For a great oceanfront holiday have a look at these 2 oceanfront beach lodges Salt & Pepper
These 2 beach lodges can be rented separate or if you are with a bigger group together. Both lodges have2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a private deck.
The oceanfront private pool is shared with both sides.
Both bedrooms have AC , ceilings fans and ensuite bathrooms .

Kite- en windsurfers only have to drive a few minutes as the lodges are located on the South side of the island.
Close to all the famous dive sites as Helma Hooker, Salt Pier , The Lake and many more.

For the best breakfast, lunch and dinner you only have to walk next door to Ocean Oasis.
Also located on their premises Flamingo Premium Diving for the best diving on the island.

We loved our visit! We had a couple issues such as garbage pickup and a sewer smell when the tank needed to be pumped, but Martin was always more than responsive when we needed anything. The view is to die for. I could sit and look at the ocean and the sunset off our deck forever. The house was clean and well supplied with plenty of towels and cookware. Having Ocean oasis next door was a bonus to get dinner or a drink, but we never felt that it intruded on our privacy. Don’t miss the Meat and Seafood market there on Sunday nights. Getting into the water was a little treacherous, but wear water shoes and take your time. When we would open up the house, the breeze was wonderful, and having the pool was great. I would take some bug spray because we ended up with some bites from no see’ms. It would have been nice to have some shade by the pool because the wind had given the sun umbrella a beating. I would and have definitely recommended this house and Bonaire in general. We loved our stay and will be back.

Very clean place in an excellent location, close to southern dive sites and right next to Ocean Oasis which had excellent food and drink options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our host met us at the unit upon check in and gave us a quick tour. We loved the welcome treats! The pool was a great way to relax after a long day of diving. Diver amenities at this place were outstanding - storage closet, hanging space, hose, and even an outdoor shower. The back porch was just a few steps to great snorkeling. It was also great to have a clothes washer, though the drying rack has seen better days and left rust stains on some of our clothing. AC in the bedrooms was very nice. We would have appreciated it being clearer from the listing that there was no AC in the main living space. Furthermore, both the living room and outdoor fan were not functional, which meant it was hot, muggy, and fairly uncomfortable in the main hangout areas. The dishwasher also did not work at all - it could not even dissolve the dishwasher tablet. Not that big a deal, we don't mind handwashing, but if listing it as an amenity, then it should work. Be advised, water pressure isn't great, and if the adjacent unit is running water, I wouldn't recommend trying to shower. Overall we do feel this was a good value and would like to return someday, hopefully after a few minor maintenance issues have been addressed.

Great area to be located for diving in the south, and amazing view from the back. We also enjoyed the large bedrooms. House has a few maintenance issues.

Rental review

Good stay. Appliances all worked and was able to use them after a brief overview (some appliances language was Dutch so not always easy to interpret). Bedrooms very clean and AC in the bedrooms worked great. Wi-Fi worked well inside the rental but was a little intermittent on the deck. Nicole was very responsive to messages and helpful with local recommendations.

Nice but needs some TLC

Martin with the management company met us on arrival and walked us through everything with condo and answered any questions. He advised he is available anytime during our stay with anything we need regarding the condo or the island. A nice treat of some food and cold drinks was in the fridge upon arrival, a nice touch after a long day of travel. The property is a great location for those who like to dive on this side of the island and decent ocean access from the condo. VIP diving has a location next doorNo issues with parking, the beach club next door respected the no parking sign all week.Two stand alone bedrooms with each having their own bathroom. Ac in the bedrooms worked well to keep the bedroom cooler at night.WiFi worked fine throughout the week. There is a safe for stashing belongings. Friday and Saturday nights the beach resort is busy, music can be heard at the rental, but it’s not terrible and they close at 10pm. This wasn’t a issue for us.The home needs some TLC. Back door is difficult to open and close with many of the rollers broken and the track is bent/worn. Boards around the deck are lifted and pose trip hazards, includes the lower step missing. There is a sewage smell around 2am each night. Likely from irrigation of the neighboring property.We did not contact the property manager about any of these issues as there would be no immediate fix for any of the concerns outlined above and all were manageable to us during our stay.

Location of the property was excellent. The representation of the property looked to be better than expected. Definitely could use some maintenance around the property. But overall, the location was excellent.

Great Location and Views

Just overall a great property. Easy to relax on the covered porch, in the pool or just anywhere on the property. Good snorkeling/diving right out the door, ok getting in and out of the water at this location was a bit of work, but worth it! And yes turtles just a short swim to the left. Friday night party at Ocean Oasis next door, but peaceful every other night.

Beautiful Bonaire

Beautiful property, very responsive management company, every little thing was handled quickly. Quiet peaceful place easy water access great snorkeling right out front. Breezes and layout mean good air flow. Many thanks to Martin and Nicole for a great stay. We will be back.

Amaaaazing!!

Location is ideal and the pool was perfect! We soaked in it everyday after diving. Loved having a fully stocked kitchen, and a/c in the bedrooms. Nice cross breeze in the kitchen area with the windows open. Martin was super responsive and it was great being able to snorkel and dive right in front of the place. Highly recommend!!!

Great Location

Great location, snorkeling in front of the house was perfect. Recommend the Sunday surf and turf at the restaurant next-door. Would stay here again.

Just what the doctor ordered

Between the majestic view the tranquility and peace found in the location giving a pool and a very peaceful cool place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee thia was just what the doctor ordered. my husband and i celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary, my 50th birthday and the 2 yr anniversary of our middle sons death. 💙 we were able to be happy and sad this week and just process life without all the noise and enjoy this beautiful place. Nichole and her husband were awesome hosts. i will stay here again and recommend this place to everyone. it is truly paradise.

Had a great time in Bonaire. Our rental home was pretty and in great location! Our backyard (the ocean) was beautiful! home had everything we needed… plenty of towels, chairs to take to the beach, very cool outdoor seating area. 2 bedrooms were air conditioned which was good…. Open area (living room /kitchen did not have a/c, but if windows and doors were open, there was a good breeze, but it does get pretty warm in those areas. No tv if that is something you need, but internet great! We were right next door to Ocean Oasis which has good breakfast, lunch and dinner choices, good cocktails too. Our host was Martin and he was awesome! Took very good care of us! Absolutely loved! I do recommend bug spray… we did get bit quite a bit but that has nothing to do with the home… just the downside of Bonaire. Thank you Martin and Nicole!

BOR is the best!

A great house in a great location. Nicole is great to work with, any issue is addressed promptly and completely. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare breakfast each day. Pool was excellent. Had a wonderful stay.

Perfect Vacation Home

The property itself was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean. The home was fully stocked with everything you need to stay there including a washer, kitchen appliances, many towels, outside seating, and more. We had a personal check in where the owner came and told us a little bit about the features of the property and gave suggestions for grocery stores and some diving tips. We did a dive right outside the home and it was absolutely beautiful. We stayed for a week and wish we could have stayed longer. The only minor downside to this was that there is a beach club next door which is noisy at night but you are always welcome to join! It didn’t bother us too much but it’s definitely something to mention. Overall, I would definitely recommend staying here, the owners are very nice and accommodating and the home is beautiful and comfortable.

Diving and sunsets in Bonaire

Arriving to find snacks in the fridge was a welcome surprise! Ocean Oasis is a nice perk next door except on Friday and Saturday night of our stay. It would have been fine if the party scene was our thing. We truly loved the location, the beautiful friendly people and the diving was amazing. We will return!

Great place

As 2 couples we stayed for 2 weeks. Unit is fully equipped. Property managers were great and the place has an unobstructed view of the Ocean. You can snorkel right off the front yard. Suggest you turn right walk along the Oasis concrete barrier and launch off a large square Coral as it’s less challenging to get in. The sea life in front is amazing. Thanks to the owners and property managers.

Great Villa on the Ocean

What a lovely cottage on the beach in Bonaire. We had a great time. Check in/out was easy. Plenty of shade to escape the sun. Wonderful diving right out in front. We hope to return in the future! Thank you to the owners and hosts for a wonderful week in Bonaire.

Peaceful retreat

Relaxing peaceful stay. Easy water access right in front, same as everywhere in Bonaire. Great fish and viz right out from. Clean elegant well equipped. We coooked in most nights. Beach club next door was not noisy at all, as another review said. Iymt is right there but quiet. Will definitely be back
