Cozy Creekside Cabin on 1.5 acres minute to Breckenridge

The cabin is located in Blue River on a rare 1.5 acre lot and is just minutes from the heart of Breckenridge with a free commuter bus stop right across the street. This is an authentic cabin that was one of the first built in the area and has been lovingly restored with attention to detail and cozy ambiance. STR # LR0-000015
The welcoming interior has a combined Living area/ kitchen with vaulted ceilings, aspen walls and a glass window wood stove to keep you warm. There is modern electric forced air heat and baseboard heat also should you prefer. A snug “cabin style” bedroom with a comfortable queen bed is on the main floor and upstairs is a cozy sleeping loft with 2 twin beds. The bathroom is large and features a claw foot tub and shower as well as a full size washer and dryer. Just under 700 square feet and yet it has everything you need! 1 pet allowed with nightly $20 pet fee. Please note: The cabin receives A-LOT of snow in the winter and although we do have a driveway plowing service that comes after 6 inches of snow, we still require guests to have a vehicle with 4WD or AWD and excellent tires. Guests may need to shovel snow on the front deck and stairs. We do send in a shoveling crew on big storms but in between, smaller storms may accumulate or cause snow to drift in and cover decks and stairs
