Welcome to your Oceanside retreat, a stunning beachfront haven that promises an unforgettable stay. This 1200 sq. ft. property features three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. The living room boasts a cozy queen sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The Seacoast bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the Bermuda and Sand Dollar bedrooms each have a queen bed, providing a restful night's sleep for everyone.

Step outside to your private deck, where you can enjoy the serene ocean views and fresh coastal breezes. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from a coffee maker to a full set of cookware and utensils. Unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the fire pit for a memorable evening under the stars.

PARKING: 4 Cars Max ( 2 Car Garage & 2 Cars Allowed in the Driveway)

All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

The oven did not work on Christmas Day. We had planned on cooking our meal since everything was closed. The neighborhood was lovely the home was lacking a bit of luster!

Breathtakingly Beautiful!

This was absolutely incredible! I am having withdrawals. Waking up everyday to the most beautiful view never got old! It was so incredible to have our private beach, and then to also be able to walk directly down (4 steps through the rock path) to the public beach. The rooms were large, bathrooms were perfect, kitchen was lovely, family room was large enough to all hang out, the decks were incredible. It was incredible and beautiful and full of so much charm. All the secure, private parking and access to the garage was awesome. Can’t wait to come back! Everything was in fantastic condition.

Couldn’t be closer to the ocean!

My husband and I needed a little getaway and this house was perfect! It was spotless and so organized! The view was beyond amazing and the sound of the waves was so relaxing. The kitchen had everything you might need to prepare meals and the knives were even sharpened! The bed was so comfortable, the linens and towels so nice. We can’t wait to stay again!

Anniversary/Babymoon Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary/babymoon with our 2 dogs and had a FANTASTIC stay. The location couldn't be better and our dogs loved being able to explore a sandy/beachy area for the first time. There isn't much time you're able to be down by the shore before the waves overtake it, but just being right on the water is so nice. There were some ants in the kitchen and bathroom, along with some little things that were broken in the house (locks, door stopper, etc.), but it definitely wouldn't deter us from staying here again. You also do not have to do anything before leaving (any cleaning, stripping beds, etc), the property management team takes care of all that which is very nice. We hope to be back one day for sure!

Cute home, Amazing Views! Camp fire outside was a fun way to end the night. Nice quiet neighborhood, amazing great host. Would definitely come again.

Sweeping Seaside Bungalow

On the beach with oceanfront views to enjoy. Sandy beach with accessible rocky shoreline. Enjoyed S’mores around beachside firepit at night and sighted porpoises offshore in day. Really a great family getaway for all. Location is fabulous! As mentioned there are stairs, and refrigerator could be upsized. Would stay again! Maintenance needs were promptly responded to, although at least 2 were from prior guests. Older house, so Maint needs do crop up. Reco housekeeping do better at reporting obvious issues between guests.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at this waterfront home. The home was mostly as shown and had the basics for cooking. Communication with the hosts was smooth and the check in was easy.

This house is small and definitely dated. However, compared to older reviews, this property has been updated to resolve many of the concerns. We did not encounter any unsafe patio or floor areas. Location is amazing right on the ocean. Due to tides, we had a brief hour or two during our stay to really play on the beach in front of the rocks. Would consider coming back

Great views. House, grounds in terrible shape. Laundry area disgusting. Too many steps just to the house. Dog poop, garbage in “private beach” sand. Dated furniture. Dirty window coverings. Apartment refrigerator with broken handle. Too much negative to say so will stop. This house was very disappointing to us. Will never recommend or return.

Great views and great gas stove (but it needs an exhaust vent to meet code). Great response from staff to fix water pressure regulator. I’ll speak of only a few of the issues we had with the house. House was described as 30 some steps to the Ocean. There are 33 mostly chopped brick stairs just to the house, another 12 to the private beach and another 6 or7 to the actual beach but those are usually covered with rocks. OceanFront required our ages when we rented this house. I’m 73, my husband is 77. We should have been told of the steps. The grounds were a mess. House window coverings filthy. Outdoor furniture so dry and splintered and we could not use. Repeat business and referrals are so important and we can give this house neither.

The outside needs a lot of attention and the inside has a broken apartment size refrigerator. If they would do an update this would be a perfect rental! The management was attentive however I am waiting to hear back from Peter about reimbursement on the way too small refrigerator needs in a house that size. I would reccomend this house only if the owners give it attention. The deck is dangerous in spots

Great Beach House

The rooms are a good size but the kitchen is tiny and challenging to cook in. The beds are comfortable. The one downside is - for the price, it’s missing all the little touches. No napkins, no beach toys, no extra toilet paper, no extra towels. Things that are pretty basic for most rentals at that price. For a very small amount of money they could take this place from really good to great.

It’s all rocks that you cannot walk on. We had to drive to Carlsbad to get in the water. Really changed what this place is about. The inside was clean, but not the outside. Broken umbrellas, broken beach chairs, broken window not repaired since last October. Trash in outside fireplace, side of house and under stairs. These things should be addressed. I thought we found our annual vacation home, but the search continues...

It is beachfront, with your own private beach area and an easy climb over the rocks to the water. The home is cute, clean, and included all the amenities we needed. We have stayed at other Beachfront properties and have always enjoyed the level of maintenance at their properties, but we truly enjoyed that this was it's own house and not attached to neighbors. As this property is towards the south end of Oceanside, the neighborhood was quieter than by the Pier, but it was still an easy walk to get more north. We had a great time and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in front yard. Easy process checking in and out and we had no maintenance issues while there.
