This bungalow was equipped with everything you could possibly need while on your trip in St. Augustine and was clean and well-maintained. We had an excellent time and will absolutely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This bungalow was exactly as the pictures, very clean, nicely decorated, new and modern, comfy bed, and cute and cozy!We did not have any problems at all- great place, loved the fire pit too!

We had a great couple nights here! You can walk everywhere, lots of restaurants, and shopping. The bungalow was clean and perfect for two people, I'd say it's a great place for a "getaway"!

Great little bungalow, very roomie and updated. Close to all popular spots can drive or walk (a little longer but could get some steps in) to anything. Washer and dryer on site so that is nice to have. Great breakfast place around the corner. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great one night stay! We were in town for a concert and it was the perfect place to come back to. Everything was spotless, the beds were comfortable and it had everything we needed. Our granddaughter slept on the sofa bed and did just fine. It is within walking distance of downtown but we chose not to walk since we would have had to cross a busy main road with a little one. The Blue Hen is one street over and definitely in walking distance. Great breakfast! We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the bungalow, very easy to book it, the owner communicated very well before our stay and left instructions for check out. Was very clean, a nice quiet location. Had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Had lots of nice towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. A nice basket of snacks. There are two minisplit Air conditioning units that kept the living room kitchen area and bedroom very comfortable. One night we got dinner to go from Murf's Homestyle ToGo which is a one minute walk from the bungalow. We ate it out on the patio which is nice and secluded. The shower was nice with great water pressure. Some places in St Augustine that are older are a bit buggy and damp inside, this place was not like that. No bugs, or musty smells since everything was new. The host thought of everything, if we travel back to St Augustine again we would for sure stay here again.

Trever (host) was fantastic, accommodations very simple but very nice, up to date and clean. Proximity to everything St. Augustine was ideal.. not a good walk around neighborhood (I like to do that.. but not an issue). It didn’t bother me, but should note proximity to train tracks (couldn’t see, but heard.) - thanks Trevor!
