A two-story house with 90 m² of living space, ideally located in a quiet residential neighborhood near the sea (100 meters away), not far from downtown and shops that are easily accessible by bike (10 minutes) or by car.

Covered market every morning during the summer.

Close to a sailing club, an equestrian center, the tennis club, the Saint-Trojan tourist train, as well as the harbor and its restaurants.

Located at the southern tip of the island, three beaches with different characteristics are nearby: “Gatseau Beach,” which is family-friendly and often sheltered from the wind (10 minutes by bike), with access to the wild Maumusson Point; “Petite Plage,” ideal for sailing activities facing the mainland (2-minute bike ride), and finally “Grande Plage” with its waves for surfers on the Atlantic side (20-minute bike ride).

Most of the access to the beaches is facilitated by bike paths.

The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds (140×190), one of which has a TV, and one bedroom with two single beds, a large closet, and a bathroom with a shower. The restrooms are separate.

The living-dining room features a table for 6 people with chairs, a sofa, a coffee table, a TV with a digital terrestrial TV (TNT) decoder, and a television.
