Come and enjoy this little paradise ! Nice, comfortable villa, with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, set over 2 independent floors. Max 12 people. Enclosed garden with many Mediterranean plants. The garden was laid out to give you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation to the fullest outdoors; installed a bar, barbecue, outdoor kitchen very well equipped (cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), pergola where you can lunch in the shade.

9x4,5m private pool with roman steps and night lighting, is secured by a removable protective barrier, children may not have access to the pool alone. Near the pool there is an outdoor shower, a large terrace with table tennis, terrace with chill-out bed, with superb sea views and Rock of Ifach. By a small wooden bridge you will reach a solarium terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The whole garden is strewn with nocturnal illuminations. Comfortable to live and eat outside.

First floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath, salon-diningroom, kitchen. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, salon-diningroom, US kitchen. In two of the bedrooms you can enjoy the beautiful sea view from your bed !!

Ideally located for reaching Moraira, Calpe, and Benissa in just a few minutes, the villa is situated in the residential area of ​​Montemar, 5 km from Benissa town center and on the border with Moraira. Access from the motorway exit is very easy.

Just 3 km from the villa, you'll find the beautiful Cala Baladrar cove, perfect for snorkeling and swimming. There's also a chiringuito (beach bar) where you can enjoy a meal or simply a drink overlooking the sea.

The sandy beaches of Moraira are 6 km from the villa, as is Moraira town center, where you'll find all the shops and a night market. Many water sports are available nearby. Additionally, the villa is 3 km from the Ifach Golf Club.
