Renovated/new condo-Walk to Beach, Marina, Pools. Red Hook, Ferry, Bars near by!

This unit has been completely renovated. New floors, bathroom, granite countertops, backsplash, bed, furniture, patio furniture and 50in flat screen TV. Unit also has upgraded WiFi internet. It has gorgeous views of the ocean and St. John in the distance from your private patio. It's a 3-4 minute walk to Sapphire Beach for an excellent day of snorkeling and relaxing. Sapphire Beach Bar has great food/live music. It's a 2 minute walk to two different swimming pools and the marina where you can do snorkeling trips or trips to neighboring islands, even British Virgin Islands. It's right beside the very nice restaurant/bar, Sudi's, which is awesome. Drive 1/2 mile to Red Hook for the evening which has many excellent restaurants and bars. Condo has a king size bed, full kitchen and bathroom w/ everything you'll need for your stay. Split A/C unit keeps the unit very cool. Full-size fridge, eating area, dressers, and night stands, great outdoor patio. Laundry available onsite and free movie rental at the office. Onsite maintenance staff are very friendly and responsive.

Great place

Very clean and a beautiful view. Plan on a steep walk up and down to the beach and resturant. We enjoyed the condo and owner was very quick to respond.

5 Stars- Great Stay

Super cute condo that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The best part is that it’s in a gated complex, which added a nice sense of security. Also had a few visitors the last day while having coffee enjoying the view. We loved that it was just a short walk to Sudi’s and very close to Sapphire Beach. It’s also just a quick drive to Red Hook, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and the ferry. Parking is a bit tight, but manageable. Overall, a great place to stay—we would definitely come back!

Great Spot!

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay! The apartment is cozy and the location is really great. Sapphire beach is nice and you can even walk to Red Hook which is a massive bonus. Raleigh is very good at communicating and has a car to rent if you need one. Would rent again.

Amazing views

This St Kitts unit had amazing views, was clean and comfortable, and contained extra amenities such as beach towels and chairs. Only suggestion would be few extra kitchen items such as set of 4 coffee cups and eating utensils.

Perfection

My wife and I stayed at this condo for 5 days and couldn't be happier with it. The pictures of the view don't do it justice! Waking up and looking out over Sapphire Beach every morning was breathtaking. The apartment was clean, well equipped with beach supplies, cooking supplies, and so conveniently located. Minutes to anything you might need and a short walk to one of the best beached on St. Thomas, Sapphire Beach. The onsite restaurants are also solid. He also offers a car for rent (for an additional fee but cheaper than getting at the airport) and we took advantage of that as we loved exploring all that St. Thomas had to offer. I'm hoping to stay here for each and every trip!

Will return again!

We had a fantastic stay at Raleigh’s property. Worked perfectly for our needs and close to Sudi’s which was ideal. Anyone familiar with St. Thomas knows to expect some uphill travel so that wasn’t a problem for us. Hope to stay here again in the future!

My friend and I had a great stay at Raleigh's place. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, and we had great views of the water! Raleigh was super responsive to any questions we had. Would stay at this location again!

Great place to relax

I wanted to getaway for a couple of days during Christmas and found this gem. Super clean, great space, and the communication from the owner was incredible!Bring climbing shoes, the hills are steep, but paved...and make sure to eat at Sudi's located on property - they were great!

Loved how close this was to everything and especially to the ferry!! It was a cute place to stay at and the view was really nice. I loved that there was sunscreen and bug spray incase we didn’t bring any. The restaurant on the property was very good and convenient. I would definitely stay here in the future.

St Thomas condo with views

My stay was great. Sapphire village is a great location close to the red hook ferry and many restaurants and bars. The condo was all that was advertised very clean with a great view easy check in and communication with host.

Super studio

This studio was a great place to call home for a week. Easy to get around to the island from here, very central to the beaches, Red Hook and ferry. There are 4 restaurants on site so if you never wanted to leave you don't have to. The car he has to rent was perfect! New, clean and cheaper than anything else! We would rent again. dont have to!

Good stay

We love staying at Sapphire Beach because of the location. This place is neat and clean and provided extra towels, which was nice. However, the kitchen is a little sparse. There was only one knife, and there are absolutely no plastic cups, which we found odd since you can’t have glass by the pool or the beach. Also, inside the unit there is no place to sit to enjoy a meal. You have to sit outside, which is fine unless of course it’s raining. We’ve stayed in other units in Sapphire Village that I would have to say are a little better equipped. But all in all, it was a good stay.

I spared no expense on this property. It has all new flooring inside and on the patio, granite countertops, backsplash and more. The bathroom was renovated as well with new sliding doors and toilet and floors. It has high end furniture, awesome artwork, full-size fridge, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, full face snorkeling gear and coolers. I have excellent breezes, views, and my location is hard to beat as I'm close to Red Hook, a couple minutes from the beach and steps away from the marina for a day sail, parasailing, fishing, etc. Come and enjoy!!!

Sapphire Village is incredibly well maintained and the condo's have amazing views of the ocean as well as the surrounding islands. We have one of the best indoor/outdoor restaurants on the island, Sudi's, and my condo is exquisitely appointed and very comfortable. We have 2 pools onsite, a 3 minute walk to Sapphire Beach, and less than a mile from Red Hook, where there are shops, restaurants, bars, and live entertainment.
