We very much enjoyed our stayed at this condo. If we decide to come back to Panama City we will definitely try to get this place again. Everything is so close. Pineapple Willy’s directly across the street. There is an arcade/billiard on site with bowling, axe throwing, cool games. Just a neat place.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful condo. Nice area with great services. Easy access to beach. Fun stuff to do all around. Walmart across the street for supplies. Hosts are wonderful.

A little dirty, but overall a good place to stay.

Baseboards and walls were filthy and definitely could have been cleaned before arrival but overall it was a nice place.

Perfect Getaway

The condo is decorated beautifully. It is super clean and comfortable. The beds and the couch are very comfortable. The owners made sure that we had everything we needed and made us feel welcomed. There were a few sweet extras that made it special too. We loved our stay and will definitely go back. Great location and an amazing view of the ocean from the living room/balcony.

Look no further

Perfect condo for vacation. Just steps away from the beach, many popular retail stores, restaurants and attractions. The condo was clean and the kitchen is fully stocked! The gulf view from the inside of the condo as well as the balcony is breathtaking. Julie was a pleasure to work with and help make check in a breeze. Accommodated my family of three and look forward to booking this unit again.

Convenient place to stay

The grounds itself has several food and drink options. You are also walking distance to anything else you need and even fun things to do with the kids. Having the pools scattered throughout the grounds made it nice to explore and choose how many people you wanted to be around. The elevators were quick, even with how many floors there are, you didn’t spent a lot of time waiting. We loved the views and how quiet the rooms were.

Love this place!

We were very comfortable in this property. The view to the Gulf was great and the condo was very nice and clean. The Internet worked great and all the TV's worked. We had a weird incident with the neighbor (who were also visiting) and notified the managers and they were very quick to respond and very helpful. The elevators were super fast too, never really had to wait for them. We will definitely stay again when we take another vacation to the beach!

Amazing mother daughter trip

We had a great time in this perfect condo. It was a cute beach vibe. Comfortable furniture to relax on and drink coffee while looking at a stunning view. A well stocked kitchen to enjoy our omelets every morning. Beautiful pools to sit by and a really short walk across the street to the beach. Loved having two bathrooms. I gave my daughter the master while I took the cute bunk bed room. The beds were very comfortable!! Would come again.

Vacation dream home!

This house was amazing and satisfied all of our needs! The house is comfortable, well decorated and the beds are really comfortable! The pool was fabulous and the beach was a short mile down the road. The house is in a nice neighborhood where we felt very safe and secure. We used this rental for a family vacation with 10 total people (parents, adult children, teenagers and grandchildren ages 1 and 4). The owners were very responsive to questions and needs (we needed to rent a crib for our stay and their recommendation was perfect!). This house exceeded all of my expectations and I would happily rent from them again.

Great place, but…..

The room was very clean and had a beautiful view. I did not care for the distance from the beach. The AC was not working in the gym. There were a few kitchen items I wish would’ve be present. The pots and pans need to be updated as well as the knives.

Long Walk To Paridise

Beautiful condo. Extremely clean. Check in was difficult due to rude clerks at front desk. Beautiful ocean front view. Very quiet in room. Furnished beautifully with everything you need. Very equiped kitchen with plenty dishes and cookware. Can't say enough about the quality of the room, just that the walk from parking to the room was seriouly understated. It took at least 15 minutes to get from the parking deck to the room. Carrying groceries and luggage was dreadful. No doubt, the condo itself was picture perfect!!!

1713 is amazing!

08/19/22-08/21/22 We are from Birmingham, Alabama. We had no issues with Evolve or payment either. It was my man, our 2 boys (10 and 4 years old), and myself. Tina and Donald’s condo is very clean and beautiful. I have nothing negative to say as it met all our needs and was so nice! The 17th floor is really high so if you don’t love heights this might be too much. But you can see everything across the whole city! Beach side and city side. It is beautiful. *You have to give your license to the front desk to get a luggage cart. The condo itself feels so homey and comfortable. My man is pretty hard to impress and he loves the place. My boys kept saying it felt like home. The master bed was very comfortable and all beds were clean. The appliances were very nice. Laketown Wharf pools and splash pad were great. The elevators were not terrible and we didn’t have to wait very long, like others said. We would stay again in this condo for sure. And we would stay at Laketown Wharf again, also. The only negative about the elevator situation (walking to and from the room/parking deck) was very long. You have to get on this one to go up and then go over to the other side of the building and get on this one and go up. Then walk all the way down the balcony hallway to your room. The elevators were very fast (up and down) as well. It made our stomachs jump. Lol It really didn’t matter if you chose North/South parking deck- it was about the same walk. The only elevator that had any issue is South Garage as it would not go to Level 3 of parking deck. (Parking deck is not attached to condo building.) Have to go up outside stairs and walk to the next set of elevators. It is a lot of walking, but my 4 year old managed all of it each day. Even going down and walking over across the street to the beach. I normally like to stay right on the beach but this wasn’t much difference honestly. *Traffic here has always been wild so be mindful about paying attention with your kids here. They come around that curve and they do not expect that cross walk (especially if they have never been to PCB or only once.) Many of us that have been our entire lives know to stop and watch for each cross walk (because there has been several deaths.) We witnessed 2 wrecks here during our stay. All in all, my kids love it here and the bunk beds! We love all the amenities of The Wharf. The pools are gorgeous. The location is great.
