Are you Looking for a Peaceful, Beautiful, Comfortable place to Rest in between Enjoying the Arkansas Trails and Towns? This Custom Apartment is pet friendly (for 30$ pet fee), and has everything you need for Recharging and cleaning up after a day in NWA. Gorgeous lake view of Beaver lake, Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, 2 bedrooms (with brand new Organic mattresses), 1 full bath, and Peaceful 1 acre farm where it's common to see Deer, Hawks, Eagles and more! Only 20 minutes outside North Fayetteville, and 30 minutes to downtown. My Husband and I are avid Hikers, Bikers, and Backpackers here in Arkansas. And we chose this location due to the position in between all the trails here in N.W.A. We are 1 hour from the Buffalo River, and Under an Hour to Every Major Mountain Biking Trail in the Area. We would love to share with you our Favorite Trails, Waterfalls, and Gorgeous overlooks in the Area- Just ask!

Perfect Stay!

We loved our stay at this property! Gorgeous view for morning coffee. Felt away from it all for relaxation, but still close enough for easy access to other attractions. Owners were within easy reach if needed, but also value your privacy...was a wonderful stay!

Great location to unplug and unwind

We enjoyed our 3 night stay here. It's off the beaten path, quiet and a nice location to unplug from the world. The place was comfortable, had the amenities necessary and had a beautiful view to enjoy. The owners were good with communication. You can stay plugged in if you need to because they had great wifi at the location. We highly recommend this location. There is a decent flight of stairs involved, but it's good exercise!

Gorgeous Views

My husband and I were here for a bike race and found this little spot to work well for us to rest. We had all the amenities we required and the view off the deck was perfect. The owners have left their artistic touch throughout the loft - woodworking and pottery are beautiful. We felt welcome to bring along our pup and she was even welcomed by name in a hand written note from the owners. Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!

SO Cozy & Comfortable! Beautiful Lake View + Kind Hosts

Deborah and Zach’s place is magical. There are so many artistic touches throughout the rooms thanks to Deborah’s pottery skills and Zach’s woodworking—like the gorgeous bathroom sink! The hosts were so considerate and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure we had an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The lake view really is stunning, particularly in the morning and evening, and we loved the serenity of the location while still being able to easily visit other parts of northwest Arkansas. We highly recommend Deborah and Zach’s cozy home :)

the bad and the good

The listing is a little misleading. The apartment is above the garage, which was not stated or accurately depicted in pictures. A lot of dog hair on the couches and living room rug (it’s a dog friendly place, so some is to be expected, but I think things need a good cleaning), and crumbs of food in silverware drawer and fridge. Also an unusual amount of flies for this time of year- lots of dead flies on the floor and window sill, and live flies on the windows. The stairs and porch could use an outside light at the top, it felt a little unsafe trying to navigate in the dark when taking the dog out. all that being said- it was still a nice stay. the apartment is small, quaint, and minimal. interior pictures are accurate. I loved the touches of woodwork and pottery from owners, the views were fabulous, it was fun watching the family of deer, and owners were close but not intrusive. I booked three nights with the intention of unplugging, reflecting, and dreaming- and the space was perfect for just that.

Quiet Place to Rest from Hiking with a Great View

It was just what we needed to rest and refuel from a day of hiking. The kitchen was stocked with essentials so we were able to easily cook. We loved the touches of the owners’ craftmanship, all of the woodworking and the pottery. It was great!

Needed a getaway

Loved my time here. Arkansas is so beautiful, relaxing and this was the perfect respite for this Texas girl. Deborah and Zach provided a great place to unwind and I hope to be back!

What a view!

We really enjoyed our stay at this little vacation spot. It’s really cute and well arranged. The beds are very comfy and there’s plenty of hot water. Everything was very nice.

Great view

We came up for a football game but can definitely see us coming back just to relax. The view was amazing. Wildlife everywhere. Shower pressure fantastic. And a short drive to the city.

Peaceful and relaxing!

My niece and I just wanted a quiet place to rest and hike. It was a great location to several hiking options! I brought my two dogs and it was an easy, pet-friendly place for them to relax too. The place was clean, the beds comfy, and the handmade pottery/wood-working a lovely extra!

The place was a LOVELY and MORE than adequate loft with all necessary amenities and comfort.

The view was beautiful and the place was very comfortable. It had all we needed to take care of ourselves easily, and we felt safe, but did not feel intruded on. The location is fantastic for enjoying western Arkansas, and quiet and private.

Nice place, pretty view!

This apartment was perfect for the 3 of us! (2 adults and a small dog. loved that they let pets stay too!) The view from the deck was very pretty! We enjoyed that it had a kitchen, and used it everyday. Also we used the washer and dryer as well. The owners were very kind to us, and made us feel very welcome. The wood work and pottery that they make themselves in the apartment were gorgeous!! We liked how the property was not right in the middle of town, it felt nice to be out there. :) We highly recommend this property if you are staying in this area. There is a Dollar general and nice little ice cream/food place (J&J’s) 10 minutes away! The burgers were fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised with how good they were! It was just the right amount of space, we even spent the whole day there 2 days of our 5 day vacation. It was nice to relax! (Btw, the couch is amazingly comfy!!)
