Beautifully renovated 2000 SF industrial space with modern amenities. Private, quiet, secluded and close to everything in NWA. Spacious parking, surrounded by perfectly manicured green space. Conveniently located near the Razorback Greenway and several bike trails. XNA airport is only 8.5 miles away.
Open floor plan and a second story loft. Includes one bathroom. Each room has a queen bed and a sleeper sofa can accommodate an additional guest. Guests have 24 hour access to the gym. Access to laundry is available. Full kitchen available with stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, air fryer, coffee bar and dishwasher.
Absolutely no parties of any kind. No drugs. No smoking. Host lives nearby on same property. Free disc golf course available.

We felt very welcomed here and it had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The hosts were amazing and very communicative of anything we needed while we stayed. We will most definitely come back and stay here again.

We were traveling with our three teenage boys. This was the perfect place to stay! We didn’t get to explore outdoors as much as it was very cold, but it was the perfect place to hang out inside. We all really enjoyed the stay!!

Great place to stay!

We absolutely loved this place! If you love CrossFit or if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay this place hit all the buttons! It has an indoor gym which our whole family loved! We will definitely be staying here again!

This is my second time staying. This time I brought my husband and he loved it as much as I did. The living space is so comfortable. They have all the amenities needed. Having the gym right there was perfect as my husband is a highschool powerlifting coach and mentor (weight lifting) to high school kids. It was perfect.

Perfect place to stay especially with dogs and if you’re into fitness! We were able to meet Jason & Jennifer and they were so kind. We will definitely be back and appreciate the hospitality!

Fantastic place w an accommodating host.

The place was clean and easy to find. It was well stocked in the kitchen, but we could have used more towels. Comfortable and the host was super nice and accommodating to our needs.

Unique experience

Beautiful property, awesome gym! Springdale is a great location as it’s close to everything you want to do in NWA. Jason was very helpful. We loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Great place

Weekend stay

Our family loved staying at the barbell loft. My boys really enjoyed the open area to play around and workout. The first thing our teenager did was climb the rope when we arrived. I will say if it storms during your stay you will definitely hear it but Jason came by the next day to check in and make any repairs to the property.
