Nice centrally located property with many amenities that made our stay enjoyable. Our group enjoyed the shuffle board table and spending time in the great room. The only mishap we had was we planned for two adults to stay in the 6th bunkroom which it is not suited for.

I stayed here with a group of 15 for my bachelor party. I highly recommend this property. It was spacious, stocked with ample glassware/plates/etc., and located close to downtown. Communicating with the property management team was a breeze.

Ski Trip

The size of the house was perfect for 6 adults and five children 9 years old and under. The kitchen was fantastic! Almost every utensil needed and then some. Very comfortable and welcoming for all 11 people!

White Christmas

Lovely location within walking distance to the ski lift and a wonderful hot tub waiting at the end of the day. Owner and property management quick to respond to any query or situation. Great stay overall and would definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of 9! It is in a great location, easy to walk to everything. We used the car to go to the grocery store and that was it. The house had everything one could need. We have already booked to go back again and enjoy our time with family.

Large and comfy

What a lovely property! Great sleeping arrangements for couples and children, and plenty of bathrooms! The hot tub was a bonus! The kitchen was very well equipped. Our only comment would be that it is a little farther than 200 steps to get to the mountain! And it’s all uphill! We were hoping for a little bit more ski in ski out situation, but we made it work and it was fabulous! Park city itself is awesome with a wonderful restaurants and shops! We will be back!

Large house

We liked the location and the large house with six bedrooms. My kids enjoyed the play room. Property is a little old (for the price) tho had everything we needed. Property manager was very responsive. I would recommend it.

Excellent home

This house is an incredible home base for skiers and less adventurous types alike. We housed three families, 6 adults and 8 children, with plenty of room for everyone. Proximity to the slopes is fantastic, just a short walk up the hill. Busses ten steps from the front door made everything in town very accessible for our non-skiers. Communication with the host management company was excellent. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Park City.

Perfect place for family

Everything was terrific. Great location for both park city and deer valley as the bus is right at front door. House is well appointed and exactly as advertised. Linsly, the owner, and the mgmt company we’re very responsive although we didn’t need much. We did use aloha for ski check to make the 7 minute easy walk a bit easier each day. Huge house!

Amazing place and great location!

We had a bit of a unique purpose for the Vrbo in that we were using it for a women’s fitness retreat. The owner could not have been more accommodating and quickly answered all our questions. The place was clean and well organized and suited our group well. The only down side was the bunk room was really for small children (4 max) and not for adults. The beds are smaller than twin size.

Exactly what was shown and described by a very attentive host. Luxury in a great spot, easy access to all of the Park City amenities. We ran to groceries across the street, coffees at starbucks, hiking at the mountain. We should have used the buses earlier as they are every 15 minutes at the edge of the driveway, we should not have brought four vehicles. Owners provided every option to make the stay easy. We should have stayed longer.

Excellent stay - Convenient, Full of Amenities, Stocked Kitchen

This is by far one of the best VRBO properties we've rented. The convenience to fun for all of the ages of our children was outstanding! (16 years, 13 years, 3 years and 1.5 years). Also, the fully stocked kitchen was beyond convenient! We also thoroughly enjoyed the game room and the split level bedrooms. This house is ideal for a large family, especially with kids of all ages! The next time we are in Park City, we fully plan on checking to see if this house is available. Thank you for an awesome experience!

Great Ski Home for a Large Group

We really enjoyed our stay. It had enough rooms/beddding for our group of 16. It also had a fun great room with pool and shuffle board that was a hit with both kids and adults. It was a 10-12 minute walk to Park City ski slopes. But there were also public buses running regularly (1 Red) that dropped us off right outside the house and picked up on the other side of the road. The hot tub was also a nice touch after a good day of skiing, and we loved their dining table filled with quotes that had seating for 8. The only suggestion for improvement is for them to add a lock to the bathroom at the mid-level. In a nutshell, it was really great staying here for our ski vacation, and we would love to come back again!!

Great location, amazing house

Could not be happier with our decision to stay at the 1483 Park Ave property. We had a group of 15 (3 families with small children) and more than ample space. The bunk bed room was perfect for the kids. (might be tight for kids over the age of 12, but was perfect for us because the oldest we had was 8). Easy access to the bus, steps away from 7-11 to quick pick ups, less than 5 min drive to the grocery store. Easy walk for adults to get to the base of park city, We put our kids in ski school so had to be there by 9am, so had no issues with parking. The one day we showed up late and couldn't find parking we had to walk home, which was harmless even for 3-8 year olds. Would definitely recommend to large groups. Will hope to go back next year. Robert the "Hero" was very responsive.

Park City at its best!

Thrilled with my stay here- close to downtown, excellent dining options, great recommendations from the host for to do’s. Even in the off season was fun to take a lift ride and see the mountain ranges. The home was beautiful, new renovations of an added master with bath and bunk room that fits extra adults and kids (ages 3-17 or older ;)). The decor in each room is fantastic. Spacious rooms and luxurious amenities available. The top floor door close to keep upstairs noise - up and downstairs noise - down so kids and adults could play / sleep with interruption. The kitchen was a treat to cook in and socialize with family in the great room. Love the open concept. Game room was awesome! Bus stop was right out the front door to take a trip - easy access anywhere. We loved being able to walk to the mountain, walk to town (about 7 minutes), grab the bus out front and hop on bike trails and running trails at the park across the street. The host was quick to respond, easy communications. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay- Thank you, Linsly, for some much care in making sure our group had the perfect stay!

Ideal location in PC

The location on Park Ave makes it easy to get around. The bus stop is no more than 5 steps from the driveway; there’s a playground one block over; the rails to trails walking, running and riding path is easy to get to and Ritual Chocolate (coffee shop) is just a short walk down the walking path. In the winter the base area is w/in 2 blocks. We had 8 adults and 8 children ranging from 3-19 and we all fit. Not all rooms are created equal, but everyone had a bed. We were in PC during an extremely hot spell and although the property manager recommended we keep the temp no lower than 72 we managed to survive and fans were available for most rooms. There’s only parking for 3 cars and there are signs restricting street parking during the overnight hours. We had a couple of issues that we needed to contact the property manager about and they were very responsive, and provided solutions. The family room and kitchen are very large and accommodated all of us and more. Bottom line: good value, good location and plenty of great memories.

Look no further for your large group - this is THE one.

This is the perfect property for a multi-family vacation. We had 3 sets of parents, a teenage boy, and 4 teenage girls in our party and the home was ideal. The big master is huge, the little master is cozy, and there are two nearby bedrooms that share a bath. Walk another half-level up to find the spectacular game room and bunk room which each have full baths. Each room was private and quiet other than some road noise. The kitchen was amazing and the ideal place to cook filling breakfasts, while the large dining room table and bar allowed all of us to eat at once. The spacious living room is very comfortable and the fires and hot tub kept us warm. Although our family prefers ski-in ski-out homes, the walk to the base was only 400 yards. We rented skis at the base and stored them there, carrying just our boots back and forth. The boot warmers in the garage ensured they were warm and dry the following morning. It is a short drive up to downtown Park City where there are awesome restaurants and excellent shopping. Five minutes the other direction and you're at the Olympic Village and more shopping and restaurants. There's a grocery store literally blocks away. The property manager was easily accessible and responsive (of course we only needed him once when a pilot light went out). If you don't care about ski-in ski-out and you have large group THIS is the place to stay.
