Needs some work. Unfortunately, I had stayed in this condo before and it needed work then! I am ok with the older places if they are clean and maintained, however this place has very noticeable repairs that need fixed and they are clearly left undone! I will make sure to never stay there again! Big hole in ceiling above bath/shower where fan is, attachment to shower head in other bathroom needs repaired, closet door in master has no trim and is broken! I gave it a 3 because it was clean.

Both beds were very comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms were well stocked with towels. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots & pans amd utensils. We enjoyed sitting outside in the Adirondack chairs watching all the bird activity during low tide. Will definitely recommend to friends & family and will book another stay in the future.

Pros: very well stocked kitchen. Ocean/bay front patio excellent. Lots of good quality towels and bed linens. Nice updated kitchen. Love Taft District, very walkable. Cons: condo had a musty, old, not fresh odor. Bought plug in deodorizers that helped some. Although the condo bathrooms, kitchen were surface clean, the unit needs a deep clean. The cleaning person showed up only one hour before check in stating she had a lot of properties to clean. Frankly I'm amazed she did such a good job in an hour but the place needs to be cleaned top to bottom.

Great Location, Comfortable Condo

This condo is a great location and at least during our stay, the back patio seemed pretty sheltered from the wind. While we didn't spend a ton of time in the condo, being able to sit outside in the evening and take in the view of the bay was wonderful. The only thing of concern, is that the steam set off the fire detector outside of the bathroom. Bathroom door was shut during the shower, but door was left open after finishing using the bathroom and excess steam came out (yes, we used the fan in the bathroom). This would not preclude us from staying there again, just something people should be aware of. Apparently, the fire alarm system is tied into a central system that alerts the fire department. You don't need the fire department showing up!

Loved it

Loved the location. Only thing that could be improved is the shower head so low, couches had non stop feathers coming out, and getting the key out of the security box took awhile to figure out.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We appreciated being on the ground floor and the view was perfect. The beach area was easy to get to and it was the perfect place to enjoy a bonfire. I must say the bed in the master bedroom was so comfy. I didn't want to get out of bed, but adventure awaited us. It's so cool to see low tide replaced with high tide, then it's back to people exploring again when the water went away. It was great!

Perfect relaxing weekend

Place was right on the bay. Morning walks to the ocean- beautiful even when cloudy and wet. Close proximity to good restaurants , groceries, presto logs and more. Very comfortable

Uncomfortable Furniture

Living room furniture was horribly uncomfortable, very worn, ripped cushion. Wifi only worked in the living room. Low shower heads, we are all average height and had to bend over to get hair wet.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was very clean. We didn’t use any of the kitchen appliances, but it seemed to have the basics. Our only complaint was how terrible the WiFi was. Spotty in the living room and pretty much non existent in the bedrooms. It would have been fine but our cell service was super spotty in the condo as well.

Loved the condo, RUDE UPSTAIRS GUEST!

First off, our stay was great and the condo was just what we needed! To the person who was staying in 302, we were fully aware of the rules posted by the owner and did not appreciate your uncalled for attitude and words spoken to us and our family! We made sure all rules were being followed and we could hear your very loud phone complaint and extremely rude comments! We are mot some white trash people and don't appreciate your demeaning comments about us!!!! Also, can you please fix the base of the shower head and the mold and cracks in the ceiling of the master bedroom!

Great stormy Spring Break stay

We got off to a rocky start with a late check in due to an extended cleaning schedule (it looked like the poor cleaning woman had a huge mess to deal with). And the grandkids and I got caught in a hail storm on the beach, so once we gained access to the condo we were SUPER grateful for heat and warm showers. We made a fire (bring presto logs!!) in the fireplace and were quickly settled in. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we can’t wait to come back 😊

Girls trip for mom's 83rd Birthday

Good location. Over all it was a good stay. The couch and love seat were feather filled and very uncomfortable. Everytime you move you would get poked by feathers. The network and wifi were horrible a d pretty much non-existent.

Great King bed!

Lovely spot for a girls getaway! Everything we needed, including the kitchen items were available. Very clean and great location! One of us swam in the ocean and the seals surrounded her and swam with her. Very sweet! We will come back in the spring.

Great view with a couple of maintenance issues

The Dock of the Bay 102 has a great view with mo stairs and is great for people with mobility issues. However most of the outlets seem to be unsecured to the boxes and cone out of the wall. There was also some wierdness with the living room tv as well. The firestick didnt seem to work at all and the dvd player was unplugged and disconnected. Minor issues, that can easily be addressed with a little maintenance. Otherwise a great place to stay! Thanks!

Gorgeous location, dated property

Couldn’t beat the location. Really great and interesting with the tidal bay. For the price, I would have expected the property to be more updated. Kitchen and bathrooms needed updates. Master shower was super small and shower head can’t be adjusted - making showering awkward.
