Located in exclusive Pt. Rendezvous, Cara Mia shows off pristine views of Fish Bay, Bordeaux Mountain and the Caribbean Sea and a private pool. This beautiful 3 king bedroom ensuites. St. John Villa offers guests a welcome change of pace from the ordinary.
Furnished in an elegant Modern Colonial motif, this beautiful, 3 bedroom home is both grand and welcoming. Soaring ceilings and cool travertine floors compliment warm mahogany details and comfortable upholstered seating of the Great House.
Crafted by local artisans from island stone and slate, Cara Mia has a charm and warmth all its own, with a covered gallery for al fresco dining. Relax in the island breezes or enjoy your meal in air conditioned comfort with the home's indoor or outdoor dining areas.
Three equal, air-conditioned bedrooms are placed for optimum privacy and all are oriented to take advantage of Pt. Rendezvous' constant trade winds and inspiring ocean vistas, The master suite is complete with a king size bed, and an elegant bath with an opulent shower area. The guest bedrooms offer king beds and both are beautifully appointed and offer tasteful, oversize bathrooms ensuite. AC in Kitchen/Great room too as well as a whole house generator when the island's power company experiences one of their hiccups.

The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

Bedrooms have exterior entry not ideal for young children.

Amazing home with everything we needed for both beach days and hanging by the pool, as well as cooking in. Mattresses were great in all bedrooms and each had its own bathroom, sitting area and balcony. There isn’t a bad bedroom in the place. Terraces were great for hanging out for eating dinner outside. Ceiling fans on the balconies and throughout the house. Comfortable chairs, and chaise lounges by the pool. Literally everything we needed for the beach, including coolers, snorkel gear, beach towels, and beach bags. We had an amazing trip and would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing! Lovely house - exactly as pictured. Everything we needed was there. The house was very thoughtfully set up for a great experience. Beach chairs, coolers, games to play, items you need to cook with. Perfect house - we would love to stay there again!

Amazing trip. The house was as beautiful as pictured and perfect for an adult get away. JP the property manager was excellent at communication on arrival, but also tips about the island and must do things. We will be back and may behave been best vacation I can remember

This property was the ideal set up and location for our family of five. The older kids had their own space and the manager was wonderful at helping us get settled in. He also was an expert at planning an agenda to match our exact needs. We will be back for sure.

A slice of paradise

This home is a magical spot on St. John! Nestled on the hillside overlooking one of the many picturesque bays surrounding the island it has everything you could wish for. Spacious rooms, beautiful decor and the most comfy furnishings created a lovely oasis to come back to after a day on the beach or exploring the island. The porch is amazing - from morning coffee to the incredible night sounds - it was our favorite spot! You’ll feel totally secluded on this quiet little street yet everything you might want to see or do is just a short ride away. The hosts were so easy to work with and the home was exactly as described, we’re planning on returning!

Breathtaking Home in Paradise

This is hands down the best rental we have stayed in. Everything was perfect, from the very laid back texting when we got there to let us in, a basket of goodies (which was great given that we were starving!), to the gorgeous view with a light breeze and nice, deep, plunge pool. The house was stocked with everything needed, shampoo, conditioner, towels, even embroidered beach bags. The separate casita with two suites was a short courtyard separated from the main house, which made for great privacy between the couples. We were even dropped a pin for a really neat rocky beach with excellent snorkeling. This house is easy to access, but you will need a car to get around the island and the park.

Total relaxation

My wife and I and our two daughters just spent 6 nights at Cara Mia,( 3/9- 3/15 ) The location of the villa is terrific, close to the top beaches and only a ten minute drive to Cruz Bay. This is my third time renting a villa in St. John and I can stay without hesitation this was our favorite. The villa has three large bedrooms and each bedroom has a spacious full bathroom. The view from the outdoor decks were amazing. We will definitely return to Cara Mia.

Returning visit

Cara Mia is a simple yet exquisite property perfect for any couple or group of up to 6 friends/family. Masterbedroom in the main house with 2 additional private bedrooms with private baths for each in the guest house, with main and guest separated by 10 steps of gardens and a pool. Privacy for everyone with easy access to the main house with verandas tables and lounge areas. Well done! Property manager is awesome.

Beautiful Cara Mia!

We enjoyed Cara Mia tremendously. The views were outstanding and continued to amaze us each day. The full rainbow we saw over the bay and hills was the best. Highly recommend staying at Cara Mia!

Memorable family trip

The property management group was nice and communication was great before and throughout our stay. The house is absolutely gorgeous and the location couldn’t be better. It’s ~10 minutes to the main grocery store and ~15 minutes to Cruz Bay for shopping and dining. The house also comes equipped with beach chairs, snorkel gear, coolers, modern washer/dryer, and much more. Highly recommend this rental!

Lovely home & stay

Cara Mia lived up to everything we expected. The house had 3 separate bedrooms that allowed privacy for our adult children. Would also be great for 3 couples. The view & breeze from the pool deck was amazing and the living area inside was comfortable for watching the Olympics or movie in the evening

Cara Mia is a lovely house with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable, attractive living and bedrooms. The pool is great. Beth and Victor were easy to get in touch with a very helpful.

Friends Vacation

The 4 of us ( 2 couples) stayed at Cara Mia from 1/20/24 to 1/27/24 and were thrilled with everything about this “classy” home. We’ve been visiting the USVI for several years and this home is undoubtedly a top favorite! The home is furnished beautifully, the design is spectacular, the east facing pool area is exceptional and the location is just far enough from Cruz Bay yet close to all the north shore beaches…..the best of all worlds. We cant say enough about the construction quality as well as the floor plan. Well done….views, convenience, privacy as well as perfect meeting spaces for meals and an occasional peek at the TV for an NFL playoff game or the Australian Open. The Food basket surprise from the owners was much appreciated as we arrived late and were starving. Other nice touches/conveniences included the new beach towels, beach chairs (6), coolers (2), ice packs, gas grill, poolside lounge chairs with cushions and modern snorkel equipment (2). Everything was top quality….exactly what we expected and were not disappointed! Greatly appreciated the support of both Eric and Beth from James Miller property management whose communications were spot-on and were professional in every regard.

Beautiful relaxing stay!

We loved our time here! It was such a beautiful villa with gorgeous views. The villa truly had everything you could possibly need for your stay and was incredibly clean. I highly recommend staying here for anyone who is considering it!

Excellent property

Stayed at Cara Mia for the first time. The property was beautiful. Obviously the owner cares about the property and invests in it. New furniture. Everything was spotless. Met by property manager who explained everything to us. Very hospitable. The island had a temporary power outage. Owner called to apologize (obviously not his fault). They were very generous in trying to make it up to us. You can tell when you stay somewhere and the owner is milking it for the rental income versus an owner who really cares. This one really cares. Great time. Highly recommend.
