Best of both worlds because this condo is 3 miles from downtown St Augustine, 2.5 mile from the beach and a 30-40 min drive to Jacksonville.
This condo was completely re-done in April 2020. New Luxury Vinyl flooring, vaulted ceilings, , kitchen and both bathrooms were gutted and everything is new! Please note you must walk stairs to get to front door and a second set of stairs to the loft bedroom and second bath.
