In a quiet environment and located near the market, the beach and the forest. Its charm is based on a contemporary decoration and a "Holiday House" spirit.
Two terraces facing south-east and south-west, on a fully enclosed garden of 600m². Garden chairs are available, as well as an outdoor table and a barbecue.

On foot or on two wheels, come and discover or rediscover the resort of Le Touquet.
Its immense beach, the sand yachting, its tennis club, its golf courses...

The villa consists of a living room, a dining room and an open kitchen (equipped with an induction hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, an electric coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster).
A first bedroom is located on the ground floor, offering two beds (double bed 140x200).

On the first floor, three bedrooms.
The first bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and a shower room.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed.
Finally a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200) communicates with the bathroom (bath and toilet).
Each room has a cupboard or storage space and is equipped with shutters for good insulation.
The house has a laundry room with a washing machine (dryer), ironing board, iron and drying rack.
For the little ones, there is a high chair, a cot, a potty and adapted dishes.

A cleaning fee of 100€ per stay is required in addition to the rental price.
