Welcome to an Oasis in the desert! This Tuscan inspired Villa is the epitome of what anyone would desire for a relaxing retreat in the desert.
This spacious home accommodating up to 8 people offering the perfect for resort style living with its 2 enclosed courtyards, fireplace, built in grill, lush landscape and much more. Enjoy the indoor/ outdoor ambiance this space had to offer with the folding door windows just off of the great room.
Fabulous resort style pool (can be heated for a fee) located in the back of home with access through the gated area just off of the courtyard.
The spa will accommodate uptown 8 + and is heated on demand (no extra charge)
Your own private oasis awaits you!

Amazing!!

Our stay was perfect! The house is amazing, the neighborhood is perfect and Patrick was awesome! The check-in and out process was seamless. We had some of the best sleep of our lives there. The mattresses were so comfortable and it was so quiet.

ANOTHER TERRIFIC stay at N 82nd!

This year was our 2nd annual stay and we are ready to book for next year!! It really is our home away from home matching our Connecticut house to a T with amenities. You’ll want for nothing and have a lovely vacation should you choose to stay here.

Great place, the pictures don't do it justice

This is a really nice and spacious property - the pictures just don't do it justice. The courtyard is a great place to hang out, take your meals, or just read a book.The host, Patrick, was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly every time. Would like to stay here again sometime soon.

Waste Management Phoenix Open

My wife, daughter and old family friends (7 people) spent 6 wonderful days in Scottsdale for the Waste Management Phoenix Open golf tournament. The house was perfect for our trip. The accommodations were outstanding and the location was perfect for us traveling to and from the WM golf event! The communication with the host and his assistant was easy and always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again. It is a lovely home.

Amazing property with lots of space for family of eight Adults. Kitchen is amazing, and love the sound system in the Living Room. Property Management very responsive and available whenever we needed… Would come back in a heartbeat.

Property Manager

The house was amazing and my group of girls had a great time overall. The only reason I am not giving this property a 5 star is because the property manager was EXTREMELY rude and treated me like I was uneducated and ignorant because I called him regarding the spa not heating up. There were no instructions to operate the spa so I emailed him, not knowing it went directly to his phone. When he called me the next day he was rude and told me "It's not hard to figure out." and proceeded to hang up on me! I called him back and he stated that he would send his assistant Molly, who never came. Luckily we were able to figure out the spa and it was a great house, location and good time other than the poor qualify of customer service provided by Patrick.

Wonderful Property

We absolutely loved this property! The house had a wonderful warm charm and was well stocked with all the necessities of home. The location was perfect, close to everything. Property manager and owner were very responsive to our needs. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect house for a group trip. Three of the four rooms had private bathrooms. Fully stocked and centrally located. Host was very responsive.

A nice home away from home-

Lovely home with lots of amenities!! Local manager is available and a great help if you have questions. Close to many great restaurants, good shopping, and fitness facilities. Neighborhood is terrific and we felt very safe. We will be back!

Excellent Christmas Vacation Home

The stay was phenomenal and exceeded our expectations. The home was clean, gorgeously decorated, cozy, and included a beautiful 12 ft Christmas tree in the family room. We had our family of six staying together and everyone had room to stay comfortably.

SO GOOD!!!

We use VRBO a great deal and this is easily one of our favorite stays! The owner Patrick was great and the place is spotless and beautiful. The pool/hot tub was fantastic, and the place has everything you will need! I HIGHLY recommend it.

Wonderful Home

We loved our stay, everything is very high quality, clean, with great indoor/outdoor living with the beautiful courtyard. Would stay here again. New pool and spa in the backyard were fantastic. Convenient location, close to everything in Scottsdale. Owner was super responsive when we had questions.

This is the perfect "home away from home" located in a quiet neighborhood in
N. Scottsdale, and so close to all of the conveniences one would desire while here on a short or extended stay.

What makes this home unique is it is close to so many of the Scottsdale attractions, but at the same time so quiet and peaceful.
Secluded in its own Oasis in the middle of everything and no one will know you are there.
minutes to Spring Training for baseball and a hop to (approximately 16) golf courses.
Dinner is virtually 10 minutes away for dozens of resturants.
