The SPACE:
☀ 14th Floor with dazzling GULF views & spacious private balcony.
☀ This condo has some of the best views in the whole building!
☀ Beach is right across the street with private beach access ... about 3-4 minutes walk.

☀Master Bedroom: has KING size bed, walk-in closet, TV, full master bath w/shower/ soaking tub, walk-out balcony & work desk w/chair.
☀2nd Bedroom: has a QUEEN size bed, TV and closet.
☀Bunk room open area: has twin-over-twin bunk beds & cabinets.
☀ Living area: has Queen pull out sleeper sofa & 65" Samsung 4K SMART TV.
☀Kitchen: Plenty of utensils, dishware to cook & drinkware, to feel at home.
☀Washer/Dryer in the condo!
☀ Plenty of board games & puzzles for non-stop game time & group fun (especially on those rainy days with unpredictable Florida weather ;)
☀Smart door lock - just enter code & check-in anytime.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
☀Resort Fee: A separate $90 resort fee plus tax & fees is to be paid directly to LakeTown Wharf resort for wristbands and parking passes for 2 vehicles. A link will be sent to your cell phone before your arrival date to complete this check-in process.
☀ Guest Count: Please enter the exact number of guest count.
☀AGE Requirement: Reserving Guest must be at least 18 years old and be able to show valid I.D. upon check in.
☀No visitors policy: Only registered guests are allowed in the property and the resort does not allow visitors of guests.
☀Door Access Code: Will be sent the of your check-in.
☀You will receive a Welcome document couple days before your trip - telling you everything you need to know about the resort, PCB (attractions, restaurants etc.) along with lots of interesting local tips!
☀☀Elevators Wait: During Spring Break(March/April) & peak Summer season (June-Aug) please expect longer elevator wait times which is common for most high rise buildings in Florida beach destinations!

☀Insects and pests: Please remember you are in Florida! ... so depending on the time of year and weather conditions, guests may encounter insects and bugs such as roaches, mosquitoes, spiders, palmetto bugs etc. While we do utilize a periodical pest control service, we are unable to offer any refunds for the occasional bug or insect that may make its way inside the condo. Guests can help by keeping all doors/windows closed, disposing off trash and storing food in a responsible & hygienic manner.

Hello! My name is Beulah and I am so glad to be your vacation host. I always wanted to do something fun that bring smiles on faces ....especially in these interesting times last few years! Outside my full time IT corporate job, my husband and I really enjoy hosting families vacation to enjoy and relax. It's been a long journey for me, but I am very thankful to God and many good people along the way, for helping me become an Premier HOST! We are truly blessed to now host 2 properties - our beach vacation condo at Panama City Beach, Florida and also our spacious Cozy Cabin at Ellijay, North Georgia Mountains, GA. We put a lot of care, attention and love in both these homes, so it's a 'HOME AWAY FROM HOME' we want our dear guests to truly experience. Each of these properties are unique - our beach home is a little piece of paradise on the white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast, and the cabin has it's own tranquility and unique mountain charm! I am truly humbled to be your host, and try my best to make sure you have a great vacation in either of these vacation homes. If interested, we also do direct bookings for guest savings.
