The Yellow Finch (Unit A) A spacious 1250 sg ft 3 Bedroom/2 Bath Villa with an office/3rd bedroom. Main entrance is on the second level above a private 2 car garage with easy access to a shared staircase and key less w/code front door. A deck with outdoor furniture and grill is attached to entrance for red rock viewing. As you enter you will find a large living area with a brand-new cozy sofa and love seat, dining room table/chairs and a fully equipped kitchen. There is guest bathroom with tub/shower in the hallway leading to the two king bedrooms. The master king bedroom has an en suite with walk-in shower. The 3rd room/office. This unit has tile flooring throughout w/ central air conditioning and heating. The washer and dryer are located in the garage. (No Over-sized vehicles or trailer parking available)

Enjoy daytime red rock views and starry night skies at UPTOWN VIEW VILLAS in the heart of Sedona, Arizona. Relax and enjoy a close up Instagram worthy view of Sedona’s main attraction, the red sandstone formations; including Snoopy Rock, Cathedral Rock, and Steamboat Rock. You will see sunrises and sunsets from this peaceful location while enjoying a cup of coffee, glass of wine or your favorite Tequila. The villas are conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to Main Street Sedona (HWY 89A) where you will find Sedona’s finest art galleries, popular dining establishments, jeep tours, and specialty gift shops. Sedona is known for hundreds of hiking and mountain biking trails and staying at our villas, you will have easy access to them all; close by are Jordan Trail, Brin’s Mesa, Soldier’s Pass, Cibola Pass, Wilson Mountain, Schnebly, and Westfork. Excellent property

Superb location with nice Sedona red rock view. Very easy short walking distance into the main strip. David was especially helpful when our car battery died and we needed to get to the auto parts store. Thanks again David! The unit was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay there again. Only one minor issue for us was that the kitchen was a little light on supplies, given that we like to cook in quite a bit. Perhaps add a colander, measuring cups, (we bought and left a vegetable peeler), and more dishes. Overall excellent stay.

Sweet Uptown Condo

We enjoyed a very pleasant 3-day stay at Uptown Villas. This small complex offers beautiful views of the red rocks & is a quick walk to shops and restaurants in Uptown. Our unit was clean and comfortable. Loved watching the sunrise on the patio. We would definitely stay again when traveling to Sedona.

Fantastic Get-away

I spent the week at this lovely property and it was truly amazing. Very clean and cute place, fantastic location, and fabulous views. Check-in and out was a breeze. Dave was very communicative. I will definitely be back.

Great location and Great view

The condo was perfect! Beautifully updated...everything you’d need for a great getaway. It was close to shopping and restaurants and the view is beyond perfect! Dave is wonderful to work with...he will make sure your stay is everything you’d ever want!

Perfect location!

I really enjoyed my stay here for many reasons, but the location is truly the best in town! Far enough from the noise of the town but just a short 5-10 minutes walk from the best restaurants and shops. Every hiking spot was within a 10-15 drive. I highly recommend this stay!
