Recent villa with noble materials, luxury and modern lines, stone and wrought iron, 1.5 km from the center of the village. The 180° view is magnificent on the perched village of Bargemon and the surrounding hills. South orientation, benefiting from a perfect sunny situation for its 220 m2 terraces in Egyptian stone slabs on a 3000 m2 plot. T-shaped pool with 15m swimming corridor and 2 corner stairs, solar shower. 6 deckchairs. Rest, relaxation and tanning guaranteed.

The three large bay windows will let the light in a large living space. Meals can be taken inside around the oak and glass table or outside, thanks to the dining room, under a large awning. Barbecue at disposal.

Underfloor air conditioning in all rooms.
Fully equipped modern kitchen with granite worktop, double oven/microwave column, large butterfly opening refrigerator with freezer compartments, induction cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster,

Large panoramic living room with home cinema video projector and screen controlled by computer / internet, wifi.
Kawaï piano ( optional : 40€ per day to be paid on arrival).

3 large rooms, 6 persons:
- 1suite with bed 160x200, double sink bathroom, shower, wc and large balcony to the south,

Between sea and mountain, close to beaches and ports, to the Verdon gorges, to the lakes of Saint-Cassiens and Sainte Croix, to the villages perched on the foothills of the high Var and to the famous vineyards of the Provence coast... tourism and discovery.
Sporting activities : mountain biking, cycling, hiking, tennis less than 2 km away. Paragliding, climbing, less than 10 km away. Water sports, gliding, golf within 30 kms.

Best house we've stayed in

We stayed as a group of friends. It was our third year in the region and we all agreed it was the best house we've stayed in. Even better than the photos suggest. We spent the whole week either outside on the terrace or in the amazing pool. The views are superb and we all came away feeling very relaxed.

Fantastic family break, sun, pool, games and a perfect view!

The property was beyond our expectations, just stunning! We absolutely loved the pool and had the most relaxing fun week. The shops in the village were perfect for every need and reasonably priced for a small village, so everything was on the doorstep! We were welcomed by Helene and Phillipe who showed us round their beautiful home. Everything has been thought of and we lived in luxury for 7 days! Just perfect!!

Wonder time

We had a great stay in this wonderful home. Our sons particularly enjoyed playing pool and tabletennis. The view was fabulous and Bargemon is a beautiful village. The house was immaculate and a small overlooked item was dropped off v quickly. Had lovely days out nearby and to the beach, and as many just chilling out by the pool! Thank you so much

Fabulous summer break in Bargemon

The villa was everything we had hoped for - well appointed with fabulous views into the countryside and the small village of Bargemon, offering a range of lovely restaurants and bars. The family enjoyed a restful two weeks, making use of the pool as well as the indoor and outdoor living areas. Phillipe and Helene couldn’t have been more accommodating, ensuring everything was perfect for our arrival. If you are looking for five star accommodation in a lovely part of the south of France, this should certainly be on your list to consider - we couldn’t recommend it highly enough, and it’s on our list to come back again in the future.

Tranquil villa with great facilities.

We stayed for a week. The villa and facilities were top quality. The swimming pool was excellent as was the entertainment facilities like the pool table, table tennis, cooking and tv projector. The bedrooms were comfortable and each room had a great shower en suite. The vista across the mountains was stunning from the terrace. The location was not easy to reach - we did not go out in the evening because of this but if you are prepared it's ok. There was wasps nests in the parasols which left little shade so worth checking and maybe you will be braver than us and deal with them! In summary, if you want a highly relaxing holiday without much exploration then this is a perfect find in our opinion.

Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables en famille dans cette villa splendide. Le village de Bargemon, avec son charme authentique, nous a tout de suite séduits. Il n'y a pas geand chose a dire sur la maison. Les pieces sont grandes, bien aménagée. Petit bemol sur la propriété et vétusté du matériel de cuisine.La piscine est très bien, vue imprenable.Attention cependant si vous aimez bouger en voiture. Le chemin (ce n'est pas une route) d'accès est compliqué et vous en serez pour une marche arriere hasardeuse si vous croisez quelqu'un.De même, si vous aimez cuisinez, le veritable supermarché est à 20km soit près de 40 minutes de route de montagne.

Nous sommes ravis que vous appréciiez la taille des pièces et la vue imprenable, les 230 m2 de la villa, la piscine à couloir de nage de 15 m, sans oublier salle de billard, home-cinéma ou tennis de table. Avant arrivée, 8 heures de ménage sont faites par l'équipe d'entretien. Le nettoyage des ustensiles de cuisine est à la charge des vacanciers. Un lave-vaisselle est disponible. L'équipe, elle, vérifie que cela a été fait. La villa a 7 ans et est construite avec des matériaux nobles ( dalles de pierre, margelles en granit, fer forgé, plan de travail en granit noir …) Les four, lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, réfrigérateur-congélateur, plaque vitrocéramique sont haut de gamme. Les ustensiles ont 4 ans. Si vous trouvez que du matériel est vétuste, nous vous remercions de nous préciser lequel afin que nous améliorions notre équipement. Effectivement, nous sommes dans un beau village perché de l'arrière-pays. Pas de grand supermarché avec parking de centaines de voitures, de circulation encombrée sur les routes, de foule, de bruit partout et d'attente à chaque fois. Au village, il y a un supermarché où vous trouverez tout pour cuisiner, mais aussi une boucherie, boulangerie, pharmacie … Le calme, la quiétude et la beauté des lieux sont ici appréciés et c'est souvent ce que les gens recherchent, loin de l'agitation de la Côte. Nous faisons tout pour que le séjour de nos hôtes soit le meilleur possible. Votre satisfaction est notre récompense, nous vous en remercions

Villa exceptionnelle. Vue et piscine incroyable . La villa est tout confort . Les petites attentions a l'arrivée qui font la différence. Billard et tennis de table bien agréables . Most beautiful view in the VAR!

Owners have built this modern luxury house with the typical Provence look on the best spot in the VAR. Silent, private and astonishing view. Very clean. All equipment available (big fridge, barbecue, ping pong table, jacuzzi). Big bed rooms and beach beds everywhere. Nice terrace. Owners always online to answer questions. Price quality is perfect! We will rent again definitely.

Perfect

An absolutely fabulous stay at this stunning property. Philippe and Helene were very welcoming and kind and wonderful hosts. We have rented many properties in France over the years and this was by far the best we have ever stayed at. The most incredible views, a beautiful swimming pool that you can actually swim in and a fabulous house which is very comfortable and very well equipped. Bargemon is a gorgeous village with a great atmosphere and several lovely bars and restaurants. We were very sad to leave. Thank you Philippe and Helene for opening your home to us

Magnifique

Cette maison est vraiment extraordinaire et fabuleuse. Elle est très bien équipée et la décoration est élégante et confortable. La piscine avec le couloir est absolument fantastique ainsi que la belle vue. Quel plaisir. Rien ne nous manquait. Nous avons tellement aimé le projecteur pour regarder la télévision (surtout Le Tour de France - cette année on l’a aimé un peu plus que d’habitude en étant Danois). Philippe et Helen sont des hôtes très aimable et sympathiques. Nous envoyons nos recommandations les plus chaleureuses. À bientôt j’espère bien.

Vacances exceptionnelles

Vacances exceptionnelles, la villa était tout juste fabuleuse nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Il n’y a rien à redire tout était parfait. Le cadre était magique avec une vue incroyable. Il y avait tout dans la maison pour passer de super vacances. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et d’une gentillesse extrême. Je peux que les féliciter d’avoir construit eux même leur maison c’est juste impressionnant. Je recommande à 100% cette location. C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons.

Mooie ligging!

De woning ziet er uit zoals als op de foto's. Mooi, groot, fantastische ligging, dicht bij dorp, winkels dichtbij en resto's. Zalig zwembad met douche. Wasruimte top. Wel hadden we bedenkingen over de inbraakveiligheid. De grote schuiframen kun je gewoon met een klein duwtje openschuiven langs de buitenkant. Ook een raar deurslot. Eén minpuntje was dat er weinig keukengerief was. Het is zeker een huis om aan te raden!!

Wij danken u voor uw positieve opmerking. We zijn blij dat u een aangenaam verblijf heeft gehad. Uw opmerkingen zijn waardevol voor ons. De grote schuiframen worden afgesloten met een intern haakslot. Het is noodzakelijk om te controleren of de schuiframe volledig tot het einde is gesloten en het slot is vergrendeld, anders kan het inderdaad van buitenaf worden geopend omdat het niet is vergrendeld. Het voordeurslot is een slim digitaal slot met code ( van Noki). Dit moderne systeem komt steeds meer voor. Het biedt extra veiligheid en waarmee u niet meer het risico loopt een fysieke sleutel te verliezen. Onze keuken naar ons inzien zeer uitgebreid ingericht. Kunt u ons vertellen welke zaken u heeft gemist? We kunnen natuurlijk alle extra keukengerei toevoegen die u wenst, want onze eerste zorg is het luisteren naar onze gasten en onze prioriteit is uw tevredenheid.
