Top Floor Oceanfront Suite - Pool and Sauna - Sleeps 4!

Summary:

Welcome to 301, which we call "Sandsational". This top floor corner unit is perfect for a couple or small family. It can sleep up to 4 comfortably. There is a queen bed in the main living space along with queen pull out sofa. This updated and modern studio is equipped with everything you need to have a stress-free, relaxing vacation right on the beach. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Come relax and dip your toes in the sand in our gorgeously decorated, top floor, studio. You'll be on top of the world as you enjoy stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. You'll be able to listen to the sounds of the waves crashing as you fall asleep in the luxurious queen bed located in the oceanside suite. For our groups that are a little larger, there's a queen pullout sofa as well.



If you don't feel like going out to eat every night, not to worry. This unit also features a well equipped kitchen for those who want a home cooked meal.



If you want to enjoy some of the top notch amenities that the Sea Gypsy has on offer spend some time in our heated indoor salt water pool and sauna. Or make use of the two gas grills, which can be found near the pool area.

Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 32 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.

Wonderful stay

The sea view was great, but everything was old. And the soundproofing was not good at all, so I could hear the conversations in the next room. I think the price is a bit expensive for the condition of the room.

Short but sweet

We only had one night at the beach due to tight scheduling, but we had a wonderful mother/daughter day and night at the beach. The accommodations and view were perfect.

Nice stay at the Sea Gypsy. The bathroom sink drain was a bit sluggish. TV directions need to be updated as there was no remote labeled the same as directions. I clicked on the wrong place and caused it to go back to “set up” so hope it was working for the next guest. Decor as far as chair, bedspread And area carpet could be improved but the view outside the window needs no improvement. God has given us so much beauty. Thank you for the two day vacation and for the explanation for the extra cost as I was unaware a third party was involved.

Love the Coast

Wonderful stay in Lincoln city. View was wonderful especially on the rainy day. Weather cleared up and we had 2 beautiful days. Bed was comfortable except for the plastic mattress cover. Makes you sweat! There are other options out there to protect your mattress. Room was clean and comfortable. Throw blanket would have been a plus. Neighbor decided to play his tv loud one night. Not sure what movie he was watching but it was action packed. Ended at midnight which was annoying. Maybe a note on tv to be considerate of other guests in all the rooms would be helpful. We did have a noise issue with the neighbor building with their downspout and the wind. Sounded like construction going on with the wind playing with it. Contacted our property manager and they were on it and the other building had someone come and fix it that day. The wind was crazy the first night and 1/2 day we were there. The wind messed with the wifi at the building as well but they gave us another network and password to log Into so that wasn’t an issue. Beach was right out the door. It’s on our list of places to stay when we come again. Thank you for providing a reasonably priced place to stay at the beach.

We are glad to hear you found this charming condo to be clean and comfortable. Our housekeeping team works hard to ensure our charming condos are presented just this way. They know how important and valuable time away is and they want you to relax without a care while you are here! We were happy to help with the noise that was created from the neighboring building, I am sure they didn't know it was happening and were grateful to have it pointed out to them. It just goes to show how far working together and being a team (even when you are different companies) can go! We are sorry to hear that the storm had an effect on your wifi usage. While this is a fairly normal occurrence for us here at the coast we are working to ensure this becomes less of a nuisance in the future. We have installed new dedicated wifi and are currently in the process of fine tuning its reception. Once our IT team works through the teething issues we believe we will have a solid connection over what is currently operating. Thank you so much for your honest feedback. We rely on it to ensure we are getting things right and to improve the things we can! We love to hear that you will stay with us again, and we look forward to hosting your next coastal getaway!

The view and weather were perfect. We were able to catch the sun set both nights while having a fire on the beach. However,the room was a little off putting, if you will. Not a fan of having the TV on the opposite wall of the bed, especially in a small room like that. The bed itself is too small for the structure it's on. We must've clipped the corner with our knees a dozen times. And you're covering it with a blanket doesn't help. I think there's a leak in the coffee machine. There was a lot of standing water under it after I brewed a pot. The housekeeper would've seen it had he or she cleaned it. They didn't. I did. Including all of the grounds from the previous guests. With that being said, we would definitely not be staying in the (un)Sandsational room again.

Very enjoyable stay, comfy bed, even cooked in the room. Nice pots and pans, limited amount of coffee cups. Very clean. Shower was great. The shower head was quite high which wife and I loved since we are tall. It is a wand type so it would also work for shorter people. Can't wait to go back.

This was a perfect spot for us to stay! Nice and cozy, we will definitely come back in the future!! We couldn't figure out how to turn on the fan light but it wasn't a big deal at all. The tv was missing a bolt on the left side. The chairs and table were a little wobbly. We flipped them to tighten the bolts and discovered some were missing! The toilet runs for about 10 seconds off and on but wasn't more noisy than we are used to! There was no pepper or olive oil in the cabinet and a large fork and another salad bowl would have been nice. But again, none of these are any big deal. Thank you for providing such a nice little spot for us to celebrate our anniversary & renew our wedding vows! We look forward to coming again with our children in tow!

Horrific experience with.....

There is no way to communicate with owners on this property! The property manager is very inexperienced in the hospitality business. No inventory is done in the unit. We had absolutely no forks and zero teaspoons, and only 1 coffee mug. Limited other dishes too. Everytime we used the stove the smoke alarm went off. The burner pans were filthy! The tiny little fridges freezer was so full of ice you could barely fit an ice cube tray inside. The closest door was hanging from the slider rails so you couldn't close it. The cable in the unit went out on the first day and the property manager did NOTHING to have it fixed. I will be posting pictures on Yelp and every other social media platform that I can. The property manager absolutely RUINED our VACATION. I have rented from VRBO several times in the past and have never had such a bad experience as in this property!!!!

Normally I like to thank guests for their open and honest reviews. In this case I am mortified by the complete untruth and exaggerations in this review. Our multiple interactions with you from many members of our staff were all handled in the utmost professional and kind manner. Despite your lack of respect for our check in time, and your shortness with our housekeeping staff who had to carefully work around you as you crowded the outside hallway two hours before check in time with all of your luggage and personal belongings. You did in fact alert us to the lack of forks in the unit. We immediately sent an employee to a nearby store to purchase a brand new set of silverware. In the short 6 minute window before the employee could return with the new silverware a member of your party entered our front public office and verbally assaulted the general manager. He was aggressive and acting volatile and he was asked to leave the office. Because of that, we would not send any of our staff directly to the room. We informed you that you were more than welcome to come to the front office to collect the silverware at your convenience. The closet door and freezer were completely operational and working perfectly fine during your stay so your claims otherwise are just untrue. You mention cable issues. I find it hard to believe you don't recall the maintenance man that was sent to your unit to check on the tv for you. When he arrived all he did was change the tv to the correct input, as it was directed for you to do on the three previous phone calls you made to our front office and is clearly outlined on the TV instructions located in your unit. We addressed every single one of your concerns during your visit. We were readily accessible as you reached us via email, text, and phone on multiple occasions during your visit. We absolutely refute all claims otherwise. We went above and beyond trying to accommodate you and your party. After our terrible experience with your 4 day stay here we would not welcome you back to Sea Gypsy Rentals and would urge you to seek accommodations elsewhere. We would, however, alert all future rentals to please beware of this guest.

Lovely stay

Absolutely loved this stay. We were blown away by the views when we opened the door. Nice easy walk to the beach and the condo has all the basic items you need. It was honestly stunning and I'd stay here over and over again. Only little thing we noticed was the shower head was going every which way and water pressure in the shower was pretty low.

Overall good but a few issues

Overall, the room was comfortable and the view was great. There were a few issues, though. First the refrigerator was not a full refrigerator, it was dorm sized. Second, we had a loud neighbor. There is a door separating the unit we stayed in and the one next door. With so little insulation between the rooms, it often sounded like she was in the room with us. This was especially an issue in the evening. Third, there was a remote for the fan and blinds...we couldn't get either to work. Fourth, there was a layer of fuzzy dust on higher surfaces in the room. Fifth, the bar on the glass door of the shower was loose (I finger tightened it, it should be tightened more firmly). Sixth, there was no way to store our clothes because the closet was full of chairs. Lastly, the floor needed closer vacuum (there was stuff on the floor including a hair ball that we had to pick up when we arrived).

Loved the view

Loved the view and decor. We could never get a decent hot watertemp, had to boil water to do dishes. Would maybe stay again for a couple days, but kitchen has so little counter space and not the best cooking items, no baking sheets. We were here for a week with restaurants not open, so the really limited kitchen was hard to deal with. The door to the adjoining unit really let a lot of noise in. We were really looking for a chill week, we just lost our vacation home in the wildfires...so were a little dissapointed with the neighbor noise, the water situation and the kitchen.

Sea gypsy condo

Super cute place and very clean. When we got there there was still icecream in the freezer so we just left it as we didn't know who it belonged to but that was the only confusing item. I would suggest getting hampers for the rooms because we had to just leave dirty laundry on the floor for the trip and then with a note for the cleaners but very nice place and the owner was super considerate about us breaking a glass would love to visit again.

Our room was beautiful, nice and clean. We had a wonderful ocean view and could open the windows at night to listen to the ocean. We appreciate our little matter being taken care of so promptly, and it made our stay very enjoyable. Will be renting through you again!
