This Property is owned and managed by Lupton Properties. The VRBO calendar is always up to date. if there are no summer weeks showing, it is booked.

This is a one of a kind Finger Lakes vacation experience. With 2 Acres of mowed lawn, a heated 20 x 40 foot gunite, in ground pool, hot tub, screened porch, gourmet kitchen (soapstone counters, farm sink, subzero fridge, gas range, secondary ovens/fridge) and a gas fire pit by the pool - this is the premier retreat. We believe you will love this spot as much as we have, It is close to Wegmans, Bristol - skiing, hiking and great activities.

This was our private home. We live in the area and want to be certain that those interested in renting our property will be respectful of it and our neighbors.

Check in time is at 4:00 PM day of arrival and check out time is at 10:00 AM day of departure. In the peak summer months we only rent for seven days, Saturday to Saturday.

We would ask that all users shower before entering and be careful not to go from the lake or the lawn directly into the tub/pool as this brings in unwanted dirt and debris.

We had 3 families for Thanksgiving and the weekend. Beautiful place. Everyone had a bed. Bathrooms were spacious and modern. Kitchen is huge and very well equipped. Hot tub and fire pit were loved by all. 5 mins to downtown made it a perfect location!

Well kept home in every way.Well equipped kitchen with 2 dishwashers, 2 large islands. Wonderful floorplan, very spacious for 16 people.Pool was perfect for the hot weather week.Kayaks easily accessible to lake.Plenty of yard space for lawn games.

The Perfect Family Vacation

This beautifully renovated and spacious, early 19th century farmhouse was the perfect venue for our annual summer gathering. It was close to restaurants, entertainment and shopping, yet you felt secluded in this quiet Canandiagua neighborhood overlooking the lake. There was plenty of room to spread out for quiet time. The main family room, kitchen and dining room were the perfect spots were everyone could gather without feeling cramped and enjoy meals and conversation. The pool was a big hit for the grandkids. Alan, our host, was gracious and responsive. The check in process was simple and the house clean and organized upon our arrival. Wi-fi worked great as well. We hope to make regular return visits. The Finger Lakes region offer so much for enjoyable and relaxing vacations

The house was very well appointed. The kitchen had a great layout and everything you needed to cook for 16 people. The bedroom layout was a little quirky, but worked. The pool, hot tub and view were all wonderful. The host was responsive. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Home

A beautiful home that was perfect for my get-together with friends. However, we all commented how it would also be a great place to bring our families. It feels secluded even though it is just a few minutes drive from town. Such a wonderful experience.

Beautiful Modern Farmhouse with Private Pool & Lake Access, Perfect for Family Gatherings

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, modern farmhouse! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved having access to the lake, along with the private pool, hot tub, and easy-to-use outdoor gas fire pit. The house was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, and appliances, including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and a large stove—perfect for preparing large family meals. We also appreciated the abundance of pool and bath towels, as well as the provided toiletries and laundry supplies. The only minor drawback was access to the lakefront, which was down a hill on a private drive. The lakefront also had weeds that made it tricky to use our e-foil board, and the shallow water required us to go slowly when using the motor boats. However, this didn't take away from our overall experience. Alan was an amazing host. We highly recommend this property for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway!

The house was stunning and big. The hit of the experience was the wonderful pool that my grandchildren loved. If I had one complaint it would be the bedding- some of the mattresses were stained and the sheets were quite flimsy. The location was great and we had a great family vacation

A Perfect Pleasure

Our stay at this beautiful property was so enjoyable, we already booked it for 2025! The home is situated on Canandaigua Lake with lake views and access to the two kayaks provided at the well built dock. Daily kayaking was a delight as was using the hot tub and swimming in the cleanest pool we have ever had at a rental. The grounds are inviting and provide restful views from the many lake facing windows. Without a doubt, this is the best rental my group of ten adults has enjoyed in the Finger Lakes. Great quality throughout, a gourmet’s well stocked kitchen, and five minute drives to stores and restaurants…and ice cream shops! Treat yourself to a respite from day to day life and enjoy this Canandaigua Lake retreat. We can’t wait to go back!

Amazing week @ the lake

The house was gorgeous, and even better than described. The weather was a little bit cool so we spent a lot of time around the fire pit! The kids loved the pool and we had huge family wiffleball games in the front yard! Alan was just a phone call away if we had any questions and we would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Canandaigua !!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time!!! The gorgeous farmhouse was ideal for our family of 16. ( 8 adults & 8 children). Our 8 grandchildren range in ages of 1-13 and it was perfect! They loved the pool and the front lawn great for lawn games! There was plenty of room to spread out in the house and the kitchen fully equipped and large enough for several of us to prepare meals. We met Alan & Brooke ( the owners) who were delightful and quick to respond to our questions. It truly was a special time for our family!

Perfect Lakehouse for a family celebration

Our family gathered from all around the country to enjoy this gorgeous house for a week. We had ample room and all the amenities we needed. The pool area is immaculate, and the hot tub was great. We enjoyed visits from fawns and deer, and especially enjoyed the show from the fireflies after dark. The screened in porch was so great to have. Bring your water shoes to the lake, and plan to enjoy the water. We all had a lovely time in a lovely setting. Thank you!

Great Getaway

We had a wonderful week in the finger lakes area. This property was beautiful with lots of amenities and space to spread out. Al was easy to work with and added to our overall positive experience. We would stay again if back in the area.

Incredible House- Incredible Location- Beautiful Property

WOW! The pictures do not do this property justice- it really is so beautiful. I stayed with a group of 15 for my friend's Bachelorette celebration and this house had enough beds, bathrooms, and amenities to make the weekend spectacular. The booking process was easy and everyone at Lupton was extremely friendly and kind- especially Kailey who provided suggestions and was incredible throughout the whole process! While the house was 5 stars- I would suggest to provide some more toilet paper (only 2 rolls in each bathroom) when servicing a larger group. By the final morning everyone was using the master bathroom because there was no more toilet paper. Also only provided with one roll of paper towels- these just seem like basic things you can easily provide especially when paying $$$ per night. Also- pool workers come every Friday at 2 PM- which is awesome as they cleaned and serviced the pool for our group- but we would've loved more of a heads up (even just a text the day before) as we were all down by the pool when they came. Overall- it was a great experience and if you are looking for a house that truly defines beauty and the excellence of the Finger Lakes- this should be on your list!

Great Property

Stayed with extended family for a wedding in Rochester (12 in all). An absolutely gorgeous house and property. Usually, pictures can be hit or miss, in this case the description and pictures are spot on and then some. A big plus was the good sized fenced in backyard area as we had the family dog with us. Directions for all amenities are descriptive and well thought out. Communication with owner was great. Gathered in the incredible oversized kitchen, around the firepit and enjoyed walks to the lake (a little too cool to use the pool but looked awesome). Played lawn games in the oversized side yard and all in all had a wonderful stay.

Terrific house

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from college. We had 10-people total from 20 to 80-yrs. It was perfect place for us and had plenty room. We would definitely come back. Note the property does have waterfront access, but it is a walk down the road.

We have traveled many places around the world and provide an experience to our guests that is care free, clean and enjoyable. We only rent to those that will respect our properties and leave them in good condition for the next guest. We furnish them with quality linens and furnishings so it is just like home. We have loved this house for three generations. My wife's parents owned it and raised their family here. We bought it from them in 2004 and raised our three daughters. It is such a unique property that when we contemplated down sizing, we decided to keep it in the family and share with others through VRBO. The combination of a huge lawn, inground pool, lakefront and modern amenities all within an 1818 farm house have made it hard for us to leave.
