This beautiful home has a wonderful view of Waterscape's tropical garden and oasis and a partial view of the Gulf of Mexico. The primary bedroom and living room open up to a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. This lovely home offers a twin bunk area, full bath with a stand-up shower, and a washer/dryer off of the kitchen. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet.

Beach service is included from March to October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Family Atmosphere

This was a great location to stay with our young toddler. Access to the beach and the play areas couldn’t be beat. We would stay again!

Great stay

Great place for a family of 4, kids loved their nook with bunk beds. If you're a light sleeper bring earplugs because the air conditioner is pretty loud when it kicks on in the master bedroom. Other than that it was quiet and fun, we swam in all the pools and ocean. It had pots/bowls/cups/utensils for meals.

Nice location for access to the beach and pool area. Furniture needs to be cleaned. Only single nightstand creates unique issues with today’s electronics. 2nd bath shower head needs replacing. No counter space available there either. Stove top burners and catch pans need to be replaced with ones that fit.

Great place to stay with your family!

We lived the home feeling you get, and the easy access to outside being on ground level! I think being on ground level was a big part for us with three kids and going back and forth to pool and beach. Plenty of room for 5 of us! Fyi: leaving with luggage packed with clean clothes was nice as well. Kids loved the pool!

Good but a few things

The room overall was nice. However we had to call to get the drain unclogged in main bathroom tub. The shower lever also was so hard to pull it took two of us. The outlet near the bed only had one plug in that worked. The toilet ran all night. It’s all east fixes and once complete this would be a five all the way. It was very clean.

Great

We had a great time at the facility. We had just a few minor issues in our room and one of our other rooms. A220 ice maker did not work all weekend. We notified staff and they did bring us ice. Drain in tub is broken in master Shower door by bunk beds does not close And cleaning under bunk mattress needs to be done Room B308 our elderly aunts room there was mold in the bathroom and by the bunk beds

Nice location

Nice location and clean. The room did need more linens, blankets, pillows. Our first night stay and into the next day was Very hot. The air conditioner was not working at all which made for a miserable nights stay. When I called to check on the status whoever took the call just marked that it needed to be fixed and did not Mark it a high priority. No one contacted us to let us know it was fixed (which I requested), not offered another room, free night, discount… or apology! Disappointed in service! June 2022

Do NOT stay with a Vacasa Managed Property

For the positive: we love waterscape! We take a trip here every year. It’s the perfect vacation for our family with 4 young children. Unfortunately this was our worst experience to date. We called in advance to let them know we would be arriving after the main lobby closed. We were assured this would not be an issue. Upon arrival our door code didn’t work. We called the customer service number provided - waited on hold for 15 minutes before someone answered - they tried resetting the code but it didn’t work. They stated they would contact local management and call me back. After waiting 30 minutes I decided to call them back. Waited on hold again for 15 minutes - went through the same process - was told the first person I talked to did not call the local management company like we were told. Finally after well over 2 hours of sitting outside our room with our 4 children - ages 7,5,3 and 1 we were able to get into our room around 2:30 am!! There were no carts so we had to go back and forth several times to get our bags to the room. When we were setting up the sleeping situation for our kids they had a bunch of extra pillows but not in pillow cases. Some of the pillows had what appeared to be Cheetos stains on them. Someone from Vacasa came by at 12:00 / 1:00 the next day with no warning and rang the doorbell - kids are sleeping because they didn’t get to bed til almost 3:00 am. Even after I tell her my kids are sleeping she’s asking if they can come change the linens. Ummm did she miss that my 4 kids are sleeping? No you can’t disrupt their sleep again. Our freezer didn’t work so we had to buy ice from the machine everyday. Then the ice machine ended up running out of ice. Our room had no broom - but several dust pans. I contacted them everyday asking to speak to a manager and was never returned a call. My advice to anyone staying here - yes take the trip because it’s a great resort overall and location. BUT look for condos that are not managed by Vacasa.

Nice, affordable and very nice.

Unit was in good condition. Had a few minor maintenance issues that were resolved within a few hours. (Shower head not working in master bd rm and light bulbs out in laundry/bunk area). Comfortable beds, private and very quiet. Would definitely come back again. Friendly staff and beautiful ammenities. Thank you for making our vacation enjoyable.

Great for a family vacation!!

We loved the amenities and the private beach with free umbrella and chair service. There were also gas grills all over the property in the pool area for our use. The condo was very nice and is located in the perfect spot on the property!
