Enjoy the space and privacy of a vacation rental with the convenience of an on-site motel front desk, right in downtown Moab.

The Bowen Apartment on Main is a spacious, private 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment located on the Bowen Motel property, just steps from downtown Moab's restaurants, shops and attractions. The apartment is completely separate from the motel guest rooms, with its own private entrance and plenty of room for families and groups of up to 8 guests.

The apartment features:
• 3 bedrooms and 2 private bathrooms
• Sleeps up to 8 guests
• Two bedrooms with queen beds
• Primary bedroom with a queen bed plus two twin beds
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Spacious living and dining area with seating for up to 10
• Private patio with pergola, seating and gas BBQ grill
• Private washer and dryer
• Individual heating and air conditioning in each room
• TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms with DIRECTV satellite programming
• Complimentary WiFi
• Two reserved parking spaces
• Trailer parking available on the property

Apartment guests are also welcome to enjoy the Bowen Motel's seasonal outdoor swimming pool and bike wash area, which are shared with motel guests.

One of the apartment's biggest advantages is its location. Leave your vehicle parked and enjoy easy walking access to downtown Moab, while having a comfortable and spacious home base for exploring Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park and the surrounding area.

Because the apartment is located on the Bowen Motel property, you also have the convenience of an on-site front desk if you need assistance during your stay.

This is a major upgrade over the motel itself. includes three very usable bedrooms (with 5 bed total) and lots of common space. we spent our evenings on the patio watching the other tourists walk up and down the street.

We absolutely loved this apartment and especially the private patio. What a great place to sit and have coffee or a beverage. The inside is older but so charming and has lots of character. It also has its own designated parking spaces which was great. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and the host was fantastic to communicate with and took care of all of our needs/requests. This is a great place to stay, is very conveniently located and the host is great!! Would definitely recommend to anyone and we will stay here as well if we ever get back to Moab!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. For female solo travelers it was nice to have the extra security of the hotel office adjacent. Very spacious and clean, super comfortable. Location walkable to all of downtown. The apartment had everything we could possibly need.

We did not cook anything so we did not use the kitchen essentials. The rooms were clean. The bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo etc. Did not use the washer or dryer. Check in and out was easy and convenient. Great location on Main Street. Easy access to many shops and restaurants within walking distance.

We loved the location of this property. We could easily walk to restaurants.The space was perfect for 4 adults and two kids with plenty of room. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. Our kids swam in the heated pool in october and loved it.
