Our objective is to provide a beautiful, clean, well-kept property, at a fair price, so everyone has the opportunity to enjoy Canoe Creek Cabin. Please read below for full details about the property:

Beautiful mountain views, a relaxing creek, fire pit, hot tub, game room, multiple decks, high-speed internet and so much more! There is truly something for everyone at Canoe Creek Cabin, so gather family and friends and create some great memories with us!

Get away from it all, in the center of it all! Located midway between Murphy, NC, Blue Ridge, GA, and Ducktown, TN - you can decide which direction to head each day to create new memories with family and friends.

- Feel like relaxing at home? Our cabin feels very secluded, has beautiful mountain views and a cool creek on property. Enjoy spotting deer from the balcony or enjoy a beautiful firefly show while relaxing in the hot tub.
- Are you the adventurous type? Waterfalls, hiking trails, river tubing, and whitewater rafting are all within reach and sure to please!
- Do you enjoy antique shopping and flea markets? Barter with the locals for a great deal in nearby Murphy, NC and Blue Ridge, GA.
- Do you enjoy fishing? There are over 180 miles of trout streams in Cherokee County and plenty of beautiful lakes in the surrounding area to appease any fisherman.

Cabin Getaway

We had a wonderful time! The cabin was beautiful and rustic and the kids really enjoyed the game room. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay again. My only suggestion would be a different lockbox for the key as it was difficult to open. We definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing and Wonderful!!

We had the absolute BEST time here. This cabin is amazing and has gorgeous views. We saw deer daily around the cabin as well as several types of birds (including hummingbirds and hawks). The teens loved all of the games and the ability to walk down to the creek so they did not have to hang out with us uncool adults. Everything was well taken care of and ready to go when we arrived. Check in was easy and departure procedures were simple and reasonable. The owners were extremely responsive before our trip and were quick to answer a question once we were checked in. We absolutely plan to stay here again!!

Absolutely Fantastic

It's exactly what you see!!! Everything is absolutely true about this cabin. OMG. we loved it. It was truly home away from home. As in comfort. Everything you need is there, except food. We loved the game room(tons of games) our girls (12yrs) stayed on the pool table, my wife lived in the jacuzzi, & myself floated all over the cabin(top floor patio,game room patio). Rooms were marvelous,tv's in all 3 bedrooms & gameroom. LOL you couldn't ask for a better stay. The Mountain view was spectacular, the girls loved the creek. We saw deer virtually every trip to or from cabin!! It was just "ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC ". Thank You for sharing your cabin.

Family fun

I wanted a place that was kid and adult friendly with spectacular views. Canoe Creek did not disappoint. I loved the views and had fun in the game room. Unfortunately, my kids now know i can play pool and is asking a thousand questions about it (LOL). Will book again in the future!! Thanks a lot

Beautiful Property

We loved spending time as a family here! We had family from Alabama, Oregon and North Carolina all meet here for spring break. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed! The kids had games to play, there was a pool table and ping pong table, video games and much more fair them to have fun with. There were plenty of TV’s for the March madness basketball games, we didn’t have to leave the house except to go to the grocery store! The owners were very easy to communicate with and so nice. Would highly recommend! The only thing I would mention is the back yard is a lot steeper than it looks, but the kids still had fun out there. We would definitely stay here again of the family wants to

Cabin in the woods

Views were beautiful!! Cabin was not secluded had a cabin directly in front of us but no one was there. We had a wonderful time explore the creek. Enjoyed sitting outside the first day before it snowed. That was awesome!! They had a huge game selection. Will book again

Beautiful, relaxing getaway

This cabin was even better than the pics! So clean, very spacious, beautiful views, relaxing hot tub, so many games and movies...we didnt even want/need to leave the cabin! Host was very responsive which was so appreciated. Thanks for a spectacular mountain getaway!

My Family of Four Loves This Place!!!

There aren’t enough good things that I can say about our stay. We had an absolutely amazing time! This was our second time booking this cabin. My family is in love with the home and Murphy, in general. The cabin is so spacious and all the amenities are included, which made us feel like we were home away from home. When it was time to pack up and leave, none of us were ready to go. My whole family wanted to stay another night or two. We are so happy that the owners opened this beautiful home to us. We will definitely be booking this cabin again!

Great place

First thing first, it was clean! The roads to get there weren’t bad like others I’ve been to. Felt so much like home to us. Loved the creek, hot tub and fireplace. I also appreciated that the decor was up to date and stylish. The game room was also a hit! We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway!

The host always responded promptly and was helpful and kind. We had two families and the kids loved playing the games in the basement. It was a nice, quiet location and would recommend this host and property!

What a beautiful location!

Enjoyed catching crawfish in the creek, campfires, table tennis, and apple picking at Mercier Orchards. A nice place to really unplug. I appreciated that cell service was spotty and that the kids couldn’t rely on Wi-Fi for entertainment! A beautiful place to watch the leaves change and drink a glass of wine!

Beautiful Mountain getaway

We stayed here for a weekend getaway. We loved enjoying the crisp Mountain air from stepping out on the porch and looking at the beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was very clean and had everything provided and more. We were very pleased with the selection of games for the kids! This is a must stay! 10/10 definitely will be back again! Relaxing and beautiful!

LOVED staying at the Canoe Creek Cabin! The hot tub took some finessing to get it to cooperate, but everyone had a great time. Loved the views, loved the wildlife, loved the comfy beds and furniture. I would definitely come back :)

A great quiet getaway.

We really enjoyed the seclusion and the view. The grandchildren had a great time with all the games. The only thing was it was hot upstairs and cold in the basement. It's in a great location.

Awesome Cabin Between Murphy And Blue Ridge

Canoe Creek Cabin has a great location about equidistant to Murphy, NC or Blue Ridge, GA. Nice, scenic area with great view. We enjoyed fall colors and wild life with a lot of deer roaming the surrounding hills. The cabin is clean, well equipped, and quiet. Communication with the owners was excellent from start to finish. Cell phone coverage with AT & T was “just ok” and the owners made us aware of this ahead of time, but wi-if was included and was faster than other places we’ve stayed in the mountains. I rate this cabin and our experience 5 out of 5 stars across the board.

Fun vacation property!

Check-in was simple and secure. Had a great time using the game room, hot tub, and fire pit. Their "information desk" lead us to some fun local places, and Jason was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

Great House / Great View

This was an excellent place to stay. The location was great and easy to find. The house was roomy with comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. The cleaning staff does an excellent job and the house was in order and spotless upon our arrival. It rained for most of our stay but we really enjoyed the 2 covered porches - watching it rain and the clouds move through as well as seeing the deer wander through the yard. The game room was great and also helped us pass the time on the rainy days. It was a short drive to Murphy and Blue Ridge where we could shop and/or pick up take out. I highly recommend booking this property to anyone looking in this area.

Batchelor Getaway

I came here with the several men in my family for the weekend to celebrate my brother getting married! Everything was perfect for the occasion. The kitchen was great, as well as the grill. We used the pool table, the ping pong table, and the hot tub. We even used their Dish TV to watch the bulldogs! Everything worked well, and the beds were better than advertised! Great experience. Great view.

Perfect balance

Location was secluded enough to have a restful stay, but a short enough drive from activities. The cabin itself was spacious, open, and clean. There were enough amenities that kept us busy for the weekend, and my kids were sad to leave which is always a sign of a great stay.

Very Comfortable Vacation Home

Loved the cabin and all the space! Felt comfortable with the bedding, appliances and a lot of games / movies, etc. Hot tub was nice, but didn't run properly. A few minor issues with the cleaning, but the owner was very accommodating and responsive.
