A Beautiful 6 Bedroom 3.5 Bath Home a Block from the Beach with Ocean Views

A fully furnished gem which can accommodate up to 12 people with 6 bedrooms and 3.5 baths that has a in ground heated pool, is 100 feet from the beach and has both beach and bay views from each floors outdoor decks.

The main living area on the 2nd floor includes a 6 seat dining table with a leaf to extend to 8 and a beautiful white leather sofa sectional that easily sits up to 6, sitting in front of a 58 inch Samsung 4K smart television. The kitchen which has a very kid friendly breakfast bar with 4 stools overlooking that days designated cook. Kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and freezer refrigerator and appliances. The master bedroom on the 3rd floor is fit for the king and queen of your stay, with a full bath including a Jacuzzi tub, shower, and walk in closet. It also has a mini living room area with another flat screen TV, wet bar and private deck. You will find 2 more bedrooms on the 2nd floor past the kitchen, one furnished with a beautiful queen sized bedroom set made of pine. Next to this room the other bedroom also furnished with a queen bed furniture set and closet space, both sharing the full bath on the floor. You will also find the powder room around the corner to help accommodate the heavy traffic on this floor, sitting next to the laundry room with full washer and dryer.
The first floor is were you will find 2 more bedrooms both equally gorgeous next door to each other great for a family. The first bedroom has a queen sized bed fully furnished with a beautiful oak set, conventionally near the full bath on the floor. Sharing that bath is the other bedroom on this floor furnished with a cute white double bed set and office desk, with a back door leading to perhaps the highlight of this home. A spectacular heated private pool which is made of concrete and has a 4 foot depth end to end. Around the pool is a great place to grill and sunbathe the day away if the beach is not your thing. There is a private outdoor shower perfect for rinsing all that sand off from the beach, or to take a full shower if that is your pleasure.
The 6th bedroom is on the 3rd floor next to the master bedroom entrance, which has its on 3rd floor balcony.

Overall my home is a cannot miss beach getaway in Brigantine NJ; a great location, only minutes from Atlantic City and the AC expressway. AC offers 8 casinos and is a great city for night life with bars and clubs themed for all interests. Also right down the street is the famous Pirates Den restaurant, a island favorite and mine for great breakfasts, lunch, and dinners. Brigantine Getaway

We found this house to be excellent for our needs. The pool is a terrific bonus. Although we had a few "bumps", an unusable grill, difficulty with the tv, Justin was wonderful in addressing our concerns and taking care of any problems. We appreciated his prompt response to our questions and needs.

Beautiful

This house is amazing. It is large, stocked with tons of stuff to get you going. Lots of dishes, utensils, paper products. The beach is uncrowded and you can see it from so many places in the house. This town is quiet and very friendly. Your host is easy to deal with. The only things you need to make sure you take is hand towels for the bathrooms and something for bugs. We tried the listerine/ baby oil thing and the skin so soft it helped with green flies but, we got torn up by what we think were mosquitos so, be ready for that. There is stuff at the house to help keep the greenies away. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone who wants a peaceful beachside vacation.

Great Beach House

This is a great beach house with a fantastic location. It has a lot of space for a family vacation. The beach views are beautiful from the multiple balconies. The private pool was a big hit with the kids. Justin was very responsive to any issues and helped to make our stay great.

Father’s Day and 70th Birthday Celebration!

This house is awesome! We had a family celebration with our adult children and granddaughter and had a wonderful time! There was enough room for everyone to have their own space but also plenty of room for us to be together. It was great to have the beach right across the street and also have the pool to swim in when we got back to the house! We love Brigantine and loved the house!

Great family vacation!

We had an amazing vacation! The house location could not be more perfect, we had little ones with us and it was great to be able to go back and forth to the beach all day so easily. Justin was a great host and very accommodating! Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone!

Amazing property, location, and management.

I can't say enough good things about our stay here. The house was huge and gorgeous. The location was perfect, less than a block from not only the beach, but the beach access was right across the street. The owner/manager was very responsive and accommodating. The property was perfect for all age groups and interests. I highly recommend.

Great Location

Justin was a great host from the time of booking. He made himself available to answer any questions I had prior to and during my stay at his property. His property was very clean and had plenty of space for my entire party. The property has many closets so storage is not an issue. Having two bedrooms on each floor provided the necessary space and privacy for all members of my family to be comfortable. The extra powder room on the main level was extremely useful! We enjoyed using the heated pool. The ocean and bay views from the location were very enjoyable, as was the ease of walking across the street to the Pirates Den to grab lunch or dinner! There are also many other stores and restaurants within a short drive. The only issue we had was with the ice machine/water not working, but we grabbed some bags of ice and it was fine. Overall a great stay. Thank you again, Justin, for your hospitality.

After Labor Day

My friends and I decided to take a few days after Labor Day so we would miss the crowds especially during Covid. Justin the property manager was extremely accommodating and the property was as advertised. Great location and quick walk to the beach and restaurant.

Amazing 50th birthday!

My friends and I came to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house was perfect. So close to the beach and it had amazing views of both the beach and the bay. Justin the property manager was great and very accommodating.

Amazing house

We had a great time here. Beautiful, huge house and a gigantic open communal space with the kitchen dining room and living room. Very clean, property manager a pleasure to deal with. Awesome location, 2 houses from the beach. Want to come back next year

Great Vacation Home

We enjoyed our stay. Justin was very responsive to our texts and calls. The house is big and roomy, so it's great for a big family. We loved the convenience of having the beach so close, and a pool in the backyard. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect Summer Vacation

Justin who is the property manager with his dad are excellent, positive and helpful. Every request and need was met. The house is a great location to the beach and in view of the ocean and bay. The house was accommodating to our whole family. Pool is a great alternative to the beach. If you know Brigantine you accept the green head flies. Justin provided Skin So Soft, a kind gesture. You will not be disappointed. The fridge and dishwasher need to be replaced. The owners are working on it.

A Wonderful Week

My husband, mom, and three kids (4, 2, and 10 months) had a wonderful week at the house. The pool is such a nice option. There are loungers and privacy in the back. There's a large umbrella for the morning sun which hits the pool and patio, but if you beach in the morning, the pool is almost entirely shaded in the afternoon which worked out great. People in town were super respectful about social distancing and the beach wasn't crowded, was super clean, and we felt safe being amongst other people keeping to themselves. It was a family crowd. The house was very clean when we arrived and has ocean views from Master bedroom and living areas and the front decks which is lovely. You can hear the ocean on the porches. We slept our infant in a pack and play in the master bedroom walk-in closet it was so large. The beach is steps away, which is great for toddlers and young kids. It's also super clean and you can run or walk all the way to the end of the island which is desolate and beautiful, about 1.5-2 miles down the beach. We mostly cooked during our stay, but for ice cream highly recommend Auntie B's and Tiki Taco for lunch or easy takeout. The buffalo blue cheese sausage at Aversa's bakery was so ridiculously good. We had a hiccup with the freezer during our stay, and Justin answered right away, got a repair man in, offered to bring over another fridge, and was super responsive. He truly cares about your stay, his home, and we appreciated all the efforts he went through to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. We did have a ton of biting flies while we were there outside at beach and pool. We found out what worked half way through our stay so we'll share here a recipe from lifeguards. A spray bottle filled with 1/2 yellow listerine and 1/2 baby oil and they really leave you alone. Just keep reapplying after the water. We hope to be back next summer. This house can easily fit extended family comfortably. The kids were ready to move in.

Great House, Amazing Location!

Justin's house was perfect for my group of friends and I! You can see the beach from the front steps, amazing patios and there's a great pool too! We ran into a few issues with the fridge/freezer/dishwasher, but Justin was very nice and communicative and even dropped off ice for us! I would highly recommend Justin's house to anyone and hope to come back again sometime soon! Thanks Justin!

I am 39 years old and grew up summers on this wonderful island, and it is a huge part of my childhood memories and now my kids and future generations to come.
