Was clean, spacious and very well maintained. Having the golf cart was very convenient as you could take it everywhere within Sandestin and to the beach.

Our stay was nice. nice area, loved the gulf cart to get around. Pool was within walking distance. The beach for me was to crowded. you were only able to go in a small area that the resort owned. next door was the Hilton and you needed a wrist band to go on the beach in front of them Never been to a beach where the hotels owned the beach too. The grandkids have a great vacation . One thing is bring enough clothes. The clothes dryer is so small it barely can dry 2 things at a time, and takes a long time. That was only problem .we had and we just dealt with it. They supplied everything which was nice. nice place

FL female bonding trip

My mom and daughters enjoyed our stay and especially loved traveling around in the golf cart. The beach was a quick golf cart ride away as were multiple restaurants. The location was beautiful being surrounded by the golf course and the bay. The house itself was a perfect fit for our needs with everyone having their own bathroom. It was nicely decorated with a coastal feel. We made lunches every day to take to the beach. My only suggestion would be to have a cooler on hand to use for the beach. We went to Miramar Beach every day. The water was clear and the sand was beautiful white powder. Thank you for a wonderful stay… we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect for our family!

This property was the best for our family of 6 and it exceeded our expectations. Everything from the back porch with the grill, kitchen/cooking supplies, the 6 seater golf cart, the supply of beach chairs/umbrellas made it a wonderful and very accommodating stay. Traci was very responsive from the time we booked til the week we stayed. Would 100% rent this unit or from the owners again.

Girls Vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves! The community was beautiful. The golf cart was a great bonus. We were able to take that to the beach, take it out in the evenings just for nice rides looking at the community and going to the grocery store. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to others in the future and are thinking about it using it ourselves again in the future.

Great family vacation

We stayed at this property for Spring Break and it was wonderful! The golf cart was a huge hit. We used it everywhere we went. The place is nicely decorated, clean, and well quipped with everyday necessities. We’re very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to visit again!

Nice family getaway!

We had a great time staying at this property over spring break. There were seven of us total, and we had plenty of space. We enjoyed the golf cart every day, and the porch was very nice to sit out on (when the weather was nice). The community has a lot to offer, with access to several restaurants, a couple of pools, and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter getaway

Everything was there as described. Place was clean. Kids loved the heated pool and the golf cart. Temperature could have been a little warmer. We wished we would have had the plastic covers on the sides of the golf cart to break the wind. A lot easier to get around in the golf carts than the car. Grounds were clean and loved the flowers since you would never see that in Ohio this time of year.

We really liked the townhouse and the resort community. lovely area for walking and relaxing. great for golfers. Everything we needed was there, except for a couple of steaks and bottle of wine ... lol. Our only cleanliness issue was the appearance of several palmetto bugs during our stay.

Excellent winter getaway

Property is exactly as described, with lots of extras to help families - pack n play, high chair, baby tub (only showers in home), kid dishes, a fully stocked kitchen (no spices or salt/pepper), beach chairs and toys, beach towels, and even a cooler! Golf cart was perfect to get around the fantastic Sandestin resort and to/from beach and (heated!) pool. We had an issue with the freezer and although the owner was not able to repair during our stay, they responded quickly. Only other issue were the large palmetto bug sightings in the house, which we understand is sometimes unavoidable, but worth noting that we did have to kill 5 during our 4 night stay.
