Come and discover this 60 m² flat in the heart of the sumptuous landscapes offered by the beautiful Ile-Rousse in Haute Corse!
It can accommodate up to 6 people and has a very bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a spacious 36 m² terrace with a breathtaking view of the village of Monticello!
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to visit the charming streets of the town, to discover the splendid islands of Pietra and Boccio or to visit the sublime citadel of Calvi!
Bed linen and towels not provided, can be rented.

The flat :
Located on the first floor with lift, the accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people.
- A modern and fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, etc...
- A large terrace of 36 m² facing south with a breathtaking view of the village of Monticello. It is equipped with a gas plancha, two chiliennes, a large orientable parasol, garden furniture and a table for lunch in the sun!

Night space:
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- A modern shower room with shower, washbasin, towel rail, illuminated mirror and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.

The area is quiet and located only a few minutes walk from the beaches of Ile-Rousse and the town centre where you will find all the necessary amenities: bakeries, shops, mini-markets, restaurants, bars, etc...

From the port, you can go to the centre of Ile Rousse by the beautiful interior streets or by the Marinella promenade which runs along the coast to the fabulous square that petanque fans know so well, the Place Paoli. Extend your stroll to the beautiful Isle of Pietra and that of Broccio for a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean!
