2 bedroom, 2 bath ground floor unit (1100 sq.ft). Bright, fully stocked kitchen with granite counters and all new appliances. Dining and living rooms tastefully decorated with all new furnishings. The spacious master has a queen size bed, private 3 pc. ensuite and large walk-in closet. The guest room has a queen size bed.
Two spacious Lanai’s offer alternate places to kick back and relax and enjoy sunset views overlooking the golf course.
Full size washer and drying available in suite.

The Meadows Country Club is home to a 360-acre campus filled with 2 outstanding golf courses. Walking distance to Nathan Benderson Aquatic Park, with trails for walking, biking etc. Walking distance to University Town Center, and minutes to I-75. Located just a short drive from Florida’s best beaches, Siesta Key and Lido Beach. Endless dining and shopping options in downtown Sarasota and St. Armand’s Circle.

Great Location!

The Condo is comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner even provided beach towels! The location is great, close to shopping, restaurants, and Gulf Coast beaches.

Spectacular condo

Best place to stay in Sarasota. Clean, updated, comfortable furniture and beds, equipped with everything you need for a fabulous vacation. And the sunsets are amazing!!! In addition, Sergio, the owner, was helpful, friendly and responded immediately to any request or concern we had. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Lovely decorated condo with great location

We so much enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It is perfectly furnished and equipped. Our hosts have been fantastic and even provide a small booklet with ideas and hints what to do and where to go out. We will definitely come back!

Awesome Vacation - Memorable in so many ways

Fantastic apartment in The Meadows, Sarasota. Exactly as it says on the tin! Really comfortable place with every amenity you could need. Meadows is 21’ above sea level so not in an evacuation area if and when hurricanes blow in from the gulf.

Thank you Paul. I have been here when a hurricane came through and it wasn’t nice. You were here with one that was even more devastating and you all handled it like seasoned pros. For anyone it would have been a disaster to have to deal with especially when on vacation but you came through and now have a story to tell that not many people can say they understand what you went through. Thank you again for everything you did while here you were all a pleasure to deal with.

Great location for us

My wife and I had a relaxing stay at this property. We really enjoyed the 2 screened in areas. We were there in May and the pool area was very quiet. The pool was warm, clean and quiet. The property was clean. Our stay was almost 3 weeks. It was a quiet neighborhood. We both would recommend this property.

Beautiful.

This may have been the best condo we have rented and we have been in several. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well supplied. The golf course property was an established one and was most attractive. It was a beauty.

Great Condo

We've stayed in Sarasota for over 15 years and this condo is the best one yet. The was very clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything, nice pots and pans, every utensil you'd ever need and the appliances are all new. The beds are very comfortable which is a plus. The location in the Meadows is perfect. Close to everything. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Great stay as last time

This was our second stay in this lovely condo. We enjoyed it as much as the first time. The property is beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped. Everything ist just there for a great stay. The fantastic sunset views across the golf course not to forget to mention. The location is great if you want to enjoy the Sarasota areas but also great for excursions. The owners are super friendly and instantly reply to any questions. We will keep coming back.

Extended vacation

This property was perfect while we needed to stay in the Sarasota area for work and vacation. The kids loved the pool and the nearby drop in for paddleboarding at Nathan Henderson park. The condo was perfect to have space for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed to make the area feel like home away from Home. Communication with the owner was very quick and always accurate. Location is great as there are running paths and nearby golfing along with the mall and many restaurants. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Sarasota

Great place to stay

We loved this condo. Decor is beautiful We enjoyed everything about it. Walked at Benderson Park. Gate to park is not far from condo. No need to drive. We enjoyed The Grove restaurant. Lido beach is very nice. White beautiful sand and easy to drive there. Kitchen well stocked. We had a small problem with air conditioning and owner right on it. Had someone there asap. Pool is close to condo and I was there everyday !! Love to return someday.

Incredible stay

I didn’t want to leave a five star review because it didn’t seem like enough stars. The property was immaculate and even nicer than described. The kitchen was so fully equipped that I was even able to make cookies just buying milk and eggs. The proximity to NBP was ideal as we were there for a regatta and we could do a five minute walk to the water or 10-15 minute walk to finish tower. Pool was refreshing and residents were so kind to my teen, calling him champion whenever they saw him and rooting for him. Evening walks by the water or golf course were great talking times. Location was a short drive to everything - 1 mile to Whole Foods, two to supermarkets, 15 minutes to Lido Beach and under a half hour to Siesta and Turtle beaches. We hope to come back and wish everyone else as lovely an experience as we had.
