This Gulf-front condo is located on the third floor with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful condo has décor in bright colors and white cabinets with blue countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and a dishwasher along with all the dishes, pots and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. Enjoy a bar area with four stools for extra sitting. The dining room has a white glass table with six chairs. Beautiful pictures hang from the wall. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The bathrooms have tubs, single sinks, and cabinets. The condo includes four TVs, three DVDs, CD stereo system, internet access, ceiling fans and a washer and dryer.

The area was nice due to its proximity to the ocean . I should have looked that there wasn't any restaurants or shops within walking distance . Not Vacasas fault .

Comfortable Bachelorette Trip

Was a lovely place for 6 grown women to get together and enjoy the sun and sand while celebrating! Great location, easy to find, direct beach access, will definitely want to rent from or this exact one again!

Family vacation

Perfect for a family stay. Easy going to and from beach plus not far from attractions. Washer and dryer need replaced but would not keep me from renting again.

Some things lacking, but definitely great with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Loved the view and the space of this condo with a party of 6 people. But, the things that needed fixing (smoke detector and fan) should have been picked up on preinspection. The deck is lacking comfortable furniture.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo! The only complaint we had was that the pull out couch mattress was incredibly painful to sleep on. Even for the little kids. I highly recommend upgrading that mattress. And there were no big warm blankets in the condo or comforters on the beds, only small thin sheets

Nice, but not worth the price

Great location and wonderful view, but many things need updating. If you plan on cooking many meals you will not be impressed by the kitchen. The burners on the stove were not level, making it difficult to cook without everything going to one side of the pan. The cookware and utensils are oddly matched. The unit was not cleaned to the standard you would expect for this price range.

Girls trip 2022

As always love the view from our unit. The new sofa was a hit this year. We had so much fun just hanging out at the beach and meeting a very nice resident who lives next door to the unit we rented. Can’t wait to go back next year….

It’s a place to sleep

We had six people staying. 2 adults and 4 teenagers. I loved how one Bedroom slept 3-4. We stuck all the boys in that room and my daughter had her own room and bathroom. Made the trip a lot easier. Kitchen was well stocked and had most everything you could need. Master bedroom was nice. Had really great blackout curtains which made sleeping in so nice. The headboard was so loose. If we moved in the bed at all it was banging against the wall. We had to stick towels between headboard and wall. The ceiling fan in master sounded like it was ready to take flight. Super loud and annoying and would wake me up at night. All bathroom sinks are missing the drain stop so be careful you don’t loose jewelry down them. In one bathroom the towel rack was broken and duct taped back together which was useless. The other bathroom didn’t even have one. Made it hard to let towels dry out after use. It wasn’t a horrible stay just a few miner things that could easily be fixed. We enjoyed our time in Destin and the water and beach was beautiful!!

Plenty of room for 3 families

We loved the convenience of the condo and the spaciousness. Loved the beach service as well. Here’s a couple of things that need to be improved: the kitchen was not clean upon our arrival. The appliances (Fridge, DW, microwave) were all dirty from previous renters. Only 2 eyes on the stove works. The closet doors are all off track. There are broken picture frames on the wall, broken and missing towel bars, and some minor cosmetic things like that. None of that affected our stay, but it could be nicer. Would probably stay here again.
