A newer, fully furnished luxury home next to National Forest in the Timber Ridge subdivision - just two miles from downtown Prescott, and on a quiet cul-de-sac. Home is located in the most sought-after mountain community with easy access to shopping, medical facilities, golf, and plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities.

Main level living with eat-in-kitchen, granite counters, granite island with built in cooktop and custom alder cabinetry. Open living and dining room with gas stone fireplace, plush carpet, entertainment niche and cathedral ceilings.

Main level Master Suite (!) features spacious bedroom, separate shower and tub and large master closet. Upper level features 3 spacious bedrooms plus family room with hardwood (cherry) flooring.

Extra-large 3 car garage! Home has amazing mountain/forest views and custom fitted blinds. Wrap around deck on top level with wonderful views of National Forest.

Home has access to an indoor and an outdoor (seasonal) community pool, tennis courts, playground and numerous hiking trails. You will fall in love with the peaceful sound of the wind in the pine trees!

Clean, Serine and Spacious!

I always stay at the hotels when visiting this town. This time I decided to stay at a house since I was planning to bring my family along. The house is very spacious, can easily accommodate 2 families. And yes, you have access to all of it. There are no sealed off sections and nothing is bordered off. Everywhere was VERY clean and well organized. Location is excellent, very quiet and full of wilderness serenity within minutes of main streets and the famous Whiskey row. Check in and out was very easy. Leonard was easily accessible by phone and responded quickly for any questions. He made sure we had a comfortable stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. I will never go back to a hotel!

Great location, beautiful property
