Very clean, well maintained villa. Lovely grounds and pool area. Just a 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the town and shops. There are beach toys and items as well.

Amazing Location

This place was located in the middle of all the excitement of Poipu. This place was in so clean and better than we could imagine!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Awesome location, very spacious, clean well stocked. Made breakfast every day and quite a few dinners and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend 100%.

I loved this place! It was beautiful, clean and convenient!! There was a problem with the oven - we were alerted before our arrival. A repairman came but it wasn’t until our last full day so we weren’t able to use the oven. They did provide a toaster oven which was helpful. Easy walk to the beach and convenient to everything in the area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

This is a beautiful, clean, and well equipped property. Lots of beach gear is available for use. Pack and play and high chair are also provided Only drawback is noise from the unit above (insulation between floors is insufficient) depending on the guests in that unit. We experienced that during part of our stay. Would highly recommend this property.

Great Condo for Kauai stay!

It was a wonderful stay and the condo had everything you could imagine. The oven quit working but they had it repaired in 2 days.Great place!

Fantastic Property

Fantastic property! Clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Kitchen was great as well, stocked with ample decent cookware. Location was excellent and within walking distance of beach and restaurants. Parking was a breeze. Definitely will recommend to everyone.

Fantastic Stay Near Poipu Beach

This condo was perfect for our stay. There were tons of goodies to bring to the beach. There were walking paths to Poipu Beach and Shipwreck Beach. The condo was clean, lots of pots and pans, and kitchen cooking items. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning worked great. We would definitely stay here again.

First time in Kauai

Had a wonderful time. Beaches were refreshing and fun. Views of the Canyons were breathtaking. And this condo was very well appointed. Could not have asked for more.

Lovely Place for a Family

This condo was in a great location and had a very large lanai. Really enjoyed the pool area. There was also a little gym in the club house that was nice. Our family really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again. Only down side was the garbage disposal did not work.

Nice condo, great location

The condo is in a great location to walk to either Poipu Beach or Shipwreck Beach. Nice room layout for everyone to gather and have private space. The lanai is the perfect size.

Perfect location and attentive management.

The condo and property were clean and comfortable and Brooke who managed the property was incredible with communicating and helping us navigate our ever changing travel plans because of COVID-19. Highly recommend this property and the rental agency is very fortunate to have Brooke as an employee.

Awesome Condo and Location for Family Trip

This condo was the perfect choice for our family vacation. The condo was large enough for our family of 5 adults and one 10 year old. The grounds were beautiful. There was a paved sidewalk in a greenbelt that ran beside the condo that went from Brennecke's Beach all the way to the Grand Hyatt. The kitchen had just about any cooking utensil imaginable. There were 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys, snorkel equipment, and two wagons that made for an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Great communication with property manager. I would say here again and would adjust my trip dates to ensure renting this condo again.

Wonderful Stay at Villa Poipu Kai

Our family had the most wonderful holiday in Kauai, staying at the Villa Poipu Kai The Villa was perfect for a family, it was beautifully furnished, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were great, and it had a wonderful Hawaiian relaxing/holiday feel. It was spotlessly clean, and the washing machine and drier were great for a family. We loved the swimming pool, then sitting out on the lanai in the afternoons/evenings. It was located close to everything, so the location is perfect too. We would highly recommend and hope to be back again soon!

Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A previous review had us nervous for this stay, yet the place was immaculate. Perfectly clean, well stocked, very comfortable. The Villas at Poipu Bay is a great property with excellent amenities. Having air conditioning is a huge plus when in Kauai as well.

Surrounded by peaceful beauty

First visit to Kauai for our family and we hit the jackpot with E211 in the Villas at Poipu Kai. The condo is spacious and provided a great place for our family of five to ease into the day and land after whatever fun filled adventure we arrived home from. The Lanai was delightful and while you can "see" the neighboring guests, it didn't feel invasive. Beautiful walks to around the resort, easy access to the beach, short drives to shopping and dining. Just the best.
