No cleaning fees! Visitors love our comfortable beds. Covered backyard patio with Hot Tub, Traeger Smoker Grill and Gas BBQ.  Gourmet chefs kitchen stocked with spices, oils and baking supplies.  2 ovens, large island, 6 burner gas cooktop.   2 Dining Tables,  Large Family Room.  Hot tub on back patio, landscaped & fenced backyard, sports court with basketball hoop & pickle ball net. Fire pit with 10 outdoor chairs. Great for winter and summer visits to Utah.

SKIERS & SNOWBOARDERS: Great location near skiing at Alta & Snowbird Resorts (Brighton & Solitude are close as well).  11 min to the park and ride in little Cottonwood Canyon canyon ( the one in the actual canyon). From there it is 12 min to snowbird. 18 min to Alta. -It is 7 minutes  to the 9400 S. 2000 E. Park and Ride bus stop I recommend taking the bus from here up the canyon. -15 min to the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon (7-11 & Porcupine Pub). 

Grocery shopping, fantastic Indian, Mexican & Italian Restaurants and bars nearby.  Close to Starbucks & a local coffee shop. 6 minutes to Trader Joes.   Lots of activities within couple minutes drive, Movie Theater, Go Cart Racing, Bowling Alley, Living Planet Aquarium, South Towne Mall and  Expo Center, Mini Golf, Airborne Trampoline Center, 15 minutes to The Salt Lake County Equestrian Park, 2 Minutes to the Dimple Dell Regional Park.

Home was beautiful and just the right size for our family. Great house to entertain. The backyard was a great space for the kids. The hot tub was a hit. My daughter Elgin married and the location was just a 8 min drive to the venue

We can't think of a better equipped home to have hosted our group of ten! We chose Emmy's home due to central location to our son's wedding festivities in and around Sandy, as well as the size of the yard for a rehearsal dinner we hosted outside for 35. The photos for the listing does not do this place justice; it's even better! What you don't see from the pictures is the way the house is laid out. Every floor of the home was thought out with function and comfort in mind. Communication from Emmy was above and beyond our expectations and such a source of support for planning this dinner from our of state. Again, the backyard was the perfect backdrop and I've never seen a more beautiful, well maintained yard.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect—spacious, clean, and had everything our family needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were super comfortable. The pickleball and basketball court were a fun bonus I hadn’t noticed in the listing. The host was very responsive and got back to me quickly when I reached out. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Luxury and comfort, BEST part of the trip!!!

Honestly the best place we have ever stayed. It was absolutely perfect. It was huge and had everything you could ever ask for. It was spotless and everything was so fresh. They had the house stocked with everything you could need including shampoo, condiments, and female products . Place even had baby essentials Like wow. House was so elegant and spacious. Backyard and hot tub was amazing.. she responded so quickly and addressed all questions within minutes. She was also accommodating when it came to checkout. Location is key, and located near everything. Pictures do not do this place justice, amazing in person. Overall can’t recommend this place enough, will absolutely be coming back and this will be our Utah spot.

Family Oasis

Our family of 12 traveled to SLC for our daughters graduation from The U. Our ages range from 4 to 63yo - this property was perfect for us! It is clean and in great condition! Beds comfy, plenty of towels, and kitchen well stocked. The backyard activities and hot tub kept the six kids (and adults) occupied. Property manager prompt, friendly, and made arriving and leaving simple. Great Place! Thank you!

Spacious, Well equipped home, in a great location

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Sandy, Utah. The house is incredibly spacious, making it perfect for large groups or families. It was equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and modern amenities. The location was ideal—close to shopping centers, restaurants, and just a short drive to the ski resorts. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, providing a relaxing environment after our daily adventures. The hosts were responsive and made the check-in process seamless. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect House for a Group Trip

This house was perfect for a group of us staying in Salt Lake for a 2nd annual ski trip. It was spotless, so clean and comfortable, pics looked exactly like online, and the host was very communicative the entire time. All the beds were extremely comfortable, the hot tub worked and was in great condition, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. A bonus we didn’t anticipate was the heated floors in the kitchen! We had enough space with the 10 of us we didn’t feel on top of each other. We loved how the bedrooms were on multiple levels, again helped with feeling more spacious and less on top of each other. Would absolutely return in the future, I can’t recommend this property enough.

The best house we ever stayed in

We have been visiting Salt Lake City for nearly 20 years, and this was our second time renting Emmy’s house. It is simply the best! The house is beautifully furnished, very clean, and perfectly located for our ski trip. We will definitely return!

Perfect ski trip stay

Property was exactly as described, very clean and luxurious. Host had great communication. Unique puzzles were a highlight for sure! Short trip from house to the canyon, would definitely recommend this stay to anyone.

Beautiful Home Close to Ski/Snowboard !

Beautiful family home in Sandy!

The house was exactly as described. Great size for our group of nine and dogs. Yard was large and the boys enjoyed playing pickleball. The host was very accommodating and even offered to get out serving pieces for us if we were hosting Thanksgiving dinner. Any question or concern we had was responded to quickly. We all enjoyed our time together as a family in this lovely home.

Lots of the Right Stuff But Its Hard to Keep Everything Working

All of the items in the listing were present as advertised and this was a really nice house in a good location. We had issues with the grill and the hot tub that were not resolved in time for us to enjoy those items (we were only there three days). The owner was very accommodating but when things aren't maintained, it matters. Hopefully these things are resolved by now so the next guests can have an amazing time.

Would rent again!

This home was as advertised. It was clean and well stocked. It was in a good central location for all of the comings and goings that we had planned. Our teen boys enjoyed the basketball court and hot tub. We would definitely rent this property again!

a beautiful home and wonderful stay

We were 10 adults and 3 children and stayed in this beautiful home to attend Young Living's 30th international convention in Salt Lake City. The beds were insanely comfortable, everything we needed was provided and more and the layout was perfect for us! The owner was GREAT to work with and made everything as easy and simple as possible for us. We are so thankful for this opportunity to stay here and look forward to possibly renting again next year!
