Stay close to the best of Miami without giving up a quiet place to recharge. This bright, single-level 2BR duplex sleeps up to 6 with 2 queen beds plus a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, washer/dryer and free parking for 2 cars. Minutes from Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Brickell and MIA, with Metrorail nearby. Enjoy a private entrance and a shared outdoor yard—ideal for couples, families, work trips and longer stays.
### 3. House Rules & Expectations

**Quiet Hours:** Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**. In accordance with local ordinances and out of respect for our neighbors, loud music, shouting, parties, or excessive noise are not permitted during these hours.

**Parking:** Two parking spaces are provided for your unit at the front of the driveway. Please park in the designated area, filling the spaces **from left to right**.

**Smoking & Pet Policy:** Smoking and vaping are **strictly prohibited inside the property**. Pets are permitted only with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee.

**Laundry:** A washer and dryer are available for your use. Please clean the dryer lint screen after each use to help keep the appliance operating safely and efficiently.

Amazing rental in a convenient location. This is by far our most favorite VRBO we have gotten in Miami so far. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone. From the ease of booking, communication with the host, the cleanliness of the property to the overall enjoyment we had while we stayed there. We couldn't have asked for a better place. Nice location, house was in good condition. Beds and bathroom were clean. David communicated well. Would stay again. Mattress was on hard side (personal preference) but I slept well enough for my stay. Happy with our visit in Miami.

Adorable little villa. Perfect place to stay while moving our daughter into UMIAMI from out of state. Location is convenient & easy to get to. Owners are extremely friendly, accessible & accommodating. The place is VERY clean & as described. We would go back.

Very clean and pleasant place to stay

My husband and adult son visited our UMiami student for a weekend and really liked this property. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was extremely well kept. The bathroom had plenty of towels for the 3 of us and the toiletries were nice. I always appreciate when there is a full size ironing board and hair dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and experience

I visited between Feb 14-19. David was an excellent host. Responsive, accommodating, and helpful.The place was clean and well stocked. 10 minute walk to a market and a 10 minute drive to the beach. I will be back.

My name is David and my partner is Josh, we love hosting guests in our home. We love to provide and assist guests with any information to discover different places in Miami. Josh is Puertorican and has lived most of his life in Miami, I on the other hand was born in Venezuela to immigrant Chinese parents and lived in Vancouver, Shoal Lake and Coquitlam, Canada and Venezuela. I moved to Miami in the 90's. Now Miami is home and love the vibrant and excellent weather that this tropical place has to offer. I also speak fluent Spanish and conversational Cantonese ( Chinese).

We chose this neighborhood because it is close to all the nightlife, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and near the University of Miami. The surrounding neighborhoods, bring an exquisite dinning and shopping experience for any one to envy. We are also steps away from the new Coconut grove train center that you can ride the metro rail that will take you downtown and to Bayside Market place or it also takes you to Dadeland Mall and Merrick park and University of Miami.
