Ideal for a family with children, our main home will be your base during your stay in Nantes, where you can explore the city’s many cultural attractions and the beaches along the Atlantic coast.
Our detached home features a lovely enclosed outdoor garden and a south-facing terrace. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s ideally situated next to Chézine Park, perfect for beautiful walks or bike rides through protected green spaces.
You’ll be in Nantes in less than 15 minutes (direct bus), where you can explore the city of 100 parks, home to the Giant Elephant, the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, Saint Pierre Cathedral, and the Slavery Memorial. You can explore Nantes’ vibrant cultural scene. The most famous event is “Le Voyage à Nantes.” During the summer, the city transforms into a true work of art, with the “Green Line” guiding visitors on a journey to discover all the city’s cultural treasures.
Easily accessible via major highways, our home is also less than an hour from the major beaches of the Atlantic Coast (La Baule, Pornichet, La Turbale, Pornic, Saint Brévin…). Planète Sauvage theme park, perfect for children, is 25 minutes away; Puy du Fou and the nearest vineyards are 1 hour away (Quart de Chaume, Coteaux du Layon, Aubance…), the “Green Venice” is 1 hour and 20 minutes away, and the troglodyte sites of Saumur are 1 hour and 30 minutes away…

Layout of the home:
First floor: large living area with living room, dining room with fireplace, separate kitchen, utility room, and half-bath.
The entryway leads to the upper level: a mezzanine with games and books, a master suite (large bedroom with a 160 double bed, walk-in closet, and bathroom), 2 bedrooms with 140 double beds, a TV room, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet.
Two 70-cm extra mattresses are available upon request.

Outdoors: ping-pong table, patio furniture, shaded patio with a hammock, hot tub, plancha grill

The kitchen is well-equipped: dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker, Magimix food processor, toaster, electric juicer...)

Baby gear available upon request: travel crib, high chair, baby bouncer

The house has fiber-optic internet and Netflix access.

We have a cat who will be there during your stay. He’s very friendly with children and lives a carefree life, coming and going as he pleases ;-)!
