We had a wonderful stay in St. John! The property was exceptionally clean, well equipped, and had absolutely amazing views. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Our host went above and beyond by meeting us at our car rental and personally escorting us to the property, which made getting settled in so much easier. We also didn’t realize beforehand that the host rents vehicles, which would have been helpful to know when we were making our arrangements. The pool isn’t very large, but it was perfect for floating, relaxing, and enjoying the incredible view. The location was also great — we were within walking distance of town and the grocery store. Just keep in mind that the walk is quite hilly, so be prepared for a little exercise on the way back!Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with spectacular views and a convenient location in St. John.

The property is exactly as shown online (which is difficult these days). The views are spectacular and the Villa has everything you need to make your trip amazing. Just having bedroom AC ended up just fine. They kept the rooms really cool and when hanging downstairs having the doors open allowed for plenty of breeze, along with the large fans. Curtis, the host, is also top notch.

Great place for a getaway!

Pink Conch is a great place to get away from it all. The view of Cruz bay is amazing. When we weren’t out exploring the island, we enjoyed our time sitting outside relaxing on the deck and enjoying the pool. You couldn’t ask for a better setting for a vacation.

After a bit of an intimidating driveway, the property proved to be an outstanding choice for our long sought after visit to St John. The amenities were in good shape and exactly as described. The service by the hosts was excellent. The location was very convenient to Cruz Bay. We would definitely go to this property again.
