Featured in Southern Living's best tiny towns, Topsail Beach is a "delightful throwback to the seaside getaways of your childhood." We love the uncrowded beach which makes for great shell and shark teeth hunting. Waking up in the morning to see shrimp boats just off the coast followed by dolphins is a treat.

Spend your days swimming, surfing, fishing and relaxing on the sand before you head back inside to enjoy dinner with a spectacular view! The sunrise and sunset are stunning. It just doesn't get any better than this.

Topsail Island consists of 3 areas, Topsail Beach, Surf City and North Topsail Beach. We are just a couple miles over the Surf City Line which makes us central to the 26 mile Island. We are convenient to all areas of the Island including many favorite restaurants, local favorite dives, and walking distance to the wonderful Andrews Produce. Two bridges allow access to the Island and we are central to both!

There are granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plank floors throughout . Enjoy one oceanfront King master suite and one Queen master suite, both with access to one of the two beachfront decks. Both master suites offer private bathrooms. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms offer 2 twin beds each and share a bathroom. There is extra sleeping space available in the top floor living room with a queen sleeper sofa. A half bath is also located on the top floor. All bathrooms have been recently updated with new vanities, sinks, and toilets.

This 4 Bedroom 3 1/2 Bath home will feel like home away from home with high speed internet, TV’s with cable in all the bedrooms, and smart TV’s in the living room and master bedroom. An assortment of board games, cards, books, puzzles and a fully equipped kitchen make for a fun day even when you’re not out enjoying the beach. The dining room table seats 6, and another 4 sit comfortably at the counter. Laundry is conveniently located on the first floor adjacent to the bedrooms.

An enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower awaits for easy rinse off after a great day at the beach!

Best of all, this home is used mainly by the owners for personal getaways, ensuring it's in pristine condition, with only minimal weeks used for rentals , free from the wear and tear common in many rental properties.
As a bonus, Friday Check In/ Check Out avoids the dreaded traffic on Saturday’s.

A couple beach chairs and a small umbrella are available. If you prefer or you need extras, they can be rented through a local company, along with beach games at either Topsail Island Beach Service (topsailislandbeachservice.com), or Sand to Sea Rentals (https://sand2searentals.com).

Upon arrival you will find…

Liquid dish soap
Hand soap in every bathroom and kitchen
A vacuum and mop for any spills/sand, and a supply of basic cleaning supplies.

A 3rd party company will take trash / recycling bins to the road the night before pick-up and place them back up at the home the day after the trash is picked up.

Linen Package Includes:
Sheets for every bed, including the pull out sofa
1 towel & 1 wash cloth - service for 10 - max number of people home accommodates
Bath mat and hand towel for each bathroom
Kitchen towel set (1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth)

Additional towels and beach towels are available for an additional charge.

10 person max occupancy.

Absolutely no events such as weddings, sororities, fraternities, bachelor or bachelorette parties etc. If you plan to party do not book this house. It is our home and we hope you'll treat it like you'd like others to treat yours.

Hurricane Policy: There will be no refunds given because of mandatory evacuations related to hurricanes. You are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover this possibility.

No Pets~

Security cameras are not inside the property nor on the decks for your privacy. However, we do have a driveway/carport area camera for security and protection of our home.
