This Mid-Century home features a new, modern kitchen, all-new windows, a new furnace and A/C, a real wood-burning fireplace, 4K HD TVs, and fast Wi-Fi. arcade games, a seasonal fire pit, Stainless Steel BBQ, and an EV Charger for your Tesla and other vehicles.

A dedicated work desk in the master bedroom provides room to spread out with power, USB and lighting.

Enjoy a peaceful neighborhood, great for walks, jogging, and mountain biking. Just a short walk to an easy hike along a beautiful (seasonal) stream that ends in a small waterfall (directions inside the house).

Sit outside under the covered patio, sip coffee or cocktails, bird watch, and enjoy the trees and breeze. Enjoy the relaxing swing under the tall pines, have a campfire in the firepit, or enjoy the backyard games with your friends and family. FREE FIREWOOD is provided!

Attention Pet Owners:
Pets are welcome. There is a 1 time $75 Pet Accommodation Charge. The yard is 100% enclosed (photos might show before the yard was enclosed). Wild animals are known to walk around the property. Javelina and skunk can appear out of nowhere especially at night. There are also hawks, eagles and owls in the area. Keep an eye on small pets. Please pick up pet waste before you leave.

The lot is very safe and we've never had an incident, but we like you to be safe

There is a small gate to block off the laundry room area. If you need to leave your pet unattended, please block them off in this area. If your pet can jump over the gate, then arrange to bring a crate or bring them with you.

Parents: There is a pack-n-play and a booster seat in the house. If you require anything else, ask about rentals from a local business.

Floodlight Cameras are facing the front, carport, and rear of the house. These cameras are there for your safety and security. Upon request, any recorded footage will be deleted after checkout.

Mike was definitely most welcoming and promptly responsive to queries.The house, with all its thoughtful kitchen, bathroom and electronic amenities, as well as the many entertainments both inside and out, was absolutely amazing!!! The living area layout was certainly condusive to "togetherness", whether cooking, gaming, reading, watching TV or just chatting. General location also great!

Our adult family gets together once a year in Prescott. This property was perfect for us! It happened to rain for two days, and it was no problem. The property has a great covered patio that we could sit out and watch the rain. The place was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well equipped. We will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.Mike the host was super kind, helpful, and very responsive.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this great VRBO! Great location, literally 5 minutes to downtown. Backyard was great for the dogs. Kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the games and had a fun game night. Would definitely recommend this house for a fun stay!

Fantastic House and Location for a Getaway

Perfectly located a couple of miles from downtown and slightly up in the trees. The house was perfect to getaway from the heat and enjoy the July 4th activities in Prescott. A five minute drive to downtown and a great backyard to relax in and enjoy a monsoon. A great space to spend time with the family and enjoy what Prescott has to offer.

Beautiful Prescott Home

The property was wonderful. It had everything we needed plus more. Easy to find everything. Clean and well organized. We even saw 6 deer walking on path next to house. The host was very responsive with our question(s). We were there for a soccer tournament plus family time. Thank you, Mike!

Would rent this property again and again

I rented this property to house our four adult grandsons during a family celebration. It could not have been more perfect. Some property descriptions will state how many people a house will sleep, but I specifically needed a house with four distinct bedrooms. This was it. The house is beautiful and the amenities were much appreciated. And to boot, the host was incredibly responsive to all my questions. Overall, this was an outstanding experience!

Great Place! Perfect experience.

I like how everything was accounted for every appliance was available, clean and everything you need was close at hand. The area is spectacular and there is so much to do so close by. An excellent experience. Highly recommended.

I loved the openness of this house. It sits on half an acre of pine and oak trees. The house is 2 miles from the Court House and Whiskey Row making it an ideal place to get away from the Phoenix heat, see some wildlife and possibly snow. But still close enough to shopping, dining, and entertainment

Each room has a theme. The Tree Room, The Animals Room, The Water Room, The Flowers Room. We tied in local flavor with historic photos of Prescott and the surrounding area, reminding you this is a frontier town with a lot of history and charm.

Have fun playing our stand-up arcade video games. Extra large "smokeless" fire pit available in the winter months!

Charge your Tesla, and other Electric Vehicles. 50amp ChargePoint Flex, 11.5kW charger. This will add almost 40 miles per hour of charging. Has a J1772 plug on the end. Tesla owners, please bring an adapter. Contact the host with any other questions.
