松林と果樹園に囲まれた、プライベートな敷地に建つ広々とした一戸建てヴィラです。魅力的なスペインの村ラ・レドンデラの近くに位置し、静かで落ち着いた環境にありながら、ビーチやレストラン、ショップへも車ですぐにアクセスできます。
ヴィラ内には、複数のテラスへと続く大きなパティオドアを備えた明るく開放的なリビングルームがあります。広々とした設備充実のキッチンとユーティリティルームがあり、ご家族やご友人との滞在にも快適です。
客室はダブルベッドルームが3室あり、そのうち2室には専用バスルームを完備しています。さらにファミリー向けバスルームが1室あり、全室にエアコン、暖房、高速Wi‑Fiを備えています。

Such a well laid out and positioned villa.Captures the afternoon and evening sun over the pool and outdoor seating area. Great internet connectivity. pool regularly cleaned. Attentive owners as we had the broken dishwasher replaced the next day. All communications were answered swiftly. It’s also close to the beach. For us, it was absolutely perfect.

Great place to unwind

We are a family of 6 and stayed at the villa as the last leg of a trip to Portugal and Spain. The villa is a great place to relax, the pool area is lovely and the hot tub proved a big hit to watch the sunsets. The villa is very well equipped and the games area meant the kids were never bored. We had never been to the area so enjoyed exploring and the kids liked the beach at La Antilla , we also visited Seville which is an easy drive (c75 minutes). The access road needs some careful driving but its well worth the effort and we would recommend the villa if you want a lovely base to explore the area or just chill by the pool.

Nice house

Quiet, spacious, nice pool, well equipped.Good management (Joao)Difficult access. No wellcome pack, no instructions about anything like TV options etc. (there are multiple electronic boxes). We disconnected one box on a beside table in a bedroom which turned out to be the Wi-Fi router.Furniture and deco needs updating.The saving grace was Joąo: willing, helpfull, accomodating, nothing too much trouble for him.

First trip abroad after the global pandemic and Isla Cristina and surrounding areas including Portugal did not disappoint. Villa Rosa Blanca is a super, spacious villa in a beautiful rural location yet only 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. Fantastic facilities: pool, hot tub, games room, BBQ, large table for entertaining and quiet spaces for shade and relaxation. Wonderful views and sense of privacy as not overlooked. Hosts could not have been more hospitable. Joao - on the ground - very helpful too. Thank you Ken & Fiona.

A relaxing week

The villa certainly did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and particularly loved the outdoor areas with the lovely pool, hot tub, wraparound terrace with 2 outdoor tables, a number of sunbeds, umbrellas for shade and BBQ. The games room provided plenty of entertainment too. A very quiet area with a cluster of villas in the vicinity but not so close as to disturb each other. Views across the surrounding farm land were great for sunsets. We arrived at 11pm and John/Joao was there with the keys and to show us the property; check out was equally as efficient. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay. Ken & Fiona have been very responsive too as we had a couple of queries before arrival. A very relaxing and enjoyable week - thank you!

Fabulous stay in a fabulous villa!

The photos don't do this property justice - its amazing! Lots of space, so quiet on its own hilltop overlooking fields of citrus fruits! Communication with both the owners and Joao from the property management was excellent. Kids loved the huge pool and the games room in the garage area. Centrally located for trips to Isla Cristina, Ayamonte, Lepe and La Antilla where you'll find some really nice traditional Andalucian restaurants. If you prefer your holidays to be as far away as possible from the lager louts on-tour, then this property and location are for you. Its also only 10 mins from the border with Portugal, so a short 40mins car journey to the shopping districts and water parks of The Algarve. A special mention for Joao from the property management company who was so helpful and always at the end of the phone (even at 11.30pm at night!!) to sort out any minor issues we had. The first, but definitely not the last time, we will stay in this beautiful villa in a relaxing part of Spain

A week of fun in the sun.

Family of 4, 2 adults and 2 older teens. We stayed here in July 2018. This is a lovely family house in a secluded area with private gardens, pool, hottub and house. The pool is a good size and sitting in the hottub watching the sun set over the trees and fields is just lovely. The house itself is fab. 3 decent sized bedrooms. We stayed in the master bedroom with onsuite and private balcony. The kids had a room each with a choice of beds. The house has a play room which attracted us to it. Good quality table tennis, darts and pooltable. We spent a load of time down there. There are loads of DVDs and board games to watch and play. The power popped out once and the owners had sorted their local contact, who grew up in the UK, to look after us. He was brilliant and very helpful coming over in a Sunday afternoon and sending loads of ideas through on what we could do and where we should go on WhattsApp. When we were there there were a couple of chickens in a pen in the garden which was fantastic as we had fresh eggs every day. This is a family house and the garden was in full flow so we had fresh tomatoes, oranges and herbs. We also used the BBQ all the time. You do need to drive everywhere. So as long as you are happy to do that this house is a gem. Happy to recommend and would go back again. Iain, Shelley and family.

Beautiful well equipped villa in peaceful rural location

The well appointed villa is located in a peaceful and tranquil location surrounded by farmlands. Although the last part of the journey is up an unmade dusty road the directions given by the owners are easy to follow and even recognised by sat nav. One of the charms for us was the fact that is is "a bit out of the way" with only a couple of other villas as neighbours but all within large private grounds guaranteeing privacy and tranquility. If you like hustle and bustle and restaurants and bars then this is not for you as the nearest bars are about a 10 to 15 minute drive. But if you are looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday as we were then this villa is ideal. One of the many things we loved about the villa is that it is located on a high point of land overlooking farmlands and orange groves. From the beautifully appointed swimming pool deck and front terrace gives the impression of being in a castle overlooking the land. In fact from the private balcony terrace off of the main bedroom you really do feel like being up in a tower! The pool and hot tub are first class and well provided with sun loungers and large parasol for shade. We had intended doing a bit more touring around a a few more days at the beach at Redondela ( 15 mins drive). But instead we found ourselves lounging by the pool all day and enjoying the view and the tranquility. Several times a day flocks of storks swoop over the property and the nearby fields playing in the thermals and we were also treated to the distant tinkling of goat bells from the nearby farm as the farmer moved his herd in the morning and evening. My wife and I were accompanied by our "kiddult" son and a couple of friends for part of the time and as well as the pool they thoroughly enjoyed the "Man-Cave" garage equipped with pool table, dart board, table tennis and bar area! A great place to get out of the sun for a few hours.

5* A wonderfully equipped very comfortable villa, peaceful private secure location - we loved it!

August 2017 - We were 2 adults and four teenagers staying for 2 weeks before travelling to hotels in Córdoba, Vejer, and Seville (we flew home from Seville). All the reviews for this villa are correct - it's perfect! Not sure enough has been said though about: the gardens, there is a wide range of colourful flowers and palms which have been lovingly planted and cared for and which we enjoyed having around us; if you have the energy you can jog to the beach via the town from the villa (along the track outside, then stay on the cycle path alongside the non busy road, the return journey is 10k/6 miles exactly! I didn't rush and walked along the beach and it took an hour); the teenagers appreciated the huge tv, surround sound and large selection of DVDs. The adults were up and out at 8am by the pool with a cup of tea reading a book and watching the sun rise (the sun shines on the pool at 8.20am and never leaves until it sets at 9.20pm - very relaxing and beautiful to watch. The English speaking Villa managers Chris and Emma are fantastic and take good care of you, the villa/pool and can be contacted 24/7 if required. Go visit Real in Portugal just over the bridge or take ferry from Ayamonte. 15 minutes away lots of restaurants. Os Arcos was one that we liked, but remember Portugal is an hour behind Spanish time. We arrived thinking it was 8pm to find it was 7pm! Easy parking, nice marina walk with pop up shops etc. The supermarket in Ayamonte was very good (opened at 9) and there is a good sports shop next to it should you like me you forget to pack your trunks! Small children will love the local beaches and the water park in Cartaya. Our teenagers loved the poolside jacuzzi and indoor games area. Lookout for the wide selection of birds that fly past and include groups of storks! Thank you Ken and Fiona for sharing your wonderful home with us. OUTSTANDING

We have stayed in villas all over Spain and this was, by far, the best in every way. As a family we all wanted different things from the villa and holiday and it delivered on every count. Our teenager wanted a mix of sun and entertainment- the TV & music systems are excellent and the games room is fantastic. My husband and I wanted R & R and the pool, hot tub and gardens are amazing. The villa is outstanding- very well appointed with excellent facilities and the owners have thought of absolutely everything. The location is to die for- blissfully quiet, not overlooked with gorgeous views over the surrounding countryside and yet only a 5 minute drive to the beaches, shops and restaurants. We could not fault any element of the villa in any way. In terms of this area of Spain we are also completely smitten. The Spanish have kept this little gem largely for themselves and it is definitely one of the most beautiful parts of the country. The beaches all along the coast are gorgeous and there are many beach restaurants and great facilities. We hired paddle boards, a hobbycat (catamaran) and also went on the giant water inflatables which are huge fun for both kids and adults. There are some lovely local towns to visit such as Ayamonte, again with super restaurants and things to see and do. We had an fantastic day in Seville which is only just over an hour away and discovered a city far nicer than Madrid or Barcelona. The historic centre is so beautiful you can spend a day wandering the cobbled streets, shopping and visiting the cathedral. If you are looking for a full English breakfast or an Irish Pub this is probably not the area for you. If you want outstanding seafood, amazing (but very cheap) tapas or even some Spanish fast food (100 Montaditos in La Antilla was a big hit with our teenager!) then it's a must. There is also nightlife along the coast with places suitable for all ages. We self catered a lot of the time and shopped at Lidl in Isla Cristina and couldn't get over how cheap everything is compared to home (a decent bottle of wine for less than £2!). Huelva is a super area and we couldn't fault anything with this region of Spain. I expect this review might sound too good to be true but it is an honest reflection of an unforgettable holiday and we all wish we were still there :'( Finally, a huge thank you to the owners, Ken & Fiona, who were fantastic and very helpful from the minute we made the booking. We'll definitely be back!

We can say, without hesitation, that this villa compares favourably with other villas we have enjoyed in the USA and The Caribbean and across Europe. Our expectations were high and I'm deliighted to say they were exceeded. This is a genuine heart felt review so I'll say the villa isnt fautless yet it is both charming and stylish, well equipped yet with a homely even rustic feel and above all else it felt downright comfortable! It was a great base from which to explore Spain and Portugal and to be honest everything we wanted from supermarkets to good dining and great shopping were within minutes to a couple of hours at most (for example the City of Seville and its outlet mall was a great day out and was under 2 hours away and the best outlet mall in Portugal is within an hour). Pool and hot tub were used everyday and we found them both terrific. Host care was exemplary and the host and their local agent delivered exactly what vrbo promised. A terrific break - 10 days on this villa absolutely flew by - and we wouldnt hesitate to lease it again.

VACACIONES DE LUJO

Nos alojamos en esta magnífica casa durante nuestras vacaciones, y estuvimos fenomenal. Está aislada, con algunas viviendas alrededor, en un pinar muy bonito, pero muy cerca de la playa. Se necesita coche para los desplazamientos, pero la tranquilidad y la calidad de la vivienda son extraordinarios. Los propietarios atentos y muy amables, y la persona que atiende en la llegada también. Volveremos sin duda.

Maravillosa ubicación y casa estupenda.

Casa e instalaciones en perfecto estado, con muy buena ubicación, piscina estupenda. No dan ganas de salir de la casa.

CASA MUY ACOGEDORA

El anuncio responde fielmente a la realidad. La casa muy bien, con equipamiento poco habitual en casas de veraneo. Las camas tb comodas. La piscina estupenda y el jacuzzi un placer. La ubicacion super tranquila, entrada desde camino no asfaltado, pero paraje supertranquilo. Las losetas de gres exterior, resbalan (cuidado con los peques) En gral , una experiencia genial.

Perfekt zum Relaxen

Das Haus ist super. Cooler Pool und Whirlpool. Zimmer sind gross. 3 Badezimmer. Super Spielraum/Bar in der Garage mit Billard, Dart und Pingpong.

Mais umas férias maravilhosas nesta casa 🥰 Adorámos tudo!! O tempo estava fantástico! A piscina, o jacuzzi, o bilhar , o ténis de mesa e as setas entretiveram muito bem todos!! ❤ A limpeza é excepcional. A piscina é fantástica!! O jacuzzi é a cereja no topo do bolo 🥰 A casa tem tudo o que se precisa. Ideal para miúdos ❤ A comunicação é excelente e a disponibilidade é total. Já tínhamos estado no ano passado, repetimos este ano e vamos voltar!! ❤❤

Luxe, grote villa met veel privacy

We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in de ruime, schone en luxe villa met heerlijk zwembad, jacuzzi en mancave. De tuin rond de woning is heerlijk en goed onderhouden. Op de terrassen en rond het zwembad staan voldoende stoelen en ligbedden. De toilet bij het zwembad was handig. 2 tiener jongens hebben zich hier prima vermaakt met de bar, pooltafel, tafeltennis etc. Airco in alle ruimtes terwijl het huis goed geissoleerd is. Het online contract met de verhuurder verliep snel en makkelijk. Het contract met de locale beheerder was ook erg goed. Alle verzoeken werden snel en goed opgevolgd. Erg vriendelijk! We hebben ook erg genoten van de buurkat die vaak bij de villa te vinden was. Het enige minpuntje zou kunnen zijn dat landelijk gelegen soms ook werkgeluiden van de boer op het naastgelegen land met zich mee brengt. Verder een top plek om heerlijk te ontspannen.

Our Family Break

Lovely property great place to chill.we couldn’t get any uk channels although it was on the listing and we did have to buy batteries for the remote and air conditioning controls.Had to scrub the barbecue as it was quite mouldy might be an idea to get the cleaning company to do this, definitely need a car but was walkable to the village which was lovely and there are a couple of well stocked supermarkets.The management company we’re very helpful with directions and gave us lots of advice via a WhatsApp group and any problems were very quickly resolved. Would definitely go back and it is a great base to see both Spain and Portugal

Estaba a las afueras del pueblo pero muy cerca, teníamos tranquilidad e intimidad, lo que buscábamos. Muy bonita, bien distribuida siendo cómoda, genial.

Ken and I have been together for 34 years and married for 10. We have a daughter, Leah, who lives in Manchester. More than 20 years ago, we discovered the Costa de la Luz and immediately fell in love with its beautiful beaches, relaxed pace of life and fantastic food.
After years of visiting, we bought this villa and spent many happy years enjoying everything the area has to offer – from long sunny days by the pool to golf, great local restaurants and exploring the surrounding coastline.
Although we no longer live in Spain, it remains a very special place for us. We love sharing it with guests and helping them discover this wonderful part of Spain. We fell in love with this part of Spain over 20 years ago and knew it was somewhere special. The Costa de la Luz remains one of Spain's best-kept secrets, with miles of unspoilt beaches, authentic Spanish charm and a relaxed pace of life that makes it easy to unwind.
Our villa is perfectly positioned to enjoy everything the region has to offer, whatever the season. Spend sunny days by the pool, relax in the Jacuzzi, enjoy a game of table tennis, darts or pool, or simply sit back on the terrace and take in the peaceful countryside views.
Beyond the villa, you'll find beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and several outstanding golf courses, including Islantilla, Isla Canela and El Rompido, all within easy driving distance. Whether you're enjoying breakfast in the sunshine, a lazy afternoon by the pool, or a glass of wine under the stars, the villa provides the perfect setting to relax and recharge. Unlike many holiday properties, the villa combines complete tranquillity with easy access to everything the area has to offer. The stunning beaches of Isla Cristina and Islantilla are less than a 10-minute drive away, while local shops, restaurants and amenities can be reached in around 5 minutes by car. Golf enthusiasts can choose from several excellent nearby courses, including Islantilla, Isla Canela and El Rompido, all within a 10–20 minute drive.
Another unique advantage is our location close to the Portuguese border. In just 10 minutes by car, you can cross into Portugal and explore the Algarve's charming towns, beautiful coastline and fantastic restaurants, giving you the opportunity to enjoy two countries in one holiday.
