Brand New 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment located at the center of it all. It is on the first floor, no need to climb stairs. This apartment it is adjacent to the main house, with a private entrance, behind a wooden fence which makes it more private. Located in a secure neighborhood just minutes away from Calle 8 (8th Street) and Versailles Restaurant. It is centrally located between 5 to 15 miles away from Bayside Marketplace, the Design District, Wynwood Walls, Midtown, South Beach, Lincoln Rd., Downtown Miami and Brickell. A comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable little apartment. It was just as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the check-in was easy, and the neighborhood was tidy and felt safe.

Enjoyed our stay

Very nice place to stay. More than enough room for 4 adults. Close to everything. Walk to Publix, Versailles restaurant. Short uber ride to casino and other restaurants. Not too far from airport or cruise terminal. Would definitely stay there again.

Walk to Versailles, straight shot to North Everglades

Safe and quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed using laundry and dishwasher. Beds comfortable, shower pressure great. Would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Stole our Money

I had this property booked for a girls trip planned around the Usher concert . Our area was hit twice from hurricane Helene and Milton . Some of us don’t have cars or homes , I contacted the host to rebook since the concert was postponed. We were told Miami wasn’t affected completely disregarding we had no power , no gas , and the roads were dangerous. . The host blocked a refund from the customer service. We tried to resolve this matter 6 days out so that they could rebook it but no. They refused to rebook and refund . Completely disgusting behavior.

Cozy Stay in Little Havana

This is a cute and comfortable house tucked into a quiet neighborhood in Little Havana. Close to everything we needed. Minutes from the airport, a short distance to the Miracle Mile in Coral Gables and an easy drive to South Beach. Had a communication snafu with the host regarding check-in but once the host was made aware, she was in immediate contact and was more than helpful. Definitely recommend.

Very Nice Property

We like the property very much. It was very clean, exactly as described, and in a location close enough to the airport and to downtown Miami. The apartment/cottage was stocked with everything you need, including coffee and some toiletries for bathroom needs. Our stay was short, but absolutely what we needed for a 2-day pre-cruise vacation. Would highly recommend the property for others.

Room is easy to find with easy parking. The cleanliness of the property can be improved. There is an unpleasant smell when we first walked into the room. Recommend bigger bedroom stand with outlets for charging phone.

Miami 5-Day Stay

Property was as advertised - very cute and cozy! Near plenty of food and shops. Neighborhood was very quiet. Great for getting some rest after spending time at the beach or in the heart of Miami. Beds were comfortable and clean, and showers were hot, clean and had great water pressure.

Great Location!

The apartment was perfect for our two month stay. A couple of small issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the property manager. She was by regularly to clean the adjoining rental and was always friendly and helpful, even recommending a couple of spots to see. We would stay here again if back in Miami.

Little Havanna

We had a great stay. The place was the perfect size for us and the rooms were comfortable. It is only 12 minutes from downtown Miami and there are excellent restaurants right down the block as well as the grocery store. Neighborhood is quiet and clean.

Can't wait to go back

Very nice. Just as described. Looks small but worked for my family. (5) I appreciate the dishwasher, washer & dryer. House came with supplies. Laundry soap toilet paper garbage bags and more. House manager is very attentive and super sweet. We had no complaints during our week stay. It's a working class neighborhood so very quiet nobody around. Close to publix and restaurants. Only thing to look out for is no information on garbage day or recycling day. Neighbors didn't put there's out so no idea. I would definitely go again.

It was amazing. Property manager was so responsive and very friendly. Just need more kitchen stuff. Like, cooking pot. That’s all. We enjoyed lot.

The Havana way.

This was a good place to stay. Fairly close to a lot of activity. The owner and maintenance lady of the house was wonderful. I just didn't think that the Door had good enough locks on it for me.

Great Stay

This place is really nice it’s clean the rooms are actually pretty nice and spacious I really love the fact that they have a washer and dryer there so we definitely got to wash our swimsuits after swimming in the ocean which was really great the bathrooms are a plus like the tubs are really pretty with the tiles the neighbor was nice along with the neighbors… there was cute wild rooster next door that we saw which was cool overall really good experience the owner was very communicative which is great … it was a good stay for me and my little sister’s

My sister, mom, and I had a wonderful week long stay at this property. Host was quick to respond when we asked for an extra blanket (literally came in a few minutes) and the house was good for the price!

Great little apartment

Our stay was very pleasant at this apartment. It was small but very comfortable and had everything we needed!! The manager was also very friendly and answered out questions promptly. Highly recommended!!
