Internet is fastest around at over 250 mbs down and 60 mbs up. Most importantly, this listing now comes with a private 20 acre lake on a 150 private parcel with spectacular mountain views. This will be your private swim, kayak and boating sanctuary. Just you and your family/friends.

What a great house for a family ski weekend!!

This place is amazing. Great location and perfect space for the whole family to chill out and chat! Make sure to call the owner before you get there so you have the code for the lock box. I didn’t do that but thankfully the tenant was home downstairs and was super helpful. Also, I would suggest asking to have the entertainment system turned on when you get there or for them to be there to show you. We could not get the large projector screen to work all weekend which kind of stunk for those that didn’t ski. Other than that - this place is perfect.

Memories for a lifetime!

What an amazing historical property right in the heart of Windham. Close to the slopes and within walking distance of everything in town. I highly recommend staying in this property with so much to do from pool table , golf simulator, and amazing theatre experience. If you’re looking for a unique property to create unforgettable memories with family and friends… this is the spot.

Perfect home

We had an absolutely incredible experience staying at this VRBO. We were a group of 17 in town for a wedding. The house could not be any better suited for a group of that size. It is so unique and spacious. The homeowner was very responsive and helped us set up the golf simulator.

Great Spot For A Group Getaway

Kevin was a great host to our group of 14 guys. He was very responsive and even went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed for the weekend. The house is great and even bigger than it looks in the photos. The location is also perfect with many restaurants just steps away. The golf simulator is great as well as the pool table. Everyone had something to do at all times.

Perfect place / location for a ski trip

Beautiful spacious home with large living dining area. Beautiful main area kitchen that was very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, dishes and glassware. The main living area had 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 kitchens, not to mention the massive projector/screen. The downstairs level had two bedrooms with two bathrooms, kitchen and a living area. Everything in the house was immaculate, nicely decorated and had plenty of games/sports simulator/pool table. The location is outstanding. All the restaurants were in walking distance and just a 2-minute drive to the Windham Mountain Basecamp. The owner was great from beginning to end. Was very friendly and accommodating and really thought of every amenity! Would definitely come back again.
