Located in a prime spot on North Topsail Beach, guests look no further than Splash Into Me to discover true beachside living.

A sprawling open space incorporates the third floor kitchen, living, and dining rooms with abundant natural light and comfortable seating for conversation and cocktails as you unwind from the day’s activities. Guests will enjoy watching movies or their favorite sports team on the massive flat-screen TV in the living room that has plenty of seating for everyone. Within that same open space, formal dining to one side offers a beautiful table with high-back seating for ten. The fully equipped kitchen is marked by its wide open space, wooden cabinetry, ample counter space and a center island that has seating for five! Access the front covered deck from the kitchen to enjoy a beautiful sunset view over the intracoastal waterway. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this top floor as well. The first of five bedrooms is found on this floor - an elegant master suite awaits guests with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with double vanities, soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. This bedroom opens up to an outdoor space offering expansive ocean views. This deck offers plenty of seating and is accessible through the living room as well.

As guests make their way down to the second floor, they will come into a cozy sitting area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa and flat-screen TV that is located in between the four additional bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a Roku TV for streaming your favorite shows and an ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have a California King-size beds with deck access, the other two bedrooms each have two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeping 4 total per bedroom). There is a large laundry room with a full size washing machine and dryer and a door that opens to the second floor deck where guests can access the hot tub.

The main entry into the property is located on the ground floor which also has a second full size refrigerator for extra storage. There is a private outdoor shower for rinsing off located behind the carport, and covered parking spaces for four cars, as well as an extra wide driveway that will easily fit several additional cars. High speed internet and Roku TVs with live sports and news via the Spectrum app are provided in each bedroom, the living room and second floor sitting area.

Elevator Notice
This home includes a residential elevator for guest convenience. The elevator is available on the ground floor and accesses all floors. While every effort is made to ensure it is functioning properly, elevators can occasionally require service. Elevator availability cannot be guaranteed, and refunds will not be issued if the elevator becomes inoperable during a stay. Guests who require elevator access should plan accordingly.

Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay on the keyless door lock. Beds will be made upon guest arrival, and bathroom and kitchen linens are provided. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.
