As with any vacation rental, furniture and décor may be updated or changed over time, and our listing notes that property layouts, amenities, patios, and furnishings are subject to change at the discretion of Beachfront Only and the individual property owners. We apologize for the noise disturbance from the upstairs guests and the incorrect garage code. Our team did contact the guests multiple times, though we understand how frustrating it was that the noise continued. Regarding the dishwasher and washing machine, these concerns were not reported to us during your stay, so we did not have an opportunity to address them. We will have both items assessed by our maintenance team. We’ll also review the refrigerator. Lastly, beach access can vary depending on tides and conditions. We appreciate your feedback regarding the distance to usable beach access and will continue working to ensure our descriptions set clear expectations. We appreciate your continued business and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience on your next stay.

Cell reception is poor at the beach because our rentals are so close to the water. There is better reception closer to the street.
