This beautiful 3 bed, 2 1/2 bath cape is centrally located close to everything!

It is right on the Wianno Golf Course, 3-4 min walk to the center of all the shops and restaurants, and only a 10-15 min walk from the beach and marinas!

There is a pool table, jacuzzi tub in the master and both upper and lower decks!

Plenty of yard space for kids to enjoy!

Come enjoy a relaxing retreat in Osterville!

Beautiful area to stay in Cape Cod!

Loved this area to stay! Just beautiful and perfect location to see Cape Cod. Loved the quaint town of Osterville and you are within walking distance to wonderful home!

Wonderful stay

This home was very spacious for seven adults with great views from both decks! Hosts made the process very easy and this home is clean and well maintained.

First Cape Cod Trip

The Osterville House is just what we needed. It was close to restaurants, beaches and activities. There was plenty of space. The house was clean. My kids loved the pool table, making s’mores and hanging out on the deck. My husband loved the house and said that he can’t wait to come back.

Amazing stay

We stayed in osterville for a friends birthday celebration. It was a perfect oasis away from the big city of Boston but we loved being walking distance to town. The amenities were everything we hoped for and there were ample towels and bed comforts for everyone! Loved the deck/balcony and the fire pit too! Would 100% stay again!

Great Location

The house itself is just as described and a great location. The host was responsive and helpful leading up to check-in. I would recommend taking pictures on the first day of your stay as I was blamed for carpet stains that were already there. You may also want to let the host know how many cars you plan to have in the drive way as the neighbors will perceive it as a party and call if not known before.

Perfect Rental Property!

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was a great rental property and had all the amenities our family could ask for! The owner was extremely attentive to any help we needed from checkin to checkout. Cant wait to come back!

Great stay!

We stayed here for a wedding in Osterville and it was the perfect location! Easy walk to town. The host was very communicative and even went above and beyond after my stay when I couldn't find an item. We had our 10 month old with us and there were a lot of kids toys to use/a changing table.

Wonderful and welcoming home

We stayed for a long weekend for a wedding. Our teens loved walking up to town and we were very comfortable in the tidy and lovely home.

Perfect

Stayed with my daughter and a couple of friends. Walked to town for dinner and to the beach as well. Pretty quiet and great location. Fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Would stay again!

Extremely comfortable and well appointed in the heart of Osterville

We spent two weeks enjoying the village, beaches, shopping and restaurants - very comfortable and there was really not a thing we could have expected more of - Jordan was very easy to correspond with. We will consider this home again!

Beautiful house on Osterville

Check in was seamless. The house was exactly as advertised. It had everything you could possibly need. Nice golf course view, great decks. My toddler loved the huge spa tub! Overall it was perfect for us.

Great Stay!!

Thank you for a great stay! From start to finish, it couldn't have been easier. Jordan was super accommodating and responsive. The house was spacious and clean, and the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed the view from the deck. The location is ideal - walkable to town and the beach, public tennis courts, and other nearby attractions. I can enthusiastically recommend it!

Wedding weekend

Great place perfect for our labs with fenced in back yard. Everything you needed. Very clean. The AC was not working up stairs but temperature dropped that night and we were very comfortable. Would recommend and would stay again!

Family friendly house in Osterville

Our family had a lovely time staying at this house in Osterville. The layout of the house was family friendly. We enjoyed the decks and had fun using the outside grill. The view of the golf course was very pretty. The house was very clean. When I had questions, Jordan was quick to respond. The house was in a great location and it was very easy to walk to shops (10 min).

Amazing house in a perfect spot!

My family has vacationed in Cape Cod my entire life. We were looking for a house to extend our weekly trip on a different area of the cape. This house was by far the best rental I have ever had! For 3 generations including my children, my husband and sister/brother in law and parents, it had it all! I cannot say enough good things about the set up, ability to walk to everything and just the beauty of the area. Book it! Jordan was amazingly responsive to any question along the way. Enjoy it!

Wonderful property and host! Would stay again

We enjoyed our stay at this house! The host was responsive, helpful, and very polite! The house was a great size, in great condition, spotlessly clean, and pretty much exactly as described in the listing. The only things worth mentioning are that the back door was not able to lock during our stay. We did not bring this up to the host because there was a lot of us there and we didn’t feel unsafe. However, it does say on the listing under safety that all of the doors lock. It is possible that this was our mistake because we were unfamiliar with the house, but we did try multiple times. Also, to no fault of the host, the shopping in the downtown area was not great. The hours of operation for everything nearby were awful- which left us without a plan for some time during the trip. (Just something to keep in mind. Again, no fault to the owner!) We all felt like we would recommend staying here again and/or staying at another location that the host might own. Thanks so much for having us!!

Expansive size

Rented for two midweek days to attend nieces wedding. 6 adults slept and got ready( including bride) very comfortably. Tons of room. After rehearsal had total of 13 adults and 3 children back for appetizers, pizza and champagne toast. Has big dining room with wine cooler and credenza for pouring champagne. Child table between dining and living room. Pool table in living room was great time for the men. Kitchen and supplies more than adequate to prepare hordorves for rehearsal night and wedding day between ceremony and dinner at restaurant. This was a small intimate 25 person wedding and this home so much made all a dream together time . Bedrooms huge!! Especially primary with on suite bath. I keep saying, tons of space!! It rained for the two days but back deck top and first floor and view were nice but we couldn’t use, but all ok cause tons of space inside. In front of kitchen is another room with a table for the teens to hang or to serve the hordorves; ( closet full of games) Downstairs had an excellent flow. Note: this is on a busy street and at an intersection no less, so it was noisy traffic, but only one affected was one front bedroom with queen bed but earplugs resolved. This cape cod house was perfect for our use. Thankyou Jordon.
