Single-storey house, facing south, ideally located and overlooking the sea on the peninsula of St Mandrier Village, impasse de la Corniche d'Or. With its 3 terraces, you will have the choice between the sun or the shade of the olive tree. In a few minutes, you can walk to the beach of La Coudoulière (pebbles - shoes recommended) - supervised swimming area in July and August), the customs officers' path or the beautiful Domaine de l'Ermitage. You are also a few minutes from the village and its shops, its market, and the maritime shuttles to Toulon, Porquerolles or Port-Cros.

Built in 1975, with a surface area of 85 m2, you access the house by climbing a few steps, then enter the double living room with sea view (accessing the 2nd and 3rd terraces). There are two bedrooms with double beds (140 x 190) opening directly onto the 1st terrace and a children's bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, toaster, blender, blender, Senseo ...). You have a shower room and separate toilet.

We draw your attention to the fact that it is a family home, authentic, with its history and its flaws, it is comfortable but has kept the traces of the past such as its Provençal kitchen or its floor tiles from the 1970s. In short, it is not a Californian villa but it feels like home!

The peninsula is served by a single road and thus allows you to benefit from a privileged location away from the crowds of the large beaches in a preserved setting.

With its village life accessible a few minutes walk from the house, St Mandrier has all the useful shops (bakery, butcher, greengrocer, press, mini-market...) and you can buy your fish directly from the fishermen at the auction. The Provençal market is held on Saturday mornings.

The coastal path passes in front of the house and crosses the entire peninsula for beautiful walks in the red rocks of the seaside.

The maritime shuttle (accessible 10 minutes walk from the house) allows you to easily get to Toulon, Porquerolles or Port-Cros in summer. You can enjoy without a car!

Some of the stairs are made of natural stone and can therefore be steep for very young children.

Perfect holiday home

Stunning location. Easy access to the village, and beaches. 3 different terraces complemented the weather perfectly. Lovely comfy beds. Lots of crockery and cutlery, we never ran out. Perfectly equipped for our family of 5. Been to St Mandrier on many occasions, and very glad to have found this house. Will definite back

Beautiful location

The house is beautifully situated at the coast, only a few meters to the next (stony) beach. Several terraces around the house allowing to sit in the sun or the shadows at every hour of the day. Parts of the furniture in the house should be renewed.

Spacious house with amazing views

Property is located at the border of the town. The house is authentic unlike most places we stayed in before. House is equipped with everything that you need. The local people are friendly and not a lot of tourists around. Recommendations: lunch/dinner at ‘le calypso’ (best and largest mussels we ever have ever eat en). Ferry trip to Toulon (20 minutes). Also plenty of beautiful beaches around. Enjoy. We will surely visit again.

Stunning view and pleasant ambiance

We really enjoyed the location close to the sea and the pleasant harbour and village. All we needed for a relaxing week was within reach by foot. Peaceful beach just a few minutes down the steps. Some preferered bathing shoes in order to enter into the sea comfortably beacuse of the pebbles. Our local contact person Julie was both friendly and helpful, and easy to get in touch with. For our family the house was spacious and we had a refreshing week despite of no air conditioning. Plenty of exterior spaces for meals and the needs of different hours of the day. Recommendable!

Das Haus ist super gelegen und hat 3 Terrassen, die man zur jeder Zeit verwenden. Die Zimmer sind gut ausreichend für eine Familie mit Kindern. Der Weg zum Strand ist super kurz und der Steinstrand sehr naturwild. Wir würden wieder kommen :-)

Notre séjour a été positif. L’endroit est très calme, idéal pour se détendre, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer depuis les trois terrasses. Le chant des cigales toute la journée, mêlé au bruit apaisant des vagues, crée une ambiance vraiment reposante. L’accès à la mer est très facile, à seulement 200 mètres, et la plage, peu fréquentée, offre un cadre paisible. Cependant, il faut savoir que c’est une plage de gros galets, donc les chaussures sont indispensables pour marcher confortablement. Le bateau-bus est un moyen de transport très pratique et pas cher pour se déplacer. (Toulon, Porquerolles, La Seyne, Les Sablettes…) Le port est tout proche à pied avec de petits commerces et de nombreux restaurants. Une belle expérience.

De magnifique vacances

Un sejour tout simplement parfait. La maison est accueillante, la propreté très bonne, les lits confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y cuisiner de bon petit plat et trois terrasse pour en profiter tout a regardant la mer, qui est effectivement est à 1 minute de la maison. Le bord de mer n'est pas bondée de touriste et les sentiers du littoral superbe. Merci encore pour ces magnifique vacances.

Überwältigende Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus ragt durch seine traumhafte Lage absolut heraus. Damit meinen wir nicht nur den Blick von den drei (!) Terassen oder aus den Fenstern, sondern vor allem auch den Umstand, dass man auf zweien der Außenterrassen durch die hohen Bäume eigentlich immer Schatten finden kann. Im Haus ist alles so wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Die Spülmaschine zeigt manchmal Fehlercodes an, was laut Auskunft der sehr netten Eigentümer an Problemen mit dem Wasserdruck vor Ort liegt. Positiv ist auch, dass mit Julie eine kompetente Caretakerin bei Problemen vor Ort verfügbar ist. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse mehr oder weniger direkt an der Küste, die hier nicht zubetoniert, sondern vergleichsweise sparsam bebaut ist. Über die Straße geht man eine Treppe herunter zu einem Steinstrand. Für den und um ins Meer zu kommen sollte man unbedingt Schwimmschuhe mitnehmen - der Strand ist bedingt durch die Steine nicht sehr voll und die Aussicht aus dem Wasser auf die Küste ist umwerfend. Der Ort ist in 10-15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, dort gibt es einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen, Samstags einen schönen Markt und nette Restaurants. Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist 7 km weit weg mit dem Auto. Sehr schön: Man kann per Boot (le bus-bateau) zu ÖPNV-Preisen nach Toulon übersetzen.

Un Havre de paix !

Un séjour en famille ( 3 générations) qui a beaucoup plu à tout le monde. La vue est incroyable, la maison très très agréable avec toutes ses terrasses, ses ouvertures etc... Malgré la canicule il faisait bon vivre dans cette villa. Nous n'avons qu'une envie, y retourner ! Merci pour l'accueil !

Magnifique vue sur mer!

La vue sur mer est très belle et la plage de galets proche et très agréable, le logement est spacieux mais assez vieillot. Les équipements laissent à désirer comme le lave vaisselle qui n’est pas bien fixé ainsi que le four ( bouge en ouvrant la porte et sale), l’intérieur des armoires de cuisine avaient peut-être été oubliées: plusieurs plats ou ustensiles de vaisselles ont dû être relavés car collants ou avec des toiles d’araignées. Tout nous semble manquer d’entretien et de propreté, l’équipement en général devrait être renouvelé, sauf la salle d’eau. Malgré cela heureusement nous vivions beaucoup dehors pour profiter de la vue et du climat sur les 3 terrasses. A chaque fois une vue magnifique. Peut-être avec de nouveaux meubles de jardin😉 La maison aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement général. Tout serait parfait 👍 La personne sur place est à l’écoute et nous a bien renseigné.

Bonjour Christine, nous sommes désolés que la maison n’ait pas tout à fait correspondu à vos attentes. Nous avons bien pris note de vos remarques concernant le nettoyage et le four. Quant aux autres équipements que vous mentionnez comme devant être renouvelés, ils sont neufs car achetés il y a moins d’un an (réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, plaque à induction, Senseo, grille-pain). Tout comme une partie du mobilier de jardin ou de certaines chambres. Enfin, nous vous assurons que la maison est régulièrement entretenue. Pour exemple, entre autres rénovations, dont la salle de bains refaite, la totalité des ouvrants, portes et fenêtres, vient d’être changée. Peut-être vous attendiez vous à une décoration plus contemporaine : nous avons effectivement fait le choix de l’authenticité des lieux en conservant certains éléments du « passé » comme les carreaux provençaux dans la cuisine, le carrelage au sol ou les pierres naturelles à l’extérieur. Et avons fait en sorte que les photos de l’annonce soient fidèles à ce choix. Nous espérons néanmoins que votre séjour a été reposant et que vous avez pu bénéficier, outre la vue, du calme des lieux. Schön, aber bräuchte mehr Aufmerksamkeit

Der Ausblick ist magisch und wunderschön, das Haus war sauber genug (außer der Boden) Barfuß laufen hat keinen Spaß gemacht. Das Badezimmer ist Neu renoviert und es hat alles funktioniert. Zum Strand muss man über die Straße und eine steile Treppe absteigen, der ist zwar steinig aber sehr schön und nicht voll, das Wasser ist sehr klar. Der Garten könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit gebrauchen. Da mangelt es leider an Liebe und Detail, die hintere Terasse ist nicht benutzbar weil die Kiefer Harz tropfen lässt. Hier könnte man Abhilfe schaffen mit einem einfachen Sonnensegel. Benötigt wird ein gutes Mittel gegen Moskitos und ein Ventilator für die Nacht, da es sehr heiss wird. Ansonsten haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Cher Chris, merci pour votre appréciation et votre séjour. Concernant les pins, nous sommes dans une région boisée où le vent et la chaleur incitent à la prudence pour les départs de feux : la mairie nous a demandé juste avant votre venue de couper une partie des branches, ce qui explique la résine et l'aspect "collant", le temps de la cicatrisation. De la même manière que nous ne pouvons arroser et entretenir le jardin comme nous aimerions en cette période où nous sommes en "alerte sécheresse". Je suis désolée pour ces désagréments. Il a été remédié à la question des ventilateurs :). Encore merci !

Bettwäsche und Badetücher müssen selbst mitgenommen werden. Das Mobiliar ist eher dürftig und die Küche ein Sammelsurium… Schade… die Aussicht ist bombastisch. Der nahe Strand leider mit großen Steinen was nicht genau beschrieben ist.

Bonjour Petra, il est bien précisé sur l'annonce que la plage de la Coudoulière est une plage de galets et que le linge n'est pas compris dans la location, et qu'il peut être loué. Quant à ce qui concerne la suite de vos appréciations, nous ne les comprenons pas bien. La cuisine est totalement équipée et le mobilier semble avoir été apprécié par vos prédécesseurs qui nous ont recommandé. Nous restons donc à l'écoute de suggestions qui permettraient d'améliorer concrètement la prestation. Cordialement.

Quelle chance !!!

Une belle adresse à conserver. Une maison authentique, bien meublée et tout le nécessaire comme à la maison. Literie très confortable. Douche extérieure très appréciable. Les escaliers extérieurs sont magnifiques mais il faut faire attention C est ça aussi le charme ! Une vue merveilleuse de partout, des terrasses pour que chacun profite selon ses goûts. Le calme absolu d une impasse en bout de la prèsqu île. Les ados ont manqué de divertissements nous on a aimé ! Mer à 5 mn à pieds. On savait le côté sauvage des plages sans sable mais les galets C est quand même pas facile 😱 chaussures d eau obligatoires. Une belle semaine de vacances ! Merci aux Nathalie

traumhafter Blick aufs Meer

super nette Eigentümer, hervorragende Kommunikation und eine sehr nette und besorgte Concierge vor Ort. Sie hat sich rührend gekümmert und uns viele Dinge/ Restaurants empfohlen und war immer über Whatsapp ansprechbar. Konversation in Englisch möglich. Haus sehr ruhig gelegen mit 2 eigenen Parkplätzen in einer Sackgasse, Zugang nicht barrierefrei, 2 sehr schöne z.T. verschattete Terrassen mit Meerblick. Kinder- (Etagen) betten mit recht weichen Matratzen, bedingt für Kinder über 50kg (14-15 Jahre) geeignet. Wir waren Mitte Oktober da und hatten noch gutes Badewetter (Steinstrand ca. 5 Minuten zu fuß, ansonsten toller Sandstrand in les Sablettes. Supermarkt (Casino) 15 Minuten zufuß, Fähre nach Toulon (Tagesticket incl. Mont Faron 6€) ebenso. Bei Sonnernuntergang gibt es Mücken. Haus sehr zu empfehlen, Grundstück auch groß genug damit Kinder gut spielen können.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht und waren sowohl mit der Unterkunft, als auch der Umgebung sehr zufrieden.

Bien..., non très bien..., non Parfait.

Prenez une maison de caractère, avec son terrain à recoins et ses terrasses, le calme du lieu, sa situation à deux pas de Saint Mandrier, la plage en contrebas et quoi aussi?? Ha oui, sa vue extraordinaire sur la mer, et vous avez le lieu ou nous avons passé une TRES bonne semaine.
