One of Folly's Best! This 3 BR 3 BA elevated condo puts you right in the middle of all the action! Restaurants, shops and the beach are all steps away from this highly desired location. Just a half a block away from the Folly Pier where activity opportunities are endless! Enjoy fishing, crabbing and surfing or just relax and soak up the sun. This condo complex has a pool on site that is open from April to October. You will have your own designated parking spot and all the amenities you'll need for a breeze of a vacation. An updated kitchen, TV's in every bedroom and a washer and dryer. Both the living room and primary bedroom have access doors to your private balcony where you can take in views of the pool and sights of the ocean. A Walk to Downtown is a comfortable and convenient spot for friends and families to explore the best of what Folly has to offer!

A Walk to Downtown allows a maximum of 2 dogs, with a combined weight of up to 50 lbs. (Pre-approval is required, and fees apply-please don't hesitate to contact us directly for additional information) While we manage this property we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. All photos are current and accurately depict the property. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number: LIC006968. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Bedrooms were roomy and all had their own bath. It was nice to be a block from eateries and coffee and only a short walk to the beach and pier. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent experience. Thank you. Please put instructions on how to operate the tv in the master bedroom. There were 4 remotes, very confusing. Great location and very convenient location for many restaurants and bars.

The pool was always dirty and cement area around the pool. Was so disappointed because that was one reason why we rented there was to use the pool.The air conditioning was not working when we got there and it was about 85 in the room. The maintenance did come and fix it that night.The rooms were very clean, and the location was great!

Super convenient to all the things

Great property. Lacking a few features like beach towels and the bedding was a little hard but overall a very nice stay. What a nice view too

A Walk to Downtown

My family had a wonderful stay at the condo. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the cleanliness and relatively new furnishings. We had to contact the property manager twice and received prompt answers. The condo was located across from Folly Beach and was within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

Wonderful stay

Our first trip to Folly Beach did not disappoint.... great location, rental certainly gave that "beachy vibe". Perfect size for 6 adults (plus every room had it's own bathroom) a definite plus! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. No issues at all... we'd love to return again!

Great first beach trip!

Took our 3 year old for her first trip to the beach. I was expecting some noise at night, but the unit was very quiet. Centrally located and easy walking to beach and restaurants. Unit was clean and had plenty of kitchenware, extra blankets, and towels.

Second visit

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this unit. We enjoyed it just as much as the first time. Very clean. Walking distance to everything. Pet friendly a huge plus!

Great location and clean

We were very pleased with our accomodations. We felt "at home" there, and would stay there again! Only suggestion would be to provide more towels/washcloths for a 5 day stay, so we wouldnt have to do laundry mid-vacation. We only used the toaster and keurig for coffee, so can't speak much to the accommodations in the kitchen. Plenty of dishware and flatware.

Short Graduation Trip for Our Girls

Each morning we sat on the deck, drank our coffee, and listened to the waves. The best part…each bedroom has its own bathroom! Not much room to put away groceries, however plenty of kitchen appliances, flatware, etc. Has an elevator and cart to bring up suitcases and food. So close to Center Street, no need to rent a golf cart. We will definitely rent here again!
