Great location, quiet and respectful neighborhood. Pool and hot tub are super great amenity. Very spacious and comfortable. Host was quick to get back to any questions and were open to suggestions to make it even better

Everything was as planned. It was a bit tricky to find as google maps was trying to take us down a different road, but called Troy and he directed us in perfectly.We would stay here again.

The home was well taken of. It was spacious and comfortable, with a particularly well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. A shout-out to the person who cleans the place-it was sparkling clean and neat.

Best vacation

The property was so quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable, great night sleep. Check in was very easy. Had a question so I messaged the owner, he was very quick to respond and answer my question. I would definitely stay here again!

National Park visit

The property was so quiet and clean! Beds were comfy and there were lots of extra blankets and pillows. Check in was easy and the location was really perfect.

Great location near Moab and national parks

This condo was spacious, clean and perfectly located to visit Arches and Canyonlands. The kitchen was well stocked to make some meals so we didn't have to eat out every meal. We enjoyed our stay.

great location

it was a great location just two miles from town. it was easy access to Arches and Canyon lands. the condo had a nice patio to enjoy the outdoors. would stay again if in the area.

Beautiful

The condo was well appointed , well decorated, clean with nice linens and room for all 6 of us . We enjoyed the pool and hot tub . We did struggle with the tv but finally were able to access what we wanted.

The area is great for mt. biking, national parks and hiking. The pool was great. The unit was clean with plenty of supplies. Nice view of cliffs.

Great place!

N4 was a great place to stay and use as a base to see the National Parks and other attractions in and around Moab. The condo is spacious, clean and very well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio in the evening enjoying the great weather and views!

Comfortable, Clean, and Well Stocked

This condo was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The owner was quick to respond to a couple of my concerns (burnt out bathroom light and a curling rug that was a hazard). The living room furniture and the beds were especially comfortable. I would stay here again. Thank you!

We loved staying here for our first vacation to Moab - we'll definitely come back!

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed staying in this well appointed home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. We all liked having some extra space in this large condominium. The kids really enjoyed picking movies to watch from the extensive DVD collection. We would love to come back again!

Great place

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It is spacious, kitchen has everything, some pots and pans are scratched but grill is working and you can cook outside. If we come back we will book same unit for sure. Condo is 4 miles from downtown, very quiet an really comfortable.I would recommend this property for anybody.

We have been vacationing to Moab for the last 20 years and have found it harder and harder to find a nice place with a pool, hot tub and family friendly location, so we have made the investment in an area that we love to share with our family and friends!

Location ... Location ... is everything! Rim Village has it all, nice pool, hot tub, club house nestle at the foothills of the Beautiful Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains to the east. Located on a dead end road close to pool and have a large area of grass to sit and play on.

Big Windows looking out at the Moab Rim, 3 good sized rooms and two full baths. Open full kitchen and living room. Double car garage and a beautiful patio to enjoy the mornings or evenings taking it all in!
