Ok but basic

The property is very basic. No lift, no air conditioning & no curtains in one of the bedrooms. Bathrooms tiny, loo seat loose on one of toilets. Couldn’t actually sit forward on one of the toilets it was so cramped. Air con definitely needed. We knew there was no lift when we booked but we won’t make that mistake again! It was clean & near a metro station.

Hit the stair climber before arriving

Overall this property served the purpose that we needed. We had six in our party and needed four bedrooms, The bedrooms had no place to put your luggage other than on the floor. The Stairs to get to the fourth floor flat was horrendous with luggage for two weeks from the west coast of the US . Cannot emphasize enough, the stair are steep, many steps (tall ceilings on every floor.) Get your cardio in and don't skip leg day. pretty good location to see Notre Dame, Seine river, many restaurants, the Louvre and so much beauty that's it hard to recall it all, but I have the photos :). Overall the property was adequate, not award winning.

Paris Vacation summer 2022

The location was very central. It was very easy to get around the city from here. Very clean and accommodated my group of 8 very comfortably. We were in a safe neighborhood with many shops and public transportation at our fingertips. Would definitely recommend this place.

Close to everything

We had a wonderful stay in Paris here. It was clean, close to the trains, shops and cafes. The hardest part were the stairs to the apartment as this was on the 4th floor. There was also a heatwave while we were there so not having AC was a little hard (there were enough fans) but that did not take away from the other good qualities. The area was really diverse and you could easily walk to so many cafes and stores.

Pleasant stay

We had a very pleasant stay at the appartment: spacy enough and everything you might need was available. Although we suspect the previous tenant made quite a mess since the cleaners (whom we met at arrival) barely had enough time to make the place 'ok' again. But that's just bad luck I guess. We also did not use smallest badroom because there was quite a bad smell in there (musty sewer-like smell). Keep in mind the appartment is on the 3th floor and there is no elevator.

Well located apartment

Great location

We were disappointed with the second shower. It was so small that neither my husband nor my son could stand in the bathroom upright much less the shower. Everything else about the apartment was fantastic.

Flat well located in Paris

The flat is large and well suited for a few nights. The location is central but still quiet. Unfortunately, one of the 4 bedrooms has Hit no window. The second small bathroom is very small and has little pressure on the water pipes. The flat is relatively quiet and is located on the 4th floor.

An incredible spot to call home for the weekend!

We had the most fantastic stay at this property. The apartment is chic and modern, with plenty of room for the whole group. Incredibly comfortable beds, and great facilities with everything you could ever need. Julia and Charles were fantastic hosts, very accommodating and always quick to respond to messages. This is absolutely the place to stay in Paris for a large group!

Zwischenstopp in Paris

Auf unseren Weg in die Normandie wollten wir mit unseren 5 Kindern einen Stopp in Paris einlegen und haben diese Ferienwohnung gewählt. Sie ist geräumig, liegt zentral. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich eine Tiefgarage, so dass die Anreise unkompliziert war und wir viel zu Fuß erkunden konnten. Jederzeit würden wir mit dieser Personenzahl diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Clean and comfortable

We stopped for a night in Paris on our drive south- family of four with two grandparents. The apartment was perfect. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and close to metro and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Julia kept in touch leading up to the trip and checked in with us during and after. I would happily return here.
