Poipu Shores is an intimate and private oceanfront resort with only 39 townhomes located in sunny Poipu Beach. This resort is tucked away on an oceanfront cliff side and all accommodations have unobstructed oceanfront views. It is also just a short walk from Poipu Beach via a walking path and it also has a fabulous oceanfront swimming pool.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

The Parrish Collection is a locally owned and based real estate management company that specializes in vacation rentals on Kauai and Maui. Best place to stay in Poipu

Hands down the best place to stay in Poipu. The best unit in the best complex. The grass area was great for our kids and we were just a view steps away from the pool. The walk to brenneckes and Poipu beach is quick and everything else on the south shore is just a quick drive. Love watching the rainbows and waves and turtles daily. We will absolutely be back!

Beautiful location

Beautiful location, very nice and spacious interior, with a Lanai that connects you to the ocean. Great pool, able to see a pod of dolphins and sea turtles right along the wall. Would definitely recommend!

We love this place!

Poipu Shores can simply not be beat. The location is ideal, and both the view and the sounds of the ocean are unforgettable. We especially enjoy the sea turtles and dolphins/porpoises (we can never remember which) that we watch from the patio outside 104A. Simply an amazing place to spend a week.

Location, location, location!

We had an incredible stay and will definitely be back. The view was absolutely amazing. We had the pleasure of watching whales breach from the patio during our morning coffee and had plenty of sea turtle visits while swimming at the gorgeous pool, which sits right on the ocean. Beautiful beaches steps away and the place provided all the beach toys and gear we needed. Falling asleep to the waves each night was wonderful. The condo was well stocked, very clean, and the neighbors were all friendly. You won’t regret staying here!

Overall it is was a good experience. Had a few issues but for the most part positive.

Good location and clean. The AC didn’t work great so the room where my daughter stayed and she ended up on the couch a couple of nights bc it was so hot. Also, the front desk was not super helpful bc that is the only property that is managed by someone offsite so all they do is give out the parking pass. We were told check out was 10:00am and at 10:03am someone was checking to see if we were gone. I don’t think I would stay there again but it ended up being ok.

Our office is about a mile from the property and our front desk team responded to all of your calls and texts. Also, not all properties on Kauai are fully airconditioned. You even signed the document stating that you have reviewed this listing in this regard. This unit has separate units in the master suite and the living room. The listing specifically states "No AC" in the 2nd bedroom. If the door to the second bedroom is kept closed at night, the cool air from the living room won't help in cooling it down. After the checkout time, we were not verifying that you had gone. It was our housekeeping team arriving to begin cleaning. If you needed a late checkout, it could have easily been arranged the day before. We hope to help you find a fully air-conditioned unit for your next stay. Aloha.

Plenty of room for two couples and AMAZING location!

The condo is located in a complex that sits directly on an ocean bluff. The sound of the ocean from the condo and patio area was AWESOME! The complex pool also sits directly over the bluff which was wonderful and relaxing. The complex is dated and part of the pool fencing was broken and coned off during our visit, but it didn't stop us from enjoying the pool area. The unit itself is roomy ([plenty of room for two couples) but could use some maintenance. The A/C units are rusty and the unit could use a new coat of paint. Also, just be advised, there are no kitchen condiments other than salt and pepper and a coffee sampler, so if you plan to cook at all bring your own oil, spices, etc. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful location and the pool. It is within walking distance to restaurants, etc, and the turtles at Poipu Beach!

Lovely unit, some updates needed

This is a nice unit with comfortable beds and good indoor furniture. The property management company was great and very responsive. However there are some small updates needed. The Lanai needs an outdoor table with an umbrella as the sun is VERY intense & hot if there are no clouds in the sky. We found there were some afternoons when we could not sit outside for more than 10 minutes. Some basic additional kitchen items are needed, such as basic metal sheet pan, cork boards, large cutting boards. The bathroom in the master bedroom needs to be updated soon.

Poipu Shores

Nice location. Older, dated building and grounds. Condo was comfortable for our needs. The AC in the living room couldn't keep up with the heat of the day. AC in primary bedroom kept the room cool at night. Beds were comfortable and all linen was clean. Overall nice place, just needed a little updating and finish work.

Fantastic Place

When we return to Poipu, we would return here. Beautiful quiet location, walking distance to beach, heated pool, sea turtles, lovely sunsets and splashes. Unit was full equipped and was at ground level, where we could step out and enjoy the "front" ocean yard.

Fun stay

Great communication. Quick responses to any question. Wonderful light decor and great ocean views. Very convenient being close to the pool. Also liked being on the first floor to easily walk to beach. Kids loved the heated pool and grass area in front of condo.

Amazing Spot! Amazing Views. Sea Turtles!

Second tie we stayed here and we LOVE it. A bunch of kids would meet and play tag at sunset. We like the ground level so we can sit out and use the beautiful grass area above the crashing waves. The sea turtles you can see by the pool are my favorite! We saw as many as 6 at one time, and they are BIG!

Ocean front, spectacular property

I won't be able to say enough to give this property it's due appreciation. They have mind blowing ocean front views that you can walk out the sliding door to be greeted by the spray of ocean waves and gigantic sea turtles swimming below. We got both sunsets and moon rises from our ocean front patio. The views and location alone are worth booking this property, but it gets better. The condo was beyond comfortable for our family of 4. It came equipped with everything we could need during our stay (beach and pool toys/equipment, grilling and cooking supplies, extra fan for the bedroom, AC in master and living). The decor was clean, bright and beachy...the art on the walls was beautiful. A few steps away was a gorgeous ocean front pool that sat on top of the cliffs. Or a short drive or walk to a multitude of beaches. If you're considering staying in this property, don't think twice, you won't regret it!

Property as advertised. First floor unit on the ocean. Everything working (including AirCon if needed). Beach chairs, boogie boards, etc in the unit. Grills available (nice since eating out is a challenge right now in Kauai - long lines for all meals or coffee). Kitchen has everything required. Would return. Good value.
