This condo has a breathtaking coastline view of the Gulf of Mexico and the Tropical Gardens and Pools. Beautifully decorated in a tropical theme with soothing blues and greens this unit compliments the resort and its surroundings. Unit A608 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large table. This condo offers a unique twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bathroom located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. There is a stackable washer/ dryer included in the home for your convenience.

Absolutely Wonderful

Ocean/beach view, large patio, three doors to patio, bathrooms are large and new, shared space is good. Our kids had so much fun at the Wednesday night festivities. Working ice maker, beach chairs and umbrella included. Great space for a large family!

Wonderful location!

We loved our time here! The condo was clean and spacious with adequate room for everyone! For the price, this place was amazing and had a wonderful view of the pool area and ocean. One thing I would say is that if you have young children be sure to check their water temperature. The hot water in the condo was at a temperature a young child could hurt themselves with extended exposure.

Weekend getaway

The property was clean, and it's location convenient. The covered attached 6 story garage was a blessing in the rainy weather. The beach was clean and lovely. The pool became quickly crowded and loud, but that's to be expected when staying at a child friendly hotel. The hotel room was clean and very large. I would stay here again with my family. I would not choose this location if only traveling with my spouse.

roomy

view was nice. balcony shaded in morning. could use a new outdoor table as the one they have is broken on top and could cause injury. balcony could use a good scrubbing. otherwise the condo is as described in all the other reviews. pretty much what we expected though. still no full length mirror but you can see yourself in the glass if you step out on balcony. not great but will do in a pinch.

Would recommend

Condo is on the 6th floor and has nice view of the pool and ocean. Short walk to both as well. Unfortunately our weather was a little cooler and we did not realize the large pool is not heated. Our kids never went in it because it was so cold and that pool was one of the main reasons I booked this resort. (That however has nothing to do with the condo and I’m sure would be great if we had a hot week) My only complaints about the condo are: the dryer takes forever to dry and can only do small amounts at a time. The lighting is very muted. Some brighter bulbs would be wonderful when playing games at the dining table at night! Besides that, we had a wonderful stay!

Lovely View

This was our first stay at Waterscape, and it was surprising to us how child-centric it was. We had a 10 year old and a 16 year old with us, and the atmosphere was definitely “families with small children.” The powder room toilet ran loudly off and on the entire week with no break. Throughout the night the noise awakened us. The primary pans in the kitchen were cheap and unusable. It was difficult to get help at the front desk. The walk to the beach was short, but the beach was crowded—again with small children. It’s a public beach, so although we were given 2 chairs and an umbrella for our 5 guests each day, tents were everywhere. The little pool bar/pizza place was good. It’s a really good place for people with small children. Everything was very clean.

Great condo with minor cons

The condo was great for the most part! Clean, nicely decorated with nothing over the top. I don’t like to leave any negatives but a few things would have made it 5 star for us. The shower door in MBR would not shut all the way, so would leave a bit of a mess of showering. The MBR door lock did not work, making privacy limited. And there was not a full length mirror anywhere in the condo. I think a few minor things that could be fixed to make it complete. Otherwise it had a great view and plenty space and very accessible to pools and beach.

Great view and amenities

You can definitely tell the management keeps up on things here. The stay and the room were great. It would have been nice if the other 2 pools were heated for the kids as they wanted to swim in them but it was too cold but overall things were great. Hannah texted us and checked on us to make sure things were good which was nice! I would suggest a couple minor maintenance things for the room, master bathroom shower door didn’t shut and it needs to be chaulked around the bottom of the door. The opposite bathroom toilet ran non stop and was a little bit annoying. All in all very minor things and the stay, room and customer service was great!

The beach and ocean are worth the trip.

Waterscape is the perfect vacation spot for families. A608 was not spotless like the other condo’s have have rented. The couch needed to be cleaned. There was dust on the top of the couch and white and black dirt spots on the couch and loveseat. The kitchen had not been thoroughly cleaned. The shower door in the main bath would not close all the way. The stove was uneven as well as the burners. Cooking food was an experience because the food would stick to the all the pans. We greased ever pan before cooking and it still did not help. There were no dish clothes to clean the dishes and counters. The toilet ran constantly in the other bathroom. I would not choose this unit again. I have been pleased with all the other rentals prior to this one.

Florida vacay

We had a great experience at Waterscape. Only exception was the splash pad being closed 4 of our 5 days. We had a 15 month old so was looking forward to a place he could play.

Spring Getaway

The resort is fantastic! The condo was great other than having to jiggle the toilet handles to get them to stop running. Contacted management, but they never sent anyone to fix the one in the spare room. It wouldn't stop running no matter what we did and would flush on its own once it filled up enough. Other than that, the condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Master room bed is really high, but comfortable. Renting from Vacasa was easy and we were able to check in early with no problem. We'll be back!

Pool fountain too loud / beach chairs & umbrella too costly

The noise from the pool fountain was too noisy, it interfered with sitting on the balcony or having the patio door open; the flow of water needs to be reduced to make it less noisy. The cost of renting an extra table, umbrella, chair at the beach is astronomical, a more reasonable cost should be considered.

Adequate not Wonderful

I loved staying at Waterscape, the outdoor property was beautiful and you can tell they did their best to maintain everything in the in the common public shared area. The beds were basically comfortable. As for the kitchen, the pots, pans and cooking utensils looked like someone picked them up at Goodwill, not one Teflon or coated pan to make eggs in not one cookie sheet, (think dorm room quality) all of the bowls everything in the unit was glass when you have all tile floors I think glass is a bad idea, they could use some Correll ware or some higher quality pans everything was just basic worn out Walmart quality junk. The living room furniture is also oldish and tired looking, There wasn’t a guide for operating the television and no channel guide. The balcony furniture was a small table and four chairs it would’ve definitely been so nice to have had nicer chairs or lounges to enjoy the evening or morning coffee. Also there isn’t any updated ceiling light so everything was dim, especially in the bathrooms. Overall the Waterscape Property itself is wonderful. I wouldn’t stay in this unit again. Pride in ownership of A608 wasn’t evident in anyway.

Great Experience!

This is a great condo and resort. Everything was clean and well cared for. We loved the beach, and we enjoyed the pool when it was too windy for the beach! We were very impressed with the communication from vacasa as well. Only "cons" of the trip would be that the lounger chair on the balcony was broken upon our arrival. There were also a few household items that would've been nice to have on hand - scissors, coffee filters, Etc. Overall, we had a great experience here and would absolutely recommend it to others!

Great Stay

The condo was clean and comfortable, the beach was so fun, the pools and splash pad made for hours of entertainment...but the STAFF at waterscape are the real rockstars. From calling to check on us as we were traveling in, checking in throughout the stay, and sending us off as we left, we felt so fortunate to have chosen Waterscape.
