Beautiful, cozy, private home with mountain & valley views. The house is within walking/biking distance to the Bonneville/Corner Canyon trails. Located 11 miles to Snowbird/Alta, and 19 miles to Solitude/Brighton world-class ski resorts. An easy 20 miles to downtown SLC for dinner & entertainment. And 40 mins to Park City.
Two-car garage, gas fire pit, 6-person hot tub, and BBQ. This house has 6 bedrooms. Four bedrooms upstairs, one being a small workout room, the master bedroom, laundry room, and hall bathroom.
The main level has the kitchen, separate dining room, office, sitting room, powder bathroom, and TV room.
The basement has a large TV room with an arcade video table, an air hockey table, and 6 recliner chairs to watch your favorite movies. Plus 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Whether your stay is in the winter for skiing, snowboarding, or snowmobiling, or you are here during the summer/fall for hiking, biking, time on the lake, or a family reunion, you have picked the perfect home to gather your friends and family for memorable adventures.

Great Team Trip

We stayed in this home in April 2024, a portion of a high school archery team in town for a competition. We had nothing short of an absolute fantastic time. Sandy was the perfect host -- great on communication whenever we needed anything. She also allowed us to host our team dinner in the house, which was a BIG ask, and we really appreciated it. The house was exactly as advertised, with the exact sleeping arrangements we expected. The kids loved the hot tub and the game/movie room. Thanks for the stay! We would definitely stay at Sandy's place again.

Perfect house for ski trip

House has a great location, plenty of room, well stocked kitchen and everything you would need as a base for a ski trip. It was perfect for our group and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for something close to the Cottonwood Canyons.

Great Ski House

This house was wonderful for our ski vacation to Alta and other resorts. The garage accomidated all of our equipment and the house was big enough to host our large group. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner for hungry teens and it was nice that there was plenty of scoops/tools/utensiles. There are some hiking trails nearby and it was only 20 mins to Little Cottonwood Canyon. I would definatly recommend to families.

Great place, great host

The host Shelley has a beautiful home perfect for our group, 2 families with adult children and SOs. Shelley quickly resolved a couple minor issues. Convenient to both Cottonwood canyons. Real fun place.

Awesome ski chalet

Had a group of a dozen friends and we had an awesome time here, check in and check out were easy, property is amazing with a fun downstairs game room and an outdoor hot tub. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking dinners. Garage is set up for storing ski equipment and even comes with a wall of boot warmers. Would highly recommend
